We shopped around for hot tubs. This place seemed like a decent deal and we put a order in. 8 weeks later we are now being told, hopefully 12 weeks due to the factory being backed up. I feel like the sales person just wanted to make a sale and lied. I would go with a different company if I could honestly.

I bought a Catalina hot tub from Matt in May 2020. The service, product and delivery was top notch. After researching hot tubs for days trying to find the best product and price I realized I could buy locally and factory direct. We saved thousands on this tub compared to other manufacturers and the hot tub is great. In August I had a problem with one of the pumps not working properly, this was covered under warranty and Matt had it fixed very quickly.

Very pleased with the purchase of my spa. Only minor negative would be wait time but since supply chain issues are everywhere these days that was a minor thing. Price = awesome. Matt = awesome+. Delivery and setup = beyond awesome!!! Have recommended this store to many and hope they will be as happy as I am with mine! THANKS Matt!!

The purchase of my hot tub was a great experience. Matt the store manager answered all my questions gave me all the pricing which I found it all to be very very reasonable. I paid the additional money for the delivery and set up which was very worth it. Matt went the extra mile in working with my time restrictions based on construction. He did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend everybody ask for him personally.

I Purchased the Tranquility G-7 from Matt in August of 2020 and because of COVID it took me quit a while to received it!!!!! I received it a little over a month ago, the delivers was performed by two real professionals!!!!! I have not been able to enjoy it much because of the weather, rain, but the few times I have been able to get in the spa, I fine myself moving from seat to seat enjoying the different jet on my 72yrs old joints!!!!!!! Relaxing enough to move with easy for the rest of the evening!!!!!! Im now investing in a shelter to protect it and me from the elements so I can enjoy it rain or shine!!!! LOL. I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!

We wanted to get the 21 Catalina swim spa so my husband could swim while I enjoyed heat and bubbles on the hot tub side. Unfortunately space constraints shot that down, but we discovered that we could buy a Catalina Carlton AND a Catalina 14 Freestyle that would fit in our space, and still be $2500 less!! Woo hoo! Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable about his product and very easy to work with. He actually came out at delivery to help us get the spas in place because they had to be elevated (we live in a flood prone area).Weve had our spas for about 9 months and love them. Still working though some of the challenges of maintaining proper clarity, but the spas are very easy to keep in PH balance. Love all the different nozzles--never can decide which seat to sit in, so we rotate LOL.

We purchased our Spa directly through the Internet with the sales rep Graham. It was delivered to Aqualiving Spa in NewBern before the Winterville showroom opened. That’s when we met Matt who called to set up delivery with his entire crew. He showed up exactly as promised and managed to meticulously place a spa under the pergola after crossing a small stream. Spa was up and running in no time and we were enjoying it several hours later. Matt was available to us and helped us with the ordering and installation of a replacement panel that was cracked when shipped from the factory. He literally showed up with his bag of tools and within the hour all the panels were installed, all the electrical components were tested and we’re back in the tub in no time. Matt was able to provide a very good hot tub over the phone and by using the web a few times, I was able to figure out what I wanted and order without leaving my house. Matt and his crew delivered the tub as soon as it arrived from the factory. They were very courteous and placed the tub exactly as I requested on my patio, my electrician had no issues hooking us up and the next day I was enjoy the new tub, I have had it for five months with no issues at all.

We purchased a hottub from them in June. I have had multiple repairs done since August. Multiple leaks and all power shutdown to the computer system. LPI has been horrible about repairs, warranty or just getting back with the customer. Honestly this has been the worst purchase and experience of my life. 4 months and still this product hasnt been fixed. Anything with LPI or their brand, stay away from.
