The employees are always nice and very helpful. They ALL are very knowledgeable of their store and take great pride in their service.I must say the Craven County Sheriff that is normally on duty, Officer York (If I can put his name out there..I apologize if I overstepped my boundaries) BUT I have to say that he really does an outstanding job at this store!! ALWAYS.. with a smile and extraordinary humility!!Visit.. You will be overwhelmingly satisfied with your visit!!

Convenient location, very friendly staff, good selection most of the time, although they have been affected by a shortage of availability lately.But that is something they cant control.The only complaint I have is that they close at 8. Other than that, it is always a pleasurable experience purchasing from this location.

Has a variety of options to choose from, but service was terrible from the employees. I recently just turned 21 and brought a bottle on my birthday and my ID expired on the same date. 5 days later I went in to make a purchase and was denied because my ID expired which was not under my control. Need better management!!!

Whats with the depleted inventory? COVID-19, Holiday season, or just Monday? Nevertheless, the various whiskey/whisky shelves are missing a lot of normal selections.

Not crowded. Great customer service. Went exactly to the aisle where my happy joy was.

I truly enjoyed my visit here. I was in a hurry, knew nothing about liquor pretty much but needed a great bottle for the worlds greatest attorney. The service and attitude was perfect. Much thanks to the two great ladies who helped a rushed, stressed out customer. And yes, the liquor was perfectly suggested as well. Nice bottle. Very reasonable price.

I thought prices were exceptional here. Selection was great and the cashier was friendly. Was able to get a pint of decent scotch, which is nice if your only in town for a few days. A fifth is too much.

Friend staff. They close at 8pm, on Sundays, and holidays. Expect to show your ID and that if using a card, it matches the name on your ID. They have a nice selection of seasonal items. Its also a good place to get free moving boxes. Sometimes on Friday or Saturday nights, a police officer will be in the store until closing, keeping watch.

Have what Im looking for in stock most of the time. Nice employees.

These people deny access to those that have a medical reason for not wearing a mask and can be quite mean about it.

Great selection and great sales

My granddaughter(17) went in with me. Because she touched,an handled the bottle. I couldnt get anything. Im 68 years old. Dont drink,she was helping me pick out something for gift for someone . It really insulted me because they were acting like it was funny that I couldnt buy anything. Went back in with my neighbor. She knew what happen. So we were looking on the door for that sign. Some guy,that worked there. Was in the doorway. I ask him where was the sign. No sign, he was rude also. Told me that anyone under 21 shouldnt come in store.While we were in store him an the 2 ladys at counter,was talking about me. They acted like it was funny. Wasnt funny to me. I do understand kids under age,cannot buy in there.I was buying,not my granddaughter. I will tell everyone I know how I was treated. I know most people who goes in there,they will always go to some ABC store. If I have to go again.I will not go in that one. You can be told something. Without laughing about it. Just being plain rude to the customer. Who pays their paychecks. Im so thankful I dont have to shop there.
