I had to step out of by door and tell her to slow down. The parking lot in less than a 1000 ft long. Its unacceptable, especially is a business parking lot. She was dark complexed with a long dark ponytail

It has taken hours and several days to print the proper shipping label, possibly delaying my pertinent visa information. terrible online website, looks like it is from the 90s. dont make a mistake on the shipping label too, they wont allow you to cancel it. best of luck, use something else.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I needed a packing box in order to return 2 throw rugs, and had selected 1 from their display, but the staff provided me with a free vinyl packing sleeve that worked perfectly and was free.

Why in the world would anyone use FEDEX is beyond me. An important doc had to be here by 1030 am. They guarantee it right. Well 5 hours beyond that time and the documents have yet to arrive. 5 hours ago they were located 20 minutes from my home. Unsat.

I had a package that I needed badly and for whatever reason, the company that sent it required a signature upon delivery. Well, I work during the day like a normal person. I was able to get off work, drive 1 hr to this location and they were nice enough to look up my package and they found out the truck that had it just returned. The lady went and get the package from the truck. This made my day and literally saved my job. Very thankful.

Called about a box that was left in the rain on front porch. There was no protection. UPS and USPS puts everything in bags if raining. FEDX said they would look into it.

FedEx so far with me means FAST and RELIABLE! Ive recently used their services to ship out a very expensive racing lightweight car rim from New Bern NC to Florida and it arrived in less then 24 hours it seemed like. But today my wife received a package that was sealed on top and the bottom was wide open. No one will perform perfect 100% every time. Its called Humans! Isnt UPS & FedEx one of the same? Or was at one time?

I was blown away with the speed and helpfulness of the clerk. I really expected to have to wait and deal with drama because I failed to tape the return. The clerk was super helpful and really nice!

I was out of town when they attempted delivery - 3 days in a row - now it is being held in a shipping center an hours drive away. I can tell them to ship it back to California (3 days) and then have them ship it back to me, but I cannot even pay extra to have it delivered now that I am back. I am forced to drive 2 hours or wait another week to get my important package. Not convenient.

Excellent and efficient. Shame I was an hour too early- they open at 0900 Hrs.

Since 2002 my company has used FedEx to ship domestically and internationally. I am happy to say I never had a real problem, if you need to depend on a product getting to a customer, a care package to a kid at college, or a family member in the military you can depend on these professionals.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I live over an hour away from this place and they want me to pick up a package they wont leave at my back door (When ive signed the door tag, left a note and called the FedEx location), sorry I work a full time job and cant sit around from 7am to 7pm waiting.... Not driving an hour to pick it up either, isnt this why we pay for shipping? Good luck talking with anyone that works here; theyre ZERO help.

I try not to use FedEx but have no choice with some sales points. Problem: Our office has been at the same location for over 15 years and FedEx drivers still cant find us. No problems with other companies locating us. Guess FedEx needs to update their GPS and buy themselves some cell phones for drivers to call when/if they cant locate you.

Ive never had a bad experience. Like everywhere else theres a wait sometimes. Especially around the holidays. I do all my shipping out of this store.

Use this place often for work. Everybody is very helpful and always remember me!

From the moment I walked in the door (15 minutes before closing) with a 30lbs triple bubble, shrink, foam wrapped computer & two pillows (LOL) the lady couldnt have been any more help or sweeter than the employee I had was! She helped me the WHOLE way, getting the box, taping, stuffing the pillows, never once did she act the least bit bothered that some lady walks in right before closing and has truly nothing together, Im sure I was a sight to see, she was kind, extremely helpful, we had great conversation the whole time, we finally finished at 7, but I couldve stayed & talked for hours! For anyone who knows me, Im not exactly a people person (LOL) she couldnt have made my experience any better! 10 plus stars if I could!

I ordered an otterbox on March 28th for my daughters birthday, to go with her new phone. I paid for 2 day delivery and they had it 3 days later our local FedEx here in town. I even offered to pick it up so that she could have it for her spring break trip tomorrow. Apparently the woman at the office said she was not going to leave her post for an otterbox... The worst customer service. What a snob.

My husbands active military and we were stuck in NC for the hurricane. We ordered a generator prior to the storm and fedex conviently lost it in Charlotte, NC. Now we have been without power for 8 days and the soonest we will get our generator now is the 27th. Fedex is the worst. Thanks alot Fedex!

I literally was sitting on my computer writing emails,3 feet from my front door, when I got an email that they just tried to deliver not even 5 minutes before. Open door to a tag, didnt knock, didnt even try.

Just awful. They had my number and sent a text saying my package would be here at 12:00pm so I tracked my package anyways and it said it was still in New Bern. I leave my house to go down the street (around 10:30) and theyre delivering the package and I missed it. Then I call to see when it can get deleivered back to my house they give my a confirmation number but no time. Then when they decided to call my back it was on and No Caller ID number. Just awful!

Terrible service from FedEx. Said the package was to be delivered by 4:30 pm on 12/19/2012. Had someone at the house all day. No FedEx. Never showed. Representative could not even give an approx. time for delivery. Even asked if it was to be in the AM or PM. Could not provide any information. WIll have to travel 40 miles to pick up my free delivery package. Never again will I use FedEx. I will use UPS from now on. UPS is more customer friendly. UPS ALL THE WAY. FedEX IS TERRIBLE.

Just go brown, save yourself the heartache. Fedex driver knocked on my door, once, today, and couldnt be bothered to wait the 45 seconds it took me to throw on a shirt and go downstairs to the door. Opened the door and I find a note. Called Fedex customer service only to be trapped by automated customer service for 30 minutes before finally finding the magical pass phrase that lets you talk to a real person. Two different customer service representatives told me to go to my local store (45 minutes away by the way) after 7 pm to pick up my package. Get to the store around 7:45 to find the store locked and everyone going home. Call customer service again, and they told me I was misinformed and that I would just have to try again tomorrow. I told the representative to change my order address to my local ups store and then told him to shove it.

They are garbage, i called several times to have a package delivered to my base and it was held in wilmington. then i called to schedule a pick up and instead they held it for an extra week even though i called numerous times trying to figure out whats the problem and then THEY SENT IT BACK TO SENDER! i didnt ask for that so i want to know why they couldnt do as i directed. it was held for almost 3weeks with no movement and no updates, they didnt call me or update my tracking.

Ive had my freight package delayed a total of 3 times now. Not because of weather or unforseen circumstances, but because they dont usually deliver freight this far out. Today I was told that I was being delayed a third time because the driver says after he picked up all the things he had to pick up he didnt have time to deliver my engine. This is unacceptable. I run a business and wouldnt stay in business very long doing this. They are trying to delay me until next Tuesday, one day short of a week late. Beyond ridiculous. Besides this, I wouldnt have known it was being delayed had I not checked online everyday for the status of my delivery, no contact from dispatch whatsoever.

This place was super out of the way, and I was aggravated I had to pick up my package, however when I got there the associate was so nice none of that mattered.

I was told by fed-ex to pick up the letter at their New Bern facility on Saturday. I drove 1 hr to pick up the letter only to be told that it would not be available until Monday. A big waste of time and gas. Ship with UPS.

Showed up several minutes before advertised Saturday closing. Place was a ghost town. Lights off and nobody home.

My husband and I have never been treated so poorly. Customer service was unhelpful and treated us like children. Acting as though they didnt want to be at their job. Ive never done a review before but I was never treated more poorly. I will not be sending packages to my husband through FedEx.

Do not use FedEx unless you have to. My order was supposed to be here within 2 Days is now going on four and I still do not have it. Yes we have a little bit of bad weather but I see UPS and US mail here everyday but no FedEx. Hell if I can make it here in my wifes PT Cruiser surely your truck can.

The first person wasnt so helpful, the 2nd time I went back k in after my dog locked me out of my truck, she said she was there alone, couple of minutes later here comes Shane to the rescue!! He also happen to be a volunteer fireman and he saved my day.. Thanks Shane. Then I got my pkg in Fed ex hands and its out of mine.

Tracking info indicates packages were delivered but they were not. Nobody answers the phone!

Very unsatisfied with Fed Ex. I bought my daughter a doll house on Sunday and had confirmation that it was to be delivered yesterday to my house. I waited all day and nothing. I waited again all day today and it now says my delivery is pending. Will never use Fed Ex again.
