Friendly and helpful sales associate and quality products. I was disappointed in (watery) quality of paint sample from big box store so ended up purchasing from here instead. They were able to match the color swatch and their mid-level paint was much better quality than big box store’s nice paint. Paints cost a little more but it was so worth it to only need one coat.

Great experience at the New Bern SW paint store. They quickly helped me find paint chips and gave me the paint color palette to take home. Once I decided on several paint colors to sample, the young man in the store quickly made up the 7 quarts and walked them to my car.Sign up for SW emails as you get notified of upcoming sales - my samples were 30% off.

Jennifer was extremely helpful! Helped me decide between Duration and Cashmere paint lines. I couldnt believe how quickly I was in & out of the store. Probably less than 10 minutes from start to finish. Store is very neat and tidy - nice shopping atmosphere! Great selection, great staff, great product line. Paint looks amazing in my house!

All the 5 gallon paint straines have two holes why your trying to catch the crop in the paint not let it pour out the secound hole

Complacent and unhelpful. Was told to go back to town where the hurricane damage occurred. I went to sherwin Williams for quality paint and advice. One star is generous.

I spent $6 each for 2 try in colors. It would be nice for smaller containers at half that price. Sales person was so so. I was only customer.

The store in Edenton is fabulous and we built/painted a 2600 sf house with SW paint. Customer service there was over the top. The store here has left so much to be desired after my first trip! On that visit, the store manager went above and beyond to help me run down my paint colors from the Edenton house. Since that visit all I’ve gotten is sarcasm and rude customer service. I wanted to do business here but I think I’ve come in for the last time. Not that they care ! Haha
