Ronnie is such a great guy! He has came out to our house twice for the heater element in our dryer! I absolutely have no bad comments about him and his team. Scheduling was quick and smooth. Appointment was stretched between 12 and 5pm. But Ronnie made it out to my house by 1230. I would recommend and will continue to hire them for my appliance issue!THANK YOU QUALITY APPLIANCE FOR YOUR HARD WORK AND EFFORTS!!!!!!
Had them out to check a fridge that stopped working. I explained that it worked fine, then we lost power for 3 days and now it doesnt work.The technician literally plugged it in, saw that it instantly tripped the circuit breaker, and then wrote it up for power surge damage, shorted within harness. He didnt even inspect the fridge! Literally diagnosed by plugging it in! What a joke.
Broken Ice Maker still not working!Quality Appliance was refer to us by American Home Shield. Our initial contact went well and owner/tech called to keep us updated with the order.Installation visit was quick, but unfortunately they DID NOT fix the broken ice maker. We called them back the same day of installation and Alice requested we give it 24 hrs to check if it will work.We called back the next day and left vm, about the ice maker not working; Alice called back the next business day to tell me the service order was closed and that I needed to call AHS again to get a new service order. Quality Appliances never checked if what they did to my refrigerator even solved the issue; i had to call them to tell them it did not!A new service order was called anyways, for a recall on Quality Appliances services; this will require them to come back and reassess the appliance and hopefully correct the issue.But Quality Appliances decided to call AHS and requested my service order be transferred to a different contractor. They did not even want to come back to redeem themselves about fixing my ice maker. Poor customer service!
AHS recommended this company. Had a situation with my special needs daughter and missed the phone call for appointment literally 4 minute heads up, made it back to the house within 15 but still charged a missed service call. Not understanding and compassionate, just about the $.
Ronnie was sent last year to service my freezer by my home warranty company and was sent again to repair my dishwasher. Both services went excellent, he was prompt and got the job done right the first time! After an awful experience with another company I was so happy to get quality appliance back out to my house and knew I was in good hands. He answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to help me with all of my needs. Thank you Ronnie, I will request you Im my future. -Davalyn
We were lucky to have Ronnie, the owner/operator, of Quality Appliance come out to replace a broken heating element in our oven. He was efficient, courteous and professional, and did a great job. Highly recommend.
