Hydrotunes is TOP NOTCH. They have installed a complete sound system for my boat and sound and lights for my UTV. When it comes to the very detailed installation of their products the word professional would be an understatement. We are highly satisfied with the performance of our equipment and I am positive anyone who uses Hydrotunes and their recommended products will be blown away. Hydrotunes is QUALITY AT ITS FINEST.

This place only serves the rich folk!!! If your not spending $5K or more they wont call you back. Speaking of which still waiting on that call back. Spoke with many other people and dealers and all have said the same thing. They only take on high end clients. Not us common hard working people.

One of the worst experiences in customer service I have ever seen. I have attempted to get them to finish a job for over three months, with no return emails phone calls etc. They left my job in boat in shambles. I definitely would not recommend.Someone Needs to simply open a shop, answer their phone, be polite and these jokers would be out of business :-). It’s no wonder that they have a hard time keeping employees.

Hydrotunes has been amazing over the last 5 years. They have gone above and beyond our expections on out last 3 boats. It’s been a pleasure doing business with them and will continue to use them in the future.

I’ve done business with this company in nearly every area over the last several years. Unfortunately they had to come in and repair an absolutely atrocious and dishonest job that a previous company had created. They met and exceeded expectation on that project and since then they have done an EXTENSIVE amount of work in the home automation, networking, security, surveillance, and home audio and video areas for me on several projects in Austin. They’ve always performed as agreed upon, been communicative, upfront, honest, and forthright in all of their dealings with me. All of their work was always completed on schedule and exceeded quality expectations. Anyone who has spent any amount of time dealing with many companies in this space knows that’s a rarity.They’ve also done everything ranging from original installs of stereos, gps integration, Sea Dek, and troubleshooting and repair of substandard 12 volt work performed by other shops on various cars and boats for me over the last several years. The old saying of “you get what you pay for” rings true with this group. They may not be the most bottom dollar, bargain basement initial price, but they’ll complete the job without “nickel and diming” you and, more importantly, once complete, the quality will be there and they’ll stand behind it.

Walked into Hydrotunes with some questions about installing a stereo deck in my houseboat. Nobody looked up from their computers until I stood awkwardly in front of a desk and said excuse me. The one person who spoke to me barely gave me the time of day, wasnt interested in my business and told me they only do full sound systems. Zero help and a condescending attitude. I hate feeling like Im bothering someone when Im trying to give them business.

We just finished another project with hometunes and couldn’t be happier. As always, great products, easy to work with, and professional.

I have to echo the same thing as the others. They charged me over $10,000 to install a stereo system on our boat, Yes, it’s been months over a warranty issue to try to get them to resolve or even show up, or even at this point return am email as I have attempted 8 emails with no response. Sad excuse for business owners. They give the business a bad name.

2nd to no one!! They have done all 3 of my boats, 3 vehicles, 1 sxs, and my house!!! No job to big or to small for them!!! If there was an option for 100 stars I would have given them a 100!!!
