I was finally able to look at the work that wasnt performed on my Jeep Wrangler. I truly believe Bluebonnet collision needs to provide adult supervision to anybody off the street performing any work on a vehicle under their name. My left front fender is missing two bolts, two fasteners, the side marker was not replaced, the hood latch is loose, and the rubber bumper which keeps the hood from rattling is missing. I guess I should have taken it to recommended location to get the work done as offered by my insurance company. When I picked up my Jeep, I was in a hurry to get to work and not be late. Guess I should have taken the morning off to pick it up properly.

I had someone hit and run on my brand new Explorer after a week of having it. My bottom fender/grille were completely ripped off and my bumper was scratched something awful. I took it to Bluebonnet Collison Center to get it repaired and they made what could have been an awful experience, better than expected. I’m not a very patient person, but Diego & Bobbi always went a step above to keep me in the loop on the repair process. There were quite a few obstacles that were out of our hands, but once I got my Explorer back I was extremely appreciative of all the hard work they did to get it back to tip-top shape. I would hands down take my vehicle back to Bluebonnet Collison Center if I ever needed any kind of work done on my Explorer again. The service I received at Bluebonnet was outstanding. I have never had that good of experience at any body shop that I have used. The manager John Kendrick went above and beyond helping me secure a rent car. Enterprise Rent-A-Car had set me a reservation twice and twice they did not fulfill that reservation. John called the manager at enterprise and told the manager that I had been dumped on and they could he do everything in his power to get me a rental car. 10 minutes later a rent car from enterprise appeared at Bluebonnet motors. John had saved the day my car needed repair it was not safe to drive and Jon made enterprise aware of that and they sent me a car. In addition to all that my car was fixed within 24 hours and it was fixed properly I cannot say enough good about bluebonnet collisions.

Bluebonnet Collision Center took really great care of my car. After an accident I had it was in the shop for 40 days but almost looks brand new! There were a few communication issues and finish date got pushed back a few times, but dealing with insurance is understandable. Bluebonnet Collision Center has a lifetime guarantee!

Took my vehiclein due to a windshield chip caused by an Allstate client. Waited one week for an 8 am Wednesday appointment only to leave my car two days for a glass chip repair. Maybe the Help Wanted sign explains the cause but it was slow service. Happy with the repair.

The repairs done to my vehicle appear to be very good quality. I was very disappointed in the overall cleanliness of my vehicle when I came to pick it up. There were piles of rust throughout the bed of my truck. My truck was only two weeks old when I was rear-ended, so the paint was still in immaculate condition. The only explanation for the rust was that it received a generous dusting as a result of other work being done at the repair facility. The repairs were completed in a very short time, and the staff were very attentive to my needs, and kept me apprised of the status of the repairs. I would recommend Bluebonnet Collision for any of your body repair needs.

I don’t even know where to start. 3 weeks after a relatively minor incident I received a call that my truck was complete. I asked 3 times if my truck was driven and rode ok to which I was assured it was. I had asked because when looking over the estimate it was mostly cosmetic. The night of the incident I had tried to drive my truck home but couldn’t. I had it towed to your shop. I knew it was more than cosmetic. After being assured it was good, I got a ride the 40 minutes there. I bought my truck from bluebonnet as I had my new journey before that so I assumed the collision center would have the same level of service. I was ok driving that far for it. I was wrong. I get to the shop and Patrick tells me they’d be pulling my truck to the front. After waiting what felt like a longer than needed time Patrick comes to get me. I naturally go to walk out the front door. He stated we’ll be going out the side door. During our long journey down a hallway Patrick asks me how my day is to which I reply “great now that I’m getting my truck back”. Patrick chuckles. We get out the door and to my truck in front of a bay and he asks “looks good right” cosmetically, sure, but that wasn’t my top priority. And then Patrick tells me that I can’t take my truck because they discovered a broken tie rod and gives an insincere apology. Maybe it’s because I’m young. Or maybe it’s because I’m a girl. But he proceeds to talk to me like I’m an idiot. I am quite mechanically inclined having spent my entire life around mechanics and in shops. Not only do I know what a tie rod is, I also know there was no way they drove my truck as he stated they had. So Patrick is a liar. Another week goes by and I get a call that now my truck is ready. I figured that meant they were under my truck and would have noticed anything else wrong. At this point I’m just irritated. So I go, my truck is out front, I’m greeted by Patrick, he says they replaced the tire rod, completed an alignment and all is well. I hop in and drive off. The truck doesn’t quite feel right. I decide to give it a while because I had been driving a little car for a month and could also have nerves from the incident. A week later it still doesn’t feel right. And my gas mileage tanked. I have two of my guys drive it to get their thoughts. They pin pointed the same concerns I have. I receive a call from Patrick during this about my deductible. Both times I was there the front desk ladies told me I didn’t owe anything. Patrick is quite rude. I told him I would call my insurance. I also told him that I would probably be bringing the truck back which made his attitude worse. Again talking to me like I couldn’t possibly know what I was saying. Pretty sexist if you ask me. Over the next few days Patrick calls me twice a day every day. My last conversation with him he stated he was calling my insurance and would three way me. He was only concerned about the money. Not that my truck was not properly repaired. That was over a week ago. Since then I have had a real mechanic look at my truck. There’s an arm bent, brake line pinched, the alignment is way off and since I’m now being picky the body work is mediocre as well. Again, Patrick lied. And now won’t answer for my personal mechanic. I’m assuming because now he’d have to try and explain to a man and can’t assume he knows nothing. (I have personally worked on items from replacing bearings to rebuilding a 496) I need my truck fixed and I need it done correctly.

4 mile tow cost 260 dollars. Condescending. Do not recommend. We will be getting a second quote.

I was in a collision. The insurance company sent me a list of repair shops they coordinated with for repairs. My husband has used Bluebonnet Ford for service with his Ford truck so we choose them. I must say we were not disappointed. They are a one stop shop. The car rental works with them so pick and drop off is a breeze. John communicated with us weekly or when there was a change to expected date of completion. I would recommend Bluebonnet to anyone who needs they car repaired.

If I could give zero stars I would! Don’t ever take your vehicle here! This place doesn’t have customers safety as a priority! The parts were installed wrong had to take my truck back after they had it for two months! All of the steering components were lose! The customer service was horrible on top of it all! Also my truck was broken into while there.

We put both of our vehicle for hail damage. Mike and Deigo were our Reps. Both vehicles took over a month each to get repaired from the hail. When we picked up the vehicles there were new damage cause by the repairs team. Scratches in my paint on the driver side, chipped paint on passenger side, bed cover put back on crooked, the tint on my windows were chipped, windshield wiper fluid didnt work and finally the rubber strip on the roof wasnt attached back correctly. Customer communications was very poor and follow up calls werent there.

Picked up my truck to get home and realize none of the power windows worked. took it back to Bluebonnet so they can fix what wasnt broke in the first place. Visual defects in paint on both areas worked on. Door they replaced does not shut properly. Tailgate that was replaced randomly Falls open and sometimes does not close. John told me there was nothing he could do to help me also anything John says make sure you get in writing shorted me $200 on finished deal.

The service at bluebonnet collision center exceeded my high standards. They treated us like family and went out of their way to accommodate us while our car was being repaired. Good overall finished product getting glass and trim replaced. However, I was never contacted after I dropped off my car, the initial estimate said one business day which became four, for which I was never contacted just updated through the app. Then on pickup day the auto text stated that the car would be ready by 4pm and I would be contacted if there was any delay. At 415 I reached put to them on my own and was told my vehicle was not finished yet because they were running behind in the paint shop, but I was never notified. Then upon arrival 30 mins later, they said just a few more minutes, which became another 10. So you will get a finished vehicle, but they alao over promise on delivery.As well as a worker leaving a used mask in my car, and the glass was very poorly cleaned.

My car was hit by a large 4x3 piece of flying tread off semi truck. I’m not from the area. I was visiting from Washington DC. I didn’t know the reputation of any of the body shops in the area. There was quite a bit of damage done to the front of my vehicle. I really thought it was going to take a substantial amount of time to repair my car. I was impressed with the ease of the process and how friendly and professional the staff were. I was surprised with how quickly and smoothly everything went. Renting a car was simple and quick. And I appreciated the text messages keeping me up-to-date on the repairs to the car and the time estimate of finish .The price of repairing the vehicle was more than fair. I thought being a newer Volvo it would have cost. much more. My car looks the same as it did before the damage. and it was cleaner too. (Thank you for vacuuming all the sand)

I have a 2017 Ford Fiesta. There is rust around the antenna. Ford has a 5 year guarantee on it not the Rust.I was told buy a adjuster that was three years 36000 miles. That guarantee its part of the drivetrain not the rust

Took it by Bluebonnet Collision and Cara looked at it and had a tech take a look. Turned out the hinges were a little loose. The tech lined everything up and re-tightened and its now right as rain. Just dropped off my vehicle and the service was very friendly and welcoming. The agent took a look at the damage to my car, gave me an estimated day of completion and gave me his business card in case I need to give him a call. Overall, I left feeling satisfied with this initial visit.

Cant believe how bad this was!My advisor seemed friendly, dropped my car off on a Friday and was told no one would even look at it until Monday! Whatever.... The next week on Wednesday I call and am like hey whats going on I havent heard from you! Im told my advisor was out sick but is back, (poor guy, but no one else takes over!? Guess the management is the problem) and he will call me when hes available. The next day (Thursday) I call again, they say it will be done Friday. Friday I get the call its done, then 30 minutes or so later (when Im almost there) my advisor calls back to say it is not done, they need to realign the sensors. So Tuesday (a week and one day) my car is finally done. I would have been happy with a simple apology or explanation, but the only half hearted one I got was for telling me it was done when it wasnt! I will never make the mistake of giving these jokers my business again! I wish USAA would take them off their recommend list!!

Took my vehicle in the week before Christmas, they finished it on that Friday evening. There were some issues that werent right, so they kept it for another 2 weeks, since the shop was closed down the week of Christmas. They even provided a brand new Ford Explorer as a rental. We always bring our Ford vehicles to the BB Collision Center when we need something done, (Rudy) put some side vents, hood scoop, rear spoiler on a 2006 Mustang, was great work. Then Rudy installed a new grill on a 2014 F150 for us, again great work. Most recently Ernesto installed my front and rear glass. He always made sure things were finished when expected. Im pretty particular where I go for any work like this and they pass my test.

With the challenges of the COVID-19 Cara Winters did a a great job of keeping the repair of my vehicle moving forward. Cara did a great Job.

Was not even a customer here but the employees here are SO KIND! I had a tire blowout on I-35 and they offered me free help while I waited for a tow truck and even offered me a ride home. Incredible customer service to folks that are not even customers!

Sure the autobody does fine work but the rental car company Hertz they contract with is horrible. Never got through 1st 2 times I called and when I finally got through the 3rd was put on hold for 10 minutes. Didnt actually get help until I got the corporate office and they patched me through. Forward ahead I go to pickup the car and none of the bluebonnet staff attempted to assist while the Hertz employee attempted to check another coustomer in on a cell phone which was on speaker. Over an hour later we still dont have a car.This is a prime example of why I use Caliber collision and enterprise rental theyre always professional
