Tammy is wonderful! I hadnt been to a proper salon in 2 years. Tammy took the time to talk to me about what I wanted and didnt want. She followed the picture and discussed what was able to be realized from the photo as best as it could with my hair and head structure.

Shanize is absolutely amazing! it was my first time going and she definitely exceeded my expectations and made me feel comfortable and gave me exactly what i wanted on my haircut. i recommend shanize 100%. she doesnt rush and makes sure you are satisfied. will for sure be coming here again. get your cuts with her!!

Don’t go here. The chance of you getting a good haircut has dwindled since all the talented hair dressers couldn’t stand management and left… I got a pixie there and it was the worst haircut, I cried and got it fixed elsewhere.

I had my hair curled for a photos at the JC Penney’s photo studio. The stylist did an excellent job at a reasonable price.

JCPENNEY was a great store when I was growing up, but seems to have move more upscale in cost than they were when I was I kid. Dont come here expecting to pay a Walmart price for anything. The quality of product is very good. I do have a few shirts in my closet that are very nice.

Today, I had Robyn in the salon give me highlights to blend in the beginning of my grey hair. If i could give her 10 stars, i would. She was great and my hair turned out way better than i could ever hope for.

I absolutely love this salon! Great prices along with the best stylists! Michael “Veda” is the best, he’s great with blondes!! It’s so easy to schedule & they have amazing hours - and great selection of product including styling tools!

Had my hair done by Shay and she did absolutely wonderful. Gave me exactly what I wanted . She is super friendly great hairstylist.

I absolutely had a great experience taking my eight year old daughter to have her hair cut at the JCP Salon. We showed up on time for our appointment and Veronica was immediately ready for us. She did a great job cutting my daughters hair which was almost to her knees.Veronica literally had to get down on her knees while my daughter stood up to have her hair cut. She showed patience as my daughter cringed when getting her hair styled because her hair is extremely curly and my daughter is tinder headed. She was very kind and constantly asked my daughter if she needed a break. I am very pleased with the services that we received. We will definitely be coming back again.Thank you so much Veronica.

Even with appointment there is a wait but they do a great job.

Ask the girl at the counter who gave a good haircut because I was new in town she gave me Robin nice lady but didnt know how to cut hair didnt do the hairstyle I asked her to do did what she wanted to do I will never go there again poor quality
