Very friendly staff and found some cool looking crocs the kids liked

Manager was very rude. Had a sell and pushed us out 10 min to closing. Said they needed to leave,,there was 3 of them. We work too hard to be treated like that!!!

Great place. The staff is helpful, but will swarm you like mosquitoes. The prices are reasonable, and the selection is good. I like that you can order online and pick up at the store, if they dont have what size/color you are looking for.

Prices not clearly marked on a lot of the shoes. And actually more expensive than Famous Footwear on most styles.

Good selection for the most part with a smallwea amount of choices for socks. The buy one get the second pair for 50% off runs every day all year long, so be prepared to buy two pairs. I even managed to find leather sandles on clearance; $23 out the door!Now, I am a double amputee and only have about half of each foot so I must wear prosthetics to even stand up. However, I wear shoes over the plastic feet that cover the carbon fiber plate that attaches to the back of the brace and curves under my foot. The Rack Room employee was not prepared for someone like me to come in to the store and she took one look at me removing my prosthetics in between 7 boxes of shoes and quietly found something else to do.

Shoe sizes 10 and up are limited. Staff are nice.

Even with the A/C being out the employees were just a kind and helpful as ever. They must be miserable in that hot store, but never showed it.

I went looking for infant shoes. They had some on the back wall, but they did not have the size I was looking for in any style.
