We go here 2-3 times a month. It’s always delicious! Our favorite is the gyros. I always get the vanilla latte and my daughter loves the coco loco smoothie! Adorable atmosphere and nice staff.

If you would like to relax with a pastry and a coffee or have a lite lunch with a lemonade, this cute little cafe is your go to place. There are parking spaces in front and when you are on the roundabout, make sure you are on the outside lane. Limited seating inside and plenty of seating outside. Small menu for food but its just enough and drinks: coffee, teas, lemonades, frappes, and smoothies. Also a good variety of fresh pastries.

We went for an early breakfast on Saturday. Place was full ( outdoor ). Mask is required to enter, and there is no indoor seating. Menu is paperless. Service is fast. I had the taco eggs and cheese, and it was great.

This place is great. Everyone is always so sweet including the older guys that get together for coffee in the mornings. Never fails to get a sincere Hello or Goodmorning to start your day.I love the small town charm community feel of this little coffee shop. They are quick but this isnt Starbucks. This is a place to sit, relax, and enjoy the atmosphere of a small town coffee shop. I love the decor and the charm of the place. The flowers on the table are always a nice touch. Also, if you run with your dog this is a great stopping point for a coffee and they have water bowls outside for the dogs.Thank you guys for being awesome. Sorry some tourists come and give yall a 1 star here and there because they do not underatand local NB charm. Keep being awesome. :)

First time we came for dinner; the service was awesome. I recommend the smoked salmon on a bagel with tomatoes, cucumbers and capers. Light plate for a late dinner. I will come back.

Visiting town for weekend and stopped by for breakfast. Was less than impressed w staff. Walked in and was not recognized for a good 2 min. Atmosphere was dark. Kolache I ordered was “warmed” by a small microwave…didn’t eat more than a bite. Staff were polite after acknowledging my presence. Needs some work to compete w neighbors…

Tried to stop by for lunch today becase their sidewalk sign said they had Cuban sandwiches and shrimp sandwiches however once inside they had neither! It was only 12:30pm lunchtime! Its summer and we are a resort town might need to order more food 😳

Pesto chicken sandwich was terribly dry. The side was 4 small grapes. This was pathetic for $12. Dont bother with this place. Owner is a tight... skips on quality coming from personal friend who worked there. Save you money and go to cravings instead. They know how to make a delicious sandwich with adequate sides.

When ordering/paying I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip which was a tad off-putting. The side that comes with a sandwich is grapes. For $10 a sandwich I feel like chips or something more substantial is appropriate. In addition, the menu states that the sandwiches come with chips which played a big factor in my decision when ordering. An update of their current offerings is necessary. They also charge 50 cents for a cup of water which would have been nice to know up front. My friend ordered the Californian which is supposed to come with cheese and in fact did not. Likewise, My girlfriend ordered a gyro and there was a very little amount of thin sliced lamb included. However, I will say that the patio is nice, the food seemed quality and the service was fast.

Great coffee. Environmentally responsible cutlery. Good Wi-fi access. Acceptable kolache. Next time Id go for the quiche.

For a coffeehouse this place sure doesnt have much coffee. The employee who helped me didnt even know what kind of coffee they served. For a coffeehouse this place gets 1 star. As a cafe, this place would get 5 stars. So I went right down the middle because the name truly doesnt describe whats here. They only serve one type of black coffee. However, the atmosphere is very nice and I appreciate that. Nice sofas to sit down in and pictures of food hanging on the wall to inspire your appetite. Pleasant music is played. Very limited parking is available here, but its right in the middle of downtown New Braunfels where you can walk to the oldest bakery in Texas and other must see places. If youre big into coffee like myself, this isnt the place for you. If you just want a place to meet up with a friend or business acquaintance, this place is perfect. Wonderful food with great prices and good environment. I would recommend this place, but I would also recommend they take the coffee out of their name or get more.

This was a great place to get a quick bite! We were heading to the wein and saengerfest and we’re drawn in by the smell of good food. We weren’t disappointed! The food was delicious and really hit the spot. It’s a small unassuming place that packs big flavor!

Order the j-bird and you wont be disappointed.

We decided to give this place a try after walking around and shopping and we were pleasantly surprised! We ordered 3 different Italian sodas, all of them delicious. I gave the Caramello with an add shot a try and I loved it! The coffee was amazing and not too sweet. We also ordered 2 of the jalapeño, cheese and sausage Kolache’s and they were so fresh and flaky and yummy! I know that there are a few Coffee shops here in New Braunfels but the taste and quality and service that we received here was excellent! Thank you so much we will definitely be coming back to give the fresh made quiche and macaroons a try!

Nice place to sit outside on the downtown New Braunfels turnabout. Great places surrounding location to shop, window browse, people watch, park area with seating offered and beautiful scenery across the street, relaxing, and a good place to sit and talk with friends.

This is a very simple place with a simple menus. If you are looking to extend your coffee knowledge and tastebuds I would recommend a more specialized spot. This is more a place to get a snack, coffee, WiFi, and a great location in central NB

I just think they should change the whole star thing because it would be better if after 10 cups of coffee you can at least get a free one instead of a percentage off of one people are dedicated and always spending money here that I think we deserve the one cup for free thats just mine and a bunch of my friends who go here opinion . This place is located in the heart of NB. It is a nice area and the people are very friendly. This place is a really nice to take a book and enjoy a really tasty cup of coffee.

Great food, great coffee. Just wish that masks were enforced at all. I have been several times and am inundated with unmasked guests walking around freely. I would rate five stars otherwise.Edit: Thank you for your response. I understand there are alot of people who simply wont wear a mask no matter what and that it puts hospitality workers in a very uncomfortable position. I am glad to know that you are at least bringing it up to the people not wearing them.

I always love this place. My favorite meal is the Dennis salad and the lattes are always wonderful. There is seating outside on the porch over looking the plaza with tables for 2 to 6 people.

Alright, for those of you who love little bistros like myself in Germany, Hawaii, and New York, I was definitely interested in trying this place. However, thecustomer service was wow, terrible. We had never been here so, no hi, or how are you. We questioned, do we sit? Is our order taken up there? Yes, no one will come to you, so go give your own order. Thevegetables in the breakfast bowl were not cooked. My Cubano was actually decent with the pulled pork and ham, but soooo much mustard was thrown on that I even wiping most of it off it was still infused in my ham and pickles. The chips were not homemade if you are wondering. I lovvvve homemade chips! But nope, Miss Vickis chips here. Now I only gave a 2 star for the coffee only. It does taste like Americano, but I would pass on the food and just stick with the coffee only.

Wow. Amazing. Best breakfast sandwich Ive ever had. Originally from Chicago (home of the best food) and Ive eaten great breakfast sandwiches from new york but this bacon, egg, sausage and cheese in a croissant was out of this world. And the home made banana bread. The best. Highly recommend. Wish there was one in San Antonio

All I got was coffee but it was really good. It is roasted locally and makes for a great cup of black coffee. It was not too acidic. The staff was VERY friendly. I wish I would have got her name so I could mention her. Comfy little spot. Food looked great.

So my send time here for the lavender lemonade and first time here to eat! You have to try the Cuban and the J-bird. We engulfed our plates but not before sharing. Sooo good. We will have to make this a weekly visit and everything on the menu!

Also love their blueberry sconesThis first review was two months ago, however today I bought the same order and the price has doubled. The website still says $4.99 yet I was charged $7.99. I guess they felt the need to make a 60% increase. Fyi, Dont trust the website prices.

My favorite part about this place is that they use *unsweetened* non-dairy milks. Most places these days have non-dairy options, but they are almost always loaded with added sugar to help them foam. I dont care about foam and I dont want 20g of extra sugar in my latte when there are plenty of sweeteners available. Not sure why more places dont realize this. Thanks Crosswalk. Please never change.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I had the MOST delicious waffle, EVER. My hubby had a croissant sandwich with ham, egg and cheese. It was outstanding. We got there just as they opened, and the lady there was so gracious and kind and helpful. If I lived in the area - I would go there way too often!This little coffee shop was a real treasure!

Great food, decent prices. I loved the variety of food that they had. Parking was a little tricky, but we got lucky and found a spot near by.

My breakfast taco was terrific! I had my choice of three items (from a pretty long list) and it was exactly what I wanted! The vanilla latte was flavorful and not too sweet! I think Crosswalk was probably the best part of our New Braunfels stay!

My son and I love to swing in for a cranberry walnut muffin, mango smoothie (him) and iced coffee (me)! Great location and a nice place to pop in for refreshments while you’re walking around the circle

Messed up our entire to go order. The oatmeal was only halfway cooked, dry oats at the bottom of the bowl. Breakfast burritos lacked flavor. Overpriced. Disappointed.

Love this place. Staff is always friendly and smiling. Breakfast tacos are served all day and are always delicious. Definitely enough to fill up with just one! Nutella latte is my go to drink to go with it. I’m here at least once a week and have always have good experiences!

Went there this morning with the fam for the first time. We ordered a cinnamon roll, latte, chocolate milk, soda, cookie and bagel breakfast sandwich. We got everything pretty quick EXCEPT the bagel sandwich I waited over 30 minutes because they were busy but my sandwich never came. Went up to the counter to ask for a refund which they gave me after doubting me. Coffee was great and my daughter loved the cinnamon roll, but probably wont go back.

Had a great egg and cheese breakfast bagel. Was fantastic, but a little heavy on the added sauce. Would highly recommend it, just ask for the sauce on the side. Another great choice, especially for breakfast or lunch, in downtown New Braunfels.

The food was great and the food presentation is nicely done. Really nice atmosphere, we sat outside shaded by large trees with a nice view of the down town round-a-bout. Friendly and helpful staff. Very impressive coffee options. The BlackBerry and vanilla coffee was amazing. We will be back to try more of the delicious food, soup(different soup each day), coffee, muffins, etc.

Great selection of latte drinks! The Mediterranean sandwich is the best sandwich Ive had in a long time (although it should be noted I dont eat sandwiches that often). I also enjoyed the outdoor porch seating.

Nice place, but I came here for the lox bagel... it could have been much much better! Lox was shredded into small pieces & not enough to cover the bagel. It should have been called a tomato & cucumber bagel rather than a lox bagel. Definitely dont get lox in every bit. Ive had MUCH better!

Amazing breakfast burrito during this covid-19 pandemic! Only thing is they didn’t have hand sanitizer the day we came. Other than that, try the London Fog Lavender Tea Latte and the Texas sized burrito!!

The iced chai latte was pretty good, but the food left us all wanting more. It wasn’t as good as the reviews made it seem. It’s a cute place and the service was outstanding.

Great drinks, food, and atmosphere... But I wish they stayed open until 10 or 11. It would be great to have a later evening hang out that isnt a bar or a busy restaurant. This is just that kind of place, but it shuts down RIGHT at 9pm. :(

Always friendly. Fast for the amazing quality they provide. The music is great; upbeat, not obnoxious, and at the perfect level. Really enjoy and support that they are a local business. Salmon bagel is recommended. :)

This place,I ordered tortilla soup, and house salad.I loved the medley of flavors in the soup. Finished the whole soup. The salad tastes good and this is a healthy salad. The leaves were green Service. Was outstanding. Eating here is a must.

Good vibe, with a quaint atmosphere. The music is a little loud, but maybe Im getting a little older. I liked the layout and had a really good black iced tea. Setup my laptop and got to work without issue as well.

Crosswalk is normally one of my favorite coffee shops in town. However today I was not very pleased. I ordered a latte and a grilled veggie wrap on pita bread. Apparently thats quite difficult considering its the third time this year they have got my order wrong. I got my food and coffee through the to-go line on my way to class. I put my coffee in the cup holder and leave. As Im getting ready to pull on to the loop, I go to pick up my coffee. They never put the lid on so my cup falls to the floor board. Now Im driving down a highway with scolding coffee all over my feet...cool. I get to campus and Im annoyed but Ill survive. I sit down to eat and notice they got my order wrong, yet again! Thank you crosswalk not only did I not get to have my coffee, you put meat on my vegetarian wrap.

As a church planter I have no office, but this is a great place to meet people and get some work done. I very much enjoy the coffee, desserts, and food. Ive been here many times and have never had a disappointing experience.

Stayed at the Resort nearby, took a walk to see the sights. Walked in to the cafe for something to warm us up and ordered 2 Chai Tea Lattes. Guy takes our order we sat down, waited. A couple of customers came in got there orders, were still waiting. 20 minutes later still no drinks. My wife goes up to the kid to ask about them. He forgot he said to make them. He was sitting down in the back on his phone the whole time and forgot our drink order. Then he makes just one, we told him no, we had two. So we waited for him to make the other ....wow!

This is such a great place to go when you want to sit and get some work done. The staff is always very nice and the food is pretty darn good. I go here often to study/read/get work done. Everything is very clean and its a very comfortable place to be.

Loved the atmosphere, loved the customer service. Its was nice, and chill, will def be back on our next river trip!
