RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, Very unfriendly place to shop, for being my first time in that store I had a bad experience with the workers there. If you had a question they had an attitude.

Its called Freaky Findz now but literally exact same as Spirit. Definitely a wide selection with prices for everyone!

My favorite go-to place for Halloween. Always have the best options for decorations and costumes. Always have the trendiest items and ideas available. My favorite thing is that the store itself often has a mini haunted house where you can see the animatronics at work. Its always a delight to visit. If you love Halloween, youll enjoy Spirit.

My wife and I love going to this place every year for Halloween, the people are friendly, costumes are reasonable, they got a good selection of costumes and accessory we will continue to be customers at this store every year thank you .

The place is always a blast to visit and we usually find something to bring home. The staff are all very friendly and engaging and are always willing to help with an idea.

So much to offer every year. Love their customer service. New Braunfels Manager Kris went above and beyond to help our family find what we were looking for.

Had product we were looking for in store...fast and friendly store associates

Staff is very unprofessional and disrespectful. Needed to purchase an item and was told it could not be opened. Felt like I was also treated like a criminal because I was followed and watched after every move I made as if I might steal something. My daughter was inpolitly told not to open a pair of stockings and my son was also inpolitly told to hand over a mask after he hung it in the place he found it which was the wrong place to begin with. What they should focus on is customer service and coaching their team to avoid any unpleasant experiences. The main individual I am speaking of is named Evlyn.

Again, neat stuff but pricey.

Every year im more disappointed by this store. Its always trashed by the time i get to go. Theyre a little high priced for such low quality products.
