The best. Professional and desire to get the job done well. Great communication and when they say they will be there they are. Katherine was a huge support in the office! As we were delayed in construction she kept track of our progress to keep us on the books for installation. Our main piece for our island was destroyed during a wind storm at their shop and they moved heaven and earth to help us find a new one. We found the same one in Dallas and they had it brought down. Ron and his crew did a fantastic job and left the site clean and our countertops are beautiful!!!! Highly highly recommend.

Very shoddy work. My counter top came loose around my sink after a few weeks after install. After contacting them several times, he finally came out and looked at it . Placed a couple of shims under the mating pieces on each side and said he needed to come back and apply adhesive. Never returned. Now granite is loose and chipped.

Had a fantastic experience with Counterstone, LLC. I was working on a tight timeframe and they jumped through hoops to get the product shipped and installed on time. Ron, Randy and Katherine were also a pleasure to work with. They were extremely helpful and accommodating and their pricing was also very fair. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

I thought Counterstone Granite & Marble did an amazing job across the board! Everyone through the process was very nice and helpful. From purchase to install everything was done so fast and efficiently that I will definitely be using them again. I have already recommended them to family and friends. This place is SO GREAT!! The staff and friendly and knowledgeable, the selections are awesome and its really helpful to see everything right in front of you instead of a tiny corner off cut, and their pricing is better than I could find anywhere else. I cant wait to get my new bathroom counter, and well be going back for our kitchen. 🥰

Ron has completed multiple jobs for us at our home. We replaced all of our kitchen and bathroom counters with granite. All of the work Ron and his crew completed was terrific. We were able to go to a San Antonio showroom to choose the granite for our kitchen countertop. For both bathrooms we used remnants from Rons showroom that were very reasonably priced and wonderful. I highly recommend Counterstone!

We are very happy with our new countertops. Katherine kept us informed for scheduled installation and Ron did a great job. He even did a large corner piece without any seams. We would definitely use them again.

Ron did great granite work in our home. The seems in the granite are non exsistent and that is something I have not been able to find with any other company! Terrible plus some.Plan on hearing excuse after excuse; as well as waiting weeks, months or longer. They seem to like to make appointments and not keep them. To make it worse they dont even have the professionalism to let you know they arent going to be able to make they appointed time; or day.They really expect that you should be grateful for them doing your work. Not the other way around.If you choose to use this company, I hope your the type of person that likes watching grass grow.

Updated Review: We hired Counterstone for a third time, this time to replace our kitchen countertops. We had a few hiccups at first due to some miscommunication about the install date and issues with the slabs but Ron once again went above and beyond to make it right and we couldnt be happier with our new counters.Previous Review: Ron did 2 bathroom countertops for us in the summer of 2017 and January 2018. Both times the price was reasonable, the work was done when it said it would be and the workmanship was great. With the second bathroom we ordered the sinks through them and when we had an issue with one of the sinks Ron went above and beyond and brought a new sink to our house after hours. We look forward to working with Ron and Carla when we are ready to redo the countertops in our kitchen.

Ron never finished anything including most of the jobs he did. He took money from my father for his business and never even attempted to pay it back. When the owner has bad ethics, the business will have bad ethics. Proceed with caution.

Unbelievably unprofessional. I would not recommend them at all.
