Our Custom Order turned out AMAZING!!! The Customer Service of the staff in New Braunfels, both over the phone as we built our order and in the store when I picked the shirts up was great!Everyone LOVES our New SVMS Elective Department Shirts. I wasnt sure which type or color of shirt would fit with the design but Heather recommended the perfect combo!I will definitely be using yall again!

I made an order for athletic clothes for my daughter back in July and the school recommended this place. it’s now September 29 and we have just received our order after several calls and waiting quite sometime they are barley ready and was told I would receive a call when the order was ready and never did. The quality is not what I expected. I would definitely look into somewhere else unless you want to be waiting months to get your order!!

Been waiting for an update on my order calling for days. Haven’t heard anything or got a refund. Placed a new order weeks ago still no word🤷🏻‍♀️ They don’t answer phone calls rarely or emails🤦🏻‍♀️ They said they would process my refund and never did! Two weeks ago so i had to show up in person for them to submit refund today! Now I have to wait another week for refund to hit my account! Unbelievable! 😡

Please isnt bad just not I guess only were going to think of her organized. I was ordering a shirt two different styles and I was promised a specific date because I needed them for that date and I got told the day before I was supposed to come pick them up that one set of four shirt s was not yet delivered to the store and would not be there until after my required date. Well we really wanted the shirts but now theyre going to be done after the day that I needed them to therefore they couldnt wear them for that special event. I was offered an insincere apology and that was it no offer of a possible discount because now I wasnt kidding what I was promised. I understand that there were shipping issues but if you promise that you can deliver and you dont deliver there should be something offered in replacing that broken promise. And it wasnt like we didnt give them enough time They had two weeks. And I was very upset that I wasnt told that these were going to be delivered after my specific date until the day before I came to pick them up so I had no time to go to another company to get these done in time. The shirts did come out nice both sets of four just wasnt happy with when I received the shirts.

Don’t let the name Big Frog fool you! They can do small jobs too! 😉 I was in a very limited time crunch of less than 24 hours and needed a not so typical printing job on two swimsuits! Heather was super quick to help me with modifications on my logo, sizing, and was honest with me about how quickly or not so quickly it could take and how swimsuit materials can be tricky. I kid you not, about 2 hours later they were already done! Super satisfied and will be returning for future orders!

Heather was very proficient and patient with me. I appreciate how well she helped modify a design. Not only did she modify it but made a totally new design and it came out perfect. Im very pleased with how it came out and how she made sure that everything was correct and I was happy with the design before she finalized the sale.

Absolutely awesome place! Came in Saturday morning needing 4 t-shirts for a rush order. They closed at 2 that day so I was really hoping they would be able to get them out by the end of the day. They were super friendly and helpful. They walked me through all the steps of putting a picture with a border on all the shirts, and had them done for just over $70! They called me before noon to tell me they were done! What a wonderful blessing! And the shirts turned out awesome! The people were so friendly and helpful, and the design is saved so any time I want to go back and have it reprinted I can! I would definitely go back and use them again!

Never a disappointment! This is the 2nd time I have used them and each time the work has been amazing! I wanted a special gift. They spent time and plenty of patients working to stick 42 pictures inside a football outline. The staff is very friendly, Taylor helped me with my design and arrangement of the kids pictures, when I went to pick it up, it was exactly how it looked on the computer. PERFECT!I I will continue to recommend them for anyone needing something custom!

Our church was in need to order some shirts with a quick turn around. Big frog came to the rescue. They helped me recreate the shirt we imagined. I picked up my order and hour before they closed and by the time I was able to put them down and double check everything, I realized I missed a few specific sized shirts. The store was closed,u I quickly realized. However, I called and I tried sending an email anyway about the shirts missing from my order. The owner called me back moments later (what a relief)! I was able to recover missing box of shirts that were accidentally missed and owner drove them over to me after hours. This was a big A+ !!!! Thank you Big frog!!!

UPDATE: May 2020 MASKS KaitlynOur family ordered four custom masks over the phone and used curbside pickup. The adjustable mask worked best for our teenager for a custom fit. Friendly and efficient service. We used them for a special birthday t shirt. They gave us recommendations for best ways to utilize the graphics and the image came out perfect. The kids also participated in the Libraries Rock Summer Reading program and had lots of fun participating in coloring the image to have it put on a t-shirt. Way to be a part of the community and show support for child literacy.

Was referred by a friend of my daughter when I was trying to create a shirt for my Dad for his birthday. He had cut copies of all the cars he had driven over his lifetime (30 cars) out of old pictures and magazines. He has a story for every car pictured... We had a big order for a conference, including varied design aspects on different shirt styles, and they handled it all with no problem and great customer service. The owner proceeded to take a scrap shirt and printed my illustration then and there so we could see how it would look transferred onto cotton. Great service and work!

I truly cannot say enough good things about this place! I have been there three times now to have shirts made for everything from a themed birthday party to a gift. Yesterday I was in there with a last minute order when previous plans fell through and he made it a priority to finish on time so I could bring the shirt to a going away party today. Quality of the final print is excellent. Speed of service is also excellent. While its not the same as embroidery, it is so much faster and looks very professional. I dont think Ill be doing embroidery in the future.
