Walk in… ask for hunter… buy your tractor. It’s easy. I did my research for months and ended up buying here bc I swear they give these things away! Dominique works on mine when it needs services and he acts like his customer service is as important as the salesmen! He’ll take care of you after you make the best machine purchase of your life!

We just bought our first Zero Turn Mower(Spartan) from here. We worked with Hunter and Randy great experience no haggling price or pressure from anyone. We told them what we were looking for and they pointed us what would work best for us. The extra drive to New Braunfels was worth it.

Terrible experience. Bought a brand new tractor with several implements to include a backhoe and grapple. This required the addition of some extra plumbing. Whoever did the work on the plumbing did such a poor job that the tractor was leaking everywhere with a few uses. The attention to workmanship was so poor that several of the fitting could be turned by hand, meaning they were never even tightened down properly. The same person also most likely damaged the main control valve that controls the front end hydraulics based on the location of the leak. There is clearly no quality assurance in place for the work performed. Be very careful bringing anything in for repairs and double check all their work before you take anything home.Additionally, the trailer I purchased with my tractor had a short in the brake system that became an issue with the 2nd use. When I looked at the wiring, I found melted shielding which was causing the bare wire to touch the brake assembly and short the system. After I repaired that to avoid a long trip to the dealer, I discovered how worthless the brakes were on the trailer. The trailer might as well have been without brakes. If I could do it again, I’d find a better quality trailer.Now the main reason why I’m fuming and writing this review. I dropped off the tractor more than 3 weeks ago today assuming there would be some kind of priority given to warranty repairs. At no point was an attempt made to give me a curtesy call to give an approximate completion date. I have called weekly to ask when it will be ready and was given a 3 week timeline. Well, that timeline has come and gone and as of today, the tractor has not even been looked at. I don’t even understand the process here. A brand new, very expensive tractor, should never have left the dealership in this condition to begin with. How foolish of me to assume this type of repaid would have some priority over other work to include regular maintenance.Bottom line, find a different dealer.

The customer service was amazing. The owner went above and beyond and delivered our new UTV to our home so we didnt have to make another trip there with our trailer. We filled out our credit application online before we went and the process to finance was so easy. Will definitely be purchasing from them again.

I chose Texas Tractor Country due to their service, location and selection. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and the service after the sale.

I have done all the you tube and member forum research for a few years. Decided it was time to do some in person research. Hunter was a great help with determining what I would be using the tractor for and pointing me to the different sizes and detailing their individual capabilities. A no pressure visit that has helped me focus more on my reality for the equipment.

Ive noticed that there are a couple of bad reviews that just dont seem to add up to the Texas Tractor Country that Ive had the privilege of dealing with. First and Foremost, the owner is as truthful as they come and beyond fair with pricing. He works with his customers to make sure they are getting exactly what they need and will go above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied. My family loves Texas Tractor Country and will proudly do business with them for years to come! Thank you guys for being the best around!

Echo was having a one day sale. I went inside and the women said they don’t know of any sale Echo is having. I told her that the store was having it on Oct 18th according to the Echo USA website. She asked a women sitting across from her and she said not that I know of. She said the Echo rep was in the other day and didn’t mention it. I told them to look on the website but they didn’t. They where no help what so ever. Stay away from that place.

Im not impressed. I walked in to purchase a Bad Boy mower. After finding a salesman, he didnt know what they had in stock. I told him that I just saw 2 outside. Then after I agreed to purchase and asked if they take credit cards, he told me only up to $2500, then cash, check or a 4% fee for the rest. He offered me a total price for the mower so I could get a check. They added a $150 documentary fee. I asked about it and he said it is to file your warranty, freight, oil, air in tires, etc... He then proceeded to bad mouth Tractor Supply and told me why I shouldnt purchase it from them because they have just anybody putting the mower together and will lose my receipt and have issues with the warranty.I left and went straight to Tractor Supply. They had no documentary fee, and took my credit card for the full amount. I registered the warranty online in seconds on the Bad Boy site. All that has to be put on the mower is the seat (4 screws) and the 2 handles (4 screws each). The tires had air and the engine had the exact amount of oil. Super simple.Texas Tractor would have charged me a total of $196 extra for the exact mower. Dont fall for it. As you can see, the $150 documentaryfee for the privilege of doing business with them didnt sit well with me.

Awesome experience. Hunter and team are excellent to deal with. We had searched all over South Texas for the best deal from several tractor manufacturers but came back to Texas Tractor Country New Braunfels and bought a Mahindra because of the way we were treated, price and the product quality. Their Sales and Service team answered all of our questions and someone always meet us in their yard when we went to look at the tractors (3 times!!) which didnt happen at many of the other dealers that we visited. Just a great purchase experience and we look forward to dealing with them again in the future. Thanks TTC!!!!

Great no pressure sales. Gave me enough information up front to help me make a decision between John Deere, New Holland, LS, Kubota and others. Never heard of Mahindra before going to TTC. I researched a lot online, but face to face up front is where I was convinced. Happen to arrive at a time when discounts were great. Purchased a 1626 with Loader, Backhoe, Forklift, Box Scraper, and Rake. Had an issue upfront with a hose and missing pins, but they corrected that in a jiffy.

The owner Randy is extremely dishonest & he will sell you on a bunch of lies and will not stand behind his product. The service department is horrible & the mechanic should try a different career. If they had a zero star, that is what they deserve. Buy from anywhere else, it has to be better than Texas Tractor Country.

Very bad experience with this dealer in Bandera. They quoted me a price on a mower and then added a $125 processing fee. After delivery was scheduled, they called back to say it would be $500 higher. No effort whatsoever to make amends for their mistake. Basically, take it or leave it. I left it.

Good people to work with had to rig up my mower to get threw the busy part of the season. Tje service guy just laughed and said well at least you got threw it. I have had other service guys at other companys send death threats...lol good job guys keep it up.Brandon MullensCEO Affordable lawn care

The owner seems manipulative and stressed out. I purchased a new Mahindra UTV for cash at this dealership and was told that Id get a $400 rebate from Mahindra. There was supposed to be another 100.00 rebate coming from somewhere else. It has been 3 months and I have not received anything. Staff does not return calls. Lana, told me that there isnt an actual company that issues the rebates and that they only have a phone number.I asked the owner, Randy Cole, if he thought that was strange. He said that Lana shouldnt have told me the truth about there not being an actual company to call about the rebates and that she should have simply told me to call Mahindra. (Which would have been misleading and got me nowhere, right? For real?)So the owner believes that Lana (his employee) would be better off misleading people to call Mahindra knowing full well that they are not the ones to issue rebates?Three months and not one update on the rebate I was promised. The owner seemed really frustrated that the dealership was being held accountable for the rebate. He hung up on me without indicating that anything would be done to secure the rebate I was promised.Next stop - Better Business Bureau

Just had dealings with the owner. His branch in bandera gave me a bottom line quote. We were finalizing the deal when he heard the price and he tried to go up $200 bucks on a $17,000 deal. Owner is very unethical and to force his gm at another location to back out of his word not only forces his GM to be a backpettler it shows the lack of regard the owner has for his staff forcing them to have to back out of their word and agreement. shameful. sure glad i didn’t do business with them. almost happened. can’t imagine trying to deal with them on a warranty issue if they treat you this way up front on a purchase. NASTY!

I have been dealing with the service department for over a year. My mower has been there 6 times for repairs. One time they were to change belts, put on new blades and see why it would not start. After a few days they called with a quote of $600 for repairs, which I approved. Almost 2 months later, yes it took them that long, I went to pick up my mower, the bill was $1,400 dollars. Yes I was p...... But they are the only ones locally that repair my brand of mower. I mowed 1 time, the next time it would not start. So this goes on for 5 more visits the same thing for all but 1 visit. 2 of those times the bill was more than quoted. They always keep the mower for weeks and weeks. I picked up my mower again 2 weeks ago, mowed 2 properties and now it won’t start again. I will NEVER take my mower to them again. Like another review said “the repair person needs to find a new career”!!!!
