Great place and amazing service. Traffic kept me from arriving on time and Eddy (owner) stayed late, fixed the issue and added in some great stories and a few jokes just for good measure. Plus- the store has everything you can imagine BBQ related. In Eddy we trust!

Great service and plenty of barbecue products. Eddie and Rubi are very knowledgeable in recommending rubs, sauces and grills. Eddie Medrano competes on the barbecue circuit and has hands on experience utilizing the products he sells. TX BBQ DEPOT has become my go to barbecue supply store. Family owned and operated.

Purchased a GMG before Memorial Day. Had a defective unit. Left a voicemail / no response. Fortunately GMG customer service took care of it. 2 weeks later - still no call back. Also purchased a GMG pizza oven. Just opened it - cracked stone inside. Called - twice - and agin no response. I understand they are a reseller and that these things happen - but if you can’t even call your customer back you will never see another dime from me again. Take your money elsewhere.

Unreliable. Cannot contact them. Have a traeger smoker that needs repair and had a Contract to come out and they never showed. Called the office for 24 hrs and phone goes to voice mail with no callback. If you do business with them, be aware.

Awesome place! Eddie is extremely helpful and has an array of everything you need. Wall of spices and rubs and almost a full wall of lump and wood. Great selection of bbq smokers too. His design for the Ugly Drum Smoker was great!! If I was in the market for another smoker; Id buy one here. Heck, Im probably going to add one of his UDS to my patio too. All around great place. If I didnt have to get back to work I could have stayed even longer just talking Que. Skip ordering online and step in to see what real customer service looks like.

We have needed a place like this in NB for a while. Eddie and staff are friendly, they carry some great products including big green egg and Texas Longhorn smokers. They also have a huge selection of seasonings and wood pellet. Check them out!

This place has got everything you need! If your a BBQ person go here! I love my traeger and Im so glad there is a local dealer now! There prices on pellets are a little high but the people are great and they have an awesome selection of Spices, injections, brines anything you need.
