This shop and T. Lebowski are the real deal. Knowledgeable opinions and customer service are not in short supply here folks. Walked right in with a simple request and ultimately left feeling grateful that this business exists in NB. I will definitely return!

[update]They finished the job and while the pickup sounds great it now feels like that the neck and middle position sounds like both are in middle position, and they ended up stripping a hole in my guitar so now the panel on my t-shape guitar where the knobs are seems like it wants to swing everywhere, i didnt get the strings that the owner said I would get since the guy that was there at the time seemed like he didnt want me there and I didnt want to have an argument, now that the job is done i still never want to do anything with this shop ever again, the only good thing I can say about this shop is that they have a decent selection, other than that, I should learn how to solder.[Original post]I just wanted a pickup swap, they said they could get it done in a day, then later on said that it would take 2 weeks and not a month like some other places, took them 3 weeks, told me that the tone pot needed to be switched out on a brand new guitar and they were gonna charge me for that and take another day, and when I got to the store they said that they would have to order new pots for the guitar which wouldnt take a day but would take another week, 40 dollars turned into 50.These guys seemed cool at first and then lie after lie kinda piled up and now I dont want anything else to do with these guys, this whole thing felt like a slap to the face to me and this was not worth 50 dollars for the botched job they did and wanted to charge me extra for something they screwed up on.

Staff was amazing and selection is great. There is some great gear and custom built guitars as well. I recommend this place highly and look forward to going back real soon.

Very friendly with just the right amount of helpfulness without any pressure. I was pleasantly surprised to see a “small” guitar store with actually a BETTER selection of guitars than 2 other big box guitar stores that I had visited that same day. Their luthier/repair man was also in the store that day as well, and was also very open to visit about such things, to where I would feel totally comfortable letting this guy work on my guitars. I am in the market for my first Les Paul, and they had a bunch of them! I’ll be back!

Very friendly! Chris did his best on my Aria 12string. Guitar has sentimental value and he took the time to repair the neck and supports.Would have liked it if they had called me to let me know the estimate and their plans, but in the end the price was much less than i expected!

Great [lace and local. I was looking to restart my music hobby and stopped by to look at used guitars. what I found was a perfect custom hand made electric guitar that was perfect for me and at a price that was a fair as I could have asked for.But what I got for the deal was a group of new friends and a ongoing local resource for my hobby. I even met a great guitar/music teacher in the store. I am now doing lessons once a week in my home. Perfect!!!!Great store, lots of used instruments as well as new guitars priced from a good beginner quality to top of the line pro instruments. AND...……..if they dont have want you are looking for ask if they can make you one. The custom work that they can do will blow your mind!!!!!Thanks guys, Your new friend Howard

This is a great local guitar shop! They have some dependable instruments you can find at any shop, but they have lots of delightfully, funky oddballs and even some custom, handmade guitars from one of the owners.I took my strat in for some electronic work that another shop did poorly, they fixed the issue and addressed some other issues as well, price was fair and lower than I expected (which is always nice)The staff Ive met are all friendly, helpful and not high pressure sales or dismissive. If you are in the market for a guitar, bass or just looking, look here!

Entire staff is extremely knowledgable and helpful. Great selection of guitars, amps, and accessories. They also have custom built guitars from the owner himself. (Who is also a great guy) I believe they repair guitars if you need that.
