Dr Gabbin was extremely understanding and helpful in solving the issues I was experiencing with my hearing aids. He paid close attention to my concerns and I am very pleased with the results and will return for their routine cleaning/adjusting appointments.

Michael, the audiologist at Hearing Life was very patient and worked well with my mom. He took extra time to explain things to her and did t make her stressed or nervous.After her initial hearing test he tried a particular hearing aid on her. When I was uncertain as to whether or not she was going to have success with that type he listened to my concerns and we went with ones that I felt would be more user friendly for my mom.

After Ding Hey ask me if I had any questions told him about the squawk he was able to simply change the rubber tips and increase the volume volume to where it should have been 3 years ago but I didnt do it because of the squack and simply by changing those rubber tips the squawk went away and I hear better. Too bad they didnt try that earlier when I was working.

Mr. Richie and the stsff of New Braunfels Tx are/were great help in fixing up my aids to do wonders. Could not be happier. Thanks.

I was having a problem with my Oticon Hearing Aids so I called Hearing Life in New Braunfels, Tx. The new Audiologist in the office was very friendly and helpful. He agreed to send them to Oticon since I still had some warranty time left. They were returned to me in exactly a week. The service was excellent and the staff was cordial. Thank you.

During this Covid business, I have not been able to visit the center. Hearing aids were not working and since they were new to me, I did not know what to do. Carla helped me and all we needed was to clean them. She showed me how the little tool works so I am good now.
