I am happy to say that this has been my favorite motorcycle test riding/buying/trading experience thus far. Huge shout out to Reid for helping me through the entire process, answering my calls/questions, and making each step of the process easy. And that is saying a lot because I had to wait 10 weeks for my motorcycle to come in. Very prompt, explained everything to me, not pushy at all. I look forward to bringing my motorcycle in for service and doing business with them again soon. Brought my old bike in, had a check in less than 30 minutes.
Woods had a lloyd’z flash day.I booked an appointment and got there everyone was great.it was early and they all friendly.there wasn’t one employee that didn’t say good morning.took my bike back no wait and answer all questions I had. They found a recall issue and fixed it no questions asked. I haven’t been to another shop with customer service as good as this.Adrian thanks your the bast.can’t wait to come back
What can I say, this bike is beautiful! I went on line, “built” it on the website and shortly there after Mr. Reid contacted me. He handled everything thing from then on with superb customer service.Of course with how crazy the shipping industry is right now, the wait was longer than expected. I contacted Mr. Reid every few weeks and he was very patient with me and understood how excited I was and explained the delays. Like I always say, choose quality over quantity. The entire team were professional, accommodating and friendly. If you’re looking for a bobber, bagger, cruiser etc, go check them out AND they carry Royal Enfield as well. 🤘🏽
The most awesome folks!I was in the market to get back on two wheels after having sold my Harley Fatboy to shed some expenses a year and a half ago. I submitted a request to test drive through Indian’s main site and got a response from Reid within the hour.Arrived at the set time and day and Reid was ready to ride! Tested out a couple of Scout variants and even a Chief after chatting with Reid about what I was looking for. Spoke with Jess after the test ride and BOTH of them gave me their personal mobile numbers and was told to contact them at any time. Jess gave me his best out-the-door price the first time, sparing me having to haggle.Set up my order and payment over text with Reid. Yup. That convenient. Didn’t have to drive down or haggle further or anything. There was a 14 month wait for my Scout to arrive, but that’s due to the craziness of the times we live in, not because of anything Woods Indian did.Got my bike, got a great price, got awesome customer service, got really friendly treatment and attention, and got back on two wheels. Even though there is a dealership closer to where I live, I will go out of my way to come to this dealership because of Reid and Jess!
What can I say about my experience at Woods Indian. Everyone there is very welcoming, knowledgable, and easy to deal with. Jess is an effing awesome dude. He was so patient while trying to work with a 3rd-party lender. Adrian and Caleb in parts and service are bomb diggity as well. Always great to deal with and no BS. Just good honest people who love bikes, and love to help their peeps riding them. Highly recommend anyone in the market check out Woods Indian first.
Those guys and gals over there are awesome. Jess is always very welcoming and knowledgeable, never rushes you while youre making your way around the floor looking at their selection. Adrian very helping with letting you know what youll need to care for the bike and when to come back for services. Ive bought a Scout Bobber and went back to Trade up for a Springfield Darkhorse, both bikes are awesome and very Smooth. Id recommend anyone to their spot whether youre trading up or moving over from something else.
Exceptional service! Felt like dealing with friends. I knew exactly what I wanted and was able to ride home shortly thereafter. Definitely worth the short drive from Austin!
Went in to look and received terrible customer service. Salesman had a rather nasty attitude. Looking at a new purchase in the next few weeks but at this point why go to Indian and be treated poorly when I can go to Harley and be treated well and I know that they care about my business? Guy even had the nerve to give me his card after being so rude. Go somewhere else. There is more then one Indian dealership and plenty of Harley dealerships where they will be more then willing to treat you with the respect you deserve.
Drove from DFW to Woods in New Braunfels. I was super impressed, the shop itself looks GREAT! Everyone was really nice and went out of their way to make me feel at home. Adrian and Paul helped me find the Bobber I wanted and made my purchase quick and painless. Ashley is a sweetheart and helped me pick out gear. I had a wonderful experience! I highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for a Indian! Thanks again Woods I’ll see you soon to trick this bobber out!
Jeff, Caleb & Justin were great at explaining and guiding us through everything, from maintenance to delivery. Our purchase was smooth and am now looking forward to some riding on my new bobber!!
My friend and I (he is a person of color) want to buy a motorcycle. We spent 15 min looking around. Nobody acknowledged our presence even though several employees were just standing around. Not to mention some of them not wearing a mask including the woman at the front desk! We decided to leave. I made eye contact with the woman at the front desk and she turned her head. We went to Harley Davidson in SA. They were awesome! We purchased our motorcycle 🏍 there!
I’ve been dealing with Woods since they opened for my special orders. They have been fantastic. They know me by name every time I come in. I’m a person of color, so whatever person insinuated they were treated poorly b/c of color that’s not it. Be Blessed.
Hands down the best dealership experience I have had in a really long time. If you want a place that will not only take care of you during your purchase but also has an amazing service department, then this is your must go to shop. Huge thanks to Nick and the service Dept. for taking care of everything I needed!
Just an incredible experience...Jess really knows his stuff, answered every question I had and made purchasing a new bike enjoyable. Ashley greeted us at the door with a smile and upbeat personality and made each visit fun... something to look forward to! These Indian bikes sell themselves... the crew at Woods Indian sold me them... this is my dealership home now! Well done each and every one of you! thanks for a super experience!
Great service, no hassle and good people. They are about 80 miles from me and could drive to 2 other Indian Dealerships that are closer or more convenient but so far each and every visit theyve exceeded my expectations. I plan to continue to take my bike, 2016 Roadmaster, to them for maintenance that is beyond my abilities.
Great selection of bikes and other merch. Friendly staff.
Adrian is the man! Any parts, apparel, or service appts., see him! He was so helpful in arranging everything for the motor swap on my Bobber! Cant thank him enough. Thanks Woods!
I’m back on the road and loving life again thanks to Adrian Acosta and the service team at Woods Indian Motorcycle. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this dealership. They had no incentive to go the extra mile, but they certainly did. First, I didn’t buy my bike there although I wish I had. Secondly, I literally own the least expensive bike Indian makes, the Scout Sixty in Thunder Black. Because of these things, I expected not to be priority. I knew it would get fixed, but I figured I’d be at the bottom of the pile and it was going to cost at least a grand to get it done. My bike had been sitting for almost a year because I’d had a reoccurring problem that gradually got worse and worse. The bike wouldn’t start reliably. I had taken it in shortly after I bought it to the Dealership where I purchased it (they are no longer an Indian dealer) and explained what was happening. Every once in a while, the bike wouldn’t start. I didn’t expect to have this problem with a brand-new bike and as a new rider, I didn’t want to get stranded if I had to stop and couldn’t get it going again. I didn’t feel confident riding with my friends because it was so unreliable. The former dealership explained that they couldn’t replicate the problem and gave me the bike back the next day. Over the next few years I kept my riding adventures to short round trips. I couldn’t even ride it to the gas station. I had to fill up in a Jerry can and bring the gas back to my house to fill up. It finally got to the point where it wouldn’t start at all and had to find a new dealership to get it serviced. That’s when I met Adrian Acosta. Wow. This guy understood my frustration. He let me know that they were going find the problem and get me back on the road. After he and his team did all their diagnostics, they discovered I had a defective starter. MY BIKE WAS OUT OF WARRANTY. He contacted Indian directly and explained the issue and GOT THEM TO COVER THE COST OF THE NEW STARTER AND LABOR! Who does this?!?! He could have easily said “Sorry you need a new starter, battery and spark plugs. That’ll be $1200 bucks.” But he didn’t do that! He went to bat for me! On a bike that was out of warranty and that I didn’t even buy from them!! The whole repair cost a little over $300. That’s all! The customer service was so good I almost felt guilty! All I know is that this will be the only place I take my bike in the future and when I’m ready to upgrade to the Challenger, I’m going to Woods Indian and so should you.
Very happy with my purchase of an Indian Scout Bobber at Woods Indian. My salesman, Jess Stewart was extremely knowledgeable and great to deal with, and worked relentlessly to get the deal done. Also, everyone else I encountered (from Ashley, service and finance) during my buying experience was awesome and very helpful. I highly recommend purchasing a new bike from Woods Indian Motorcycle in New Braunfels, TX.
Great experience, Jess, Ashley and Adrian were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They have a great selection of Indians. From start to finish of my purchase they were all there to help. If you are shopping for an Indian, start here.
Awesome place spoke with Jess when I was there super chill guy very helpful.
Woods Indian Motorcycle was a pleasant experience. If you’re ever in the market for a motorcycle and want a smooth process and an amazing bike speak with Jess Stewart. I will definitely recommend this place to friends, family and even those of you on google review.
Amazing bikes and even better customer service. Highly recommend!
