I have an older BMW with low mileage and in overall great condition. The car needed more work with this visit than I anticipated but my experience with Eurotech over many years has taught me that they operate with integrity, professionalism and cost-effectiveness. My e46 had a serpentine belt break and the vehicle as towed to the shop. Did not take long for the shop to look and diagnose the issues. I could have replaced the belt on my own but did not know the extent of damage if any other than the belt. Ended up needing the front bushings replaced on the front control arms, oil filter housing gasket leaking. Glad they found and was able to resolve all issues. Would highly recommend. There are cheaper places but you get what you pay for.

I came to Eurotech for a second opinion after a repair estimate of $3000 at Carousel Audi/Audi Minneapolis. Eurotech completed the same service for $2000 and was very upfront about every cost. Highly recommend, not only to save money

I run an automotive shop in White Bear Lake. I called Eurotech for a module programming job, as I was in a tight spot. They were able to get me in same day even though they were busy, and get it back to me before 5 oclock. Very happy with the performance from the Eurotech team!

Seth was extremely professional and helpful for my Lamborghini. I ended up getting in touch with him on social media and he was able to remotely diagnose my issue with my car. I was told my car needed the engine and transmission removed, and was potentially facing a $10,000 repair for my car. Fortunately, he notified me of a common issue with similar symptoms that requires far less labor. Sure enough, he was right. My repair isn’t completed quite yet but should not be more than 1/3 of that for my car and that is a rough estimate - could be far less. We have taken our Tesla to Eurotech a few times now. We have always been pleased with Seth & his team. Eurotech has replaced a door handle & our trunk latch for us, as well as doing preventative brake cleaning/lubrication & a brake fluid change. My car, a 2011 135i, went through the works at Eurotech, in a good way. My service advisor, Eli, communicated with me frequently through out the job. He seemed to really care about the well being of my car. I would recommend Eurotech New Brighton to anyone. I wish I would have gotten back a clean car though. After a week of being in the shop it was dusty and dirty. Despite this problem one time I’ll continue to be a loyal customer.

Super nice folks and intake process. They gave me the bad news on my Audi A7 brakes and length of service, but offered a very nice loaner vehicle. Will definitely be my go to repair shop for my Audi.

I brought my car in to replace the timing belt, water pump, and thermostat as preventative maintenance on my 06 Audi a4 2.0t. I was surprised with how fast they were able to get my car into the shop to have the work done and the work itself was completed within the same day which is great because I didnt have to worry about transportation for more than a day. I am very thankful to have been able to bring my car in and have the work done by the techs at Eurotech! Each person I talked with was very professional and talked me through the things that were being done and why. I appreciate the inspection and recommendations that were made for me and glad to have those recommendations explained to me as well. I had my car break down on my way to work, I coordinated with Daniel and Eli to have it towed to Eurotech of New Brighton. They performed a diagnostic and let me know I needed a new engine that was out of my price range, I informed them I wouldnt be able to get it towed right away and had to get it set up. I unfortunately got a flat tire on my 2018 Bmw which does not have a spare.I have never used Eurotech before but I have received their mailings in the past.I called them in the morning and they were ableget me an appointment for that day, find thesame tire and completed the job on the same day.I will continue to use Eurotech in the future.

Thanks Dan and Seth.Called to get an estimate on an engine refresh for a A4 Gen2 2.0T.Asked for the service adviser and the person answering the phone said he could help.Told him I was interested in an Audi allroad with 74K and wanted an estimate to do the carbon cleaning plus any additional fixes and upgrades for that Gen2 2.0T. There are many well know possible issues that needed to be address. Plus I wanted a Stage 1 E85 Unisonic tune.He was not familiar with some of the well known short comings of this very popular engine and was going to refer to the service manager and get back to me with a estimate and call to discuss. I gave him my email and cell.Its been over 48hr and not a peep from ET yet.On the contrary, I called Further Performance with the same questions. Tristan, the owner, called me back within 5 minutes and discussed all the options and pricing possibilities. He gave me a world of confidence that Further knows what they were doing and have extensive Audi and VW experience.Looks like Eurotech, though closer to home, may have lost me as a customer who was willing to spend thousands to maintain their German cars.Return calls and follow through....thats REAL customer service.

I had a problem with my older BMW. They ran diagnostics on it, couldnt find any codes. Took it out for a drive and texted me to see if I could receive pictures on my cellphone. Problem turned out to be user error. The car AND driver are old. They didnt charge me anything for the work!

I had a super weird horn honking situation with my 2011 BMW X5 and they were able to find it and fix it without it being exhaustively expensive. They were also very fun to work with. I actually very much enjoyed my interactions with them and now my car is in tip top shape and not startling everyone in parking lots when I start and stop it.

They were great at communication and realistic with the work that I needed done.

The staff and mechanics are the nicest people! They make sure you know whats going on with your vehicle and a decent price in comparison for Audi work(That I liked). I enjoyed the hospitality from each person I spoke to. Will be an on-going customer for sure!

Very fast. I thought that I had a problem with my fuel pump. Jordan had his Tech diagnose my Bmw, and found out the real problem was a sensor. Service is great! Location is great and easy access. I will say that pricing is PRE-ME-IUM! I typically take my Mini Cooper to Mini Motorwerks over in New Hope area...but have thought they were too pricey. So I wanted to try a new location (in this case EuroTech) and I found that they were 10% more. Even just the general maintenance check was higher than my usual place, so I prob wont be back. And after $770+ bill, I was informed I must be charged for $10 in gas. Mini Motorwerks often doesnt charge for little gritty things like that, and anytime that I spend $500 or more I get a free vacuum & wash (which EuroTech doesnt do).During my maintenance check, additional recommendations were made...one of which was all new spark plugs. I called dealer I bought from, who pulled my car report, and said Im still 5+ years away from needing spark plugs based on manufacturer recommendation. So I didnt move forward with that purchase as it wasnt at all needed. That part didnt feel very transparent/honest.Again, customer service was EXCELLENT! Still rating 4-stars for a great experience, just was a little meh by having to spend sooooo much and not really catch any breaks.

I used Eurotech for a pre-purchase inspection of a used Mercedes. They did an awesome job of finding issues not identified by the seller (a dealer who had represented the vehicle as flawless). Also provided me with useful verbal comments on the vehicle versus alternatives.

I would have to say my suv is faster now, took a little longer then said. I am happy over all and they beat others prices. Im just sad, I dont have the app on my phone for this tune. So I could change settings.

Eurotech always picks up the phone, and is responsive to emails. Their advisers are great communicators, and dont upsell unnecessary work. Their techs provide detailed service recommendations, with pictures. Services their techs perform are done by the book, and with respect paid to the vehicle. I always get my car back clean, inside and out.

Do not be afraid to have them work on your car now, if you need it! They are taking amazing precautions to be sure your car is safe to drive after they have repaired it. And the work they do to repair it is quick and efficient! They know what they are doing, and you can trust them. This was my first time using them, and I will not hesitate to choose them again in the future! My little MINI cant wait to get the top down and go cruising! and neither can I!

Having dealt with a local BMW dealer i was not impressed. But dealing with Eurotech was a much easier and more respectful experience. I have an older vehicle but they treated my service work just like everyone elses in the shop. They were informative and had for my vehicle reasonable rates for the items they addressed on my car. It will be my only European car shop as long as I stay in the twin cities area.

Very nice shop we bought in a 2013 BMW for service Alex was very professional an was able to answer all of our questions. What I really like is there inspection sheets it’s all threw email an they take pictures of everything an show you what’s recommended right away. Definitely professional shop would recommend.

I just got my first BMW, a 2004 Z4. I asked my friend, a long time BMW owner, where to take the car and he recommended Eurotech. I couldnt have been more pleased with the experience. They did great work at a reasonable price. There was a small snafu when the wrong part came in but they gave me a loaner so that my day wasnt disrupted. They are now my go to mechanics.

Ive brought my GTI to Eurotech many times and theyve been quick, detailed, and friendly. They check their work and make you feel welcomed. They also have courtesy vehicles if necessary. This is one of my go to spots for VW maintenance.

Seth has earned another customer for life. I had a problem with my 2001 BMW M5. He helped my diagnose and then explained how to verify the problem was resolved. His diagnosis was correct. I tried to buy the $1000 plus parts through him but he said to buy them through my local BMW dealership so I would have a warranty. So he didnt earn a dime. He was very patient and helped me avoid replacing the wrong parts. Hes great.

I needed a repair done and called one other shop in the area, not Eurotech, (hint: also specializes in European autos, very positive Google reviews) TWICE for a quote. Each time they said they would get back to me with a quote, and never received a response, over the course of a month. I was then recommended Eurotech from a local BMW forum when asked what the best independent BMW repair shops are in the Twin Cities and surrounding area. I needed my transmission fluid level checked and added if necessary as I suspected I may have been low when I did the fluid change myself. I called them on a Friday and said what the repair would be and asked if they would be able to fit me in on the following Monday. They gave me a rough estimate over the phone, which I was pleased with, and said I could come in right away Monday morning. They checked the fluid, found that it was low, and added accordingly. I was in a bit of a rush with an appointment later that day, and they were very understanding and completed the repair as quickly as possible. The price was very fair and in line with the number they provided over the phone. I worked with the service manager, Daniel, who was very helpful throughout the process. The shop is in a very nice area and the lobby is very clean and nice. I try to do most of the repairs on my BMW myself, but for tasks I cant handle, Eurotech will be my main shop from now on. I had my Audi A3 serviced here a while back and so far so good. They were able to get me in the same day and diagnosed it quickly. They were even able to do the repairs that day as well. The people working there were friendly and knowledgeable and told me exactly what needed to be done and explained pricing. Price seemed reasonable and less than the dealer for sure. They also guarantee parts and labor for 3 years or 36000 miles which a lot of places dont do! Great. Thanks Eurotech! Hope I dont need your services again soon!
