Wow what a difference. The installers showed up on time, took notice of our special requirements, and went to work. Truly professional installation: big broad room, stairs, thresholds. Discarded the old carpet and pad, left the room all clean. Biggest surprise: what a difference their 8 lb pad makes!

Bruce was amazing at helping us with selecting our kitchen flooring as well as our stairway and hallway carpet. I know very little about flooring but he was informative and help us pick the one we thought fit us best! The install crews were professional and did a great job installing all of it. We couldnt be happier with the outcome and everyone who sees it loves how it all looks and flows together with the rest of our remodel.

We worked with CAP for purchasing EVERYTHING for our newly built home. The lady we worked with went above and beyond to help us with every design decision. Also everything was installed wonderfully, and small little things that needed attention were taken care of promptly. Highly recommend CAP!!

Sales people tell you what you want to hear so they can make a sale or they truly dont know anything about the product. They sold us a product for our laundry room floor that they said would be durable and ideal for that type of room. I am not exaggerating when I say Ive had 6 trades people tell me that this product was NOT a good choice and 2 flooring companies say they dont even install it anymore. Must have been a product they were trying to get rid of! Also, they were very unhelpful on any questions we had and did not return phone calls.

Friendly and helpful when I called. Friendly when I arrived at the store but I was disappointed to see multiple staff without masks and they were not behind closed doors. Same space+same air as customers = unsafe We left shortly after because of that.

My husband and I walked in and no one was in sight to greet us. The store was completely empty. We looked around for a few minutes before going deeper into the store, where the carpets were located, to see if we could find some assistance. We finally bumped into two sales girls. We told them we were looking for carpet and one gal pointed to a few different options and that was about it. Clearly, they didn’t really care to help.

Flooring was put in last spring... noticed in Aug that some were coming loose, and other few were making a cracking sound. After leaving numerous messages (no one returned my call, and the back office was always busy they could not take my call), the owner came out to my house. He took pictures, and said the repair guy would call me by friday-this was a tues. The call never came.. after calling again, and again and again-i finally filed a complaint with Costco-then i got a call... 3 weeks later they show up and level the floor.. but breaks a molding piece. The repair guy says maybe a week or two to get the piece... no follow up calls, finally after 3 weeks a different guy shows up and installs.I complained to Costco...and they said they would get right back to me within the hour 4x, some supervisor called me and said its in the hands of the people who make the decision of who is going to install for them..Either way, huge inconvenience and terrible customer service by CAP and Costco.. Would NOT recommend either one at all.

Didnt let us know ahead that they refuse to wear masks! We called to try and get a different crew that would wear masks. Were told after we had emptied our house of our furniture that they didnt know how long it would take to get the only crew that would wear masks to come to our job! Put us out of our house for the day to bully us into letting them work without protection as they told us TS we are leaving! Had to sanitize after for our protection! Will never use this company again! Left a mess for us to clean.

We had the best experience with CAP Carpet and Flooring! The owners are fantastic, the sale rep was great and the installers were beyond excellent. We are 100% satisfied with our purchase!

Carpet options are good quality. I am very happy with the carpet and installation went smoothly. The salesperson, Deb, was helpful with providing carpet recommendations and responsive to questions I had after initial meeting. I highly recommend CAP.

Got the information I needed to me quickly.

I was referred to Cap Carpet by my flooring contractor. Though I looked at flooring elsewhere as well, the expertise and responsiveness at Cap Carpet couldnt be beat. I checked out and took home several tile and wood floor samples at a time, and kept them for a few days while I obsessed over how they looked in different lighting and different locations in my home. Id keep one or two I really liked and go back for more. More than 20 samples later, and after multiple in-depth consultations with the friendly folks at Cap Carpet, I made a final decision. I went with the suggestion from Cap to customize the luxury vinyl tile design I ultimately chose. Since it was going to look different from the sample, it was hard to visualize. But they were right on target. The ordering process was simple and the newly installed floor looks amazing. You have to live with your flooring for a long time. You want it to look great and hold up for years. It was so helpful getting personalized attention and guidance from Cap. And they had an extensive selection. Highly recommend!

I built a new house several years ago and hired CAP for all of our flooring, rugs and miscellaneous other features of our home. WOW! Talk about great customer service! Not only were there many options to choose from, the customer service rep walked us through all of the costs and timing for completion. We have used CAP several times after the initial installations and have been more than satisfied with the results. I would recommend them and will be using them in the future for all of their services. Hats Off to a Great Company!

We had some issues with our carpet padding for five years. The original installers kept putting us off and CAP carpeting listened to us. The carpet padding was bad and they were all helpful from the first person we talked to, to the installers to help us get the best carpet and pad to replace the bad one. Everyone was not only professional, but pleasant and courteous as well. I would go to them again for something.

They installed a shower in my new build home 4 years ago and its been a nightmare ever since. They have had over 8 attempts to stop the leak and have had no success. They have asked us to fix their mistakes. They cut corners. They attempt to fix it as cheaply as possible instead of doing it right. They have tiled over existing tile. Left us with grouted holes in the tile. Destroyed our ceiling and wall durning a tear out. They have their employees perform work that they are not qualified to do. We are now left with a mess we have to fix as I will not allow them back in our house and who knows of the shower still leaks or not.

We have used CAP for all of our flooring needs in multiple houses for the past 5 years... from Woodbury to Maple Grove. We’ve done whole-house carpet three times, wood flooring, Cambria countertops and just recently a basement carpet replacement with them, due to flooding. We have always been impressed with how this company is run, and continue going back to them time and time again because they stand behind their installation and products. They go above and beyond for customer satisfaction and because of that, we will continue to use them for our future flooring needs.

Cap’s selection and pricing seems good but some of their sales ladies could be a lot more warm and friendly. Maybe try smiling and show enthusiasm.

I tried Cap after being disappointed in the service and price of a competing local flooring store (Seestedts). I only placed a small order with Cap as I was simply adding to what I had already previously ordered, but I found the staff to be very friendly, helpful, and professional. Megan also stayed in touch with me about various transition options for a particularly difficult carpet to vinyl area. Additionally, the price of the flooring (Core-tec Plus) was better than that offered by Seestedts, and Cap did not charge a shipping fee. For those reasons, I would definitely recommend Cap, and plan to go back with any future flooring needs.

We purchased quartz countertops from CAP, and they went above and beyond to correct a problem they did not create. I cannot stress enough how wonderful and professional they were in going to bat for us against a very large and well advertised design company who did a less than perfect countertop install. Sunnie and Bruce took it upon themselves to hire an independent repair person to correct the mistakes. Bruce took the time to come to our house to listen to me and document the problems. They made it right.I will not hesitate to recommend them, and look forward to my next project--carpet!
