I reached out to Computer Champs with a fairly unique issue involving my personal home server. Dave was honest that he didnt have experience with my particular server brand and that he wanted to do some research before agreeing to work with me.After a couple hours of research he agreed to attempt helping me for a minimum cost if he failed. I trusted him with my personal server and he was able to fix my issue. He was professional throughout the process and went through the necessary steps to ensure the safety of my data.I went to Dave because he was local, and in the future he will be my first call for technical computer related issues. 10/10 will recommend him to everyone I know.

Dave simply rocks! He knew what the problem was before I even brought my grandsons HP Envoy in, over the phone! Dropped off laptop at 4:00 pm. Picked up 2 and 1/2 hours later. This guy is really good and very reasonable!

Dave is awesome! Although he couldnt fix my laptop, he diagnosed the issue (motherboard died) and was able to save all my files!!! He also provided useful advice on what I should do next. I had a broken hinge on a HP Envy laptop. I brought it in at 1:00 and he had it done by 4:30. The price was reasonable. Im very satisfied.

Building was a little confusing to find but not too bad. The staff here was extremely helpful. He listened and answered all my questions and was extremely patient. Took my budget into account for replacing my laptop and it was overall just a great experience. He did a great job with my laptop that crashed! Got to keep all my pictures, videos, and music. Also, basically a brand new updated computer! That is way faster and better than even when I bought it from the store. Reasonable pricing and great service. I would definitely recommend going here for computer issues.

I had an issue with my laptop that i just couldnt figure out on my own. When I called I talked to David on the phone. He was able to remote fix my computer with out even having to leave my house! And it didnt cost me an arm and a leg.Thanks Guys!

We drove all the way there just to find that they are now open only by appointment. :-( (Be sure to call ahead!) We were never able to use their services so, I can not speak to their ability to fix or save money. The other reviews were very complimentary (which is why we sought them out in the first place) so, i would still give them a try. Just call ahead! :-)

David was amazing. He solved all my computer problems quickly. When it came time to upgrade my computer he showed me how building a computer was a better option then buying one from the store. He saved my tons lots of money. He also came to my house and hooked my computer to my tv so I can watch videos online on my tv. Thank you David for all the wonderful service.
