Website states open until 11pm. Not true closed tonight at 10:38 when I stopped. Another time I tried at 10:30 and it was also closed. What are the actual store hours? Or do you just close whenever the cashier feels like it? I will not be going back.

This place is a great gas station, it so clean! And the gas pumps are awesome! All touch screen, news, weather and traffic and they have 93 gas. The staff are down to earth and helpful. Great place they will be getting my business 👍🏻

So rude terrible costumer service. Wish I could add a pic of a sign next to the register!!! It reads STOP asking if your card is approved LOOK FOR YOURSELF!!!! 🤣 That alone should tell you not to stop here

The absolutely worst gas station I have ever been to.Whomever the attendant was on 20 February 2021 closing shift, has absolutely no customer service skills. I’ll admit I did not handle it the best, but if the station is open, the bathroom is not solely for employees, why can someone not use it?I’ll certainly remember it and never will come back.

Two workers not wearing masks behind counter. About the third or fourth time Ive seen it. I just dont go in, but the pump TVs can be muted and thats great. Oct 28 update: workers still dont wear masks.

I pull up to get gas. The employee working is outside smoking. Had to ask her to authorize the pump so I could get my gas and go.....these the people you hire to work nights??

I rarely go to this store, because its always so crowded and cramped and Id honestly rather just go elsewhere. Ive never felt welcome in this store, and the customer service always lacks. Anyway, I stopped there today because I was short on time. I always buy smokes in bulk, so I dont have to make numerous stops throughout the week. I stopped in today and asked for 6 packs of the brand I smoke. As the lady was counting them out, I realized they only had 5. I said that works too. Another woman leaned up against the soda machine (on her phone) chimed in There arent any more!! AND I always ask if they can leave some behind because WE DO have REGULARS that come in and buy those I was completely taken back by her anger and lack of customer service. I left one behind, but I will tell you I will never return to that store the way I was treated today. Someone needs some training in customer service. .

I am a regular customer who comes in into this gas station probably once or twice a week to either buy gas or gum, or candy or zigzag. I mention those things because those are transactions I do every week. However, last night, a lady name Alexa or Alexi treated me like a criminal all stemming from a very simple conversation of me buying Welchs for $2.15 and was told I couldn’t use my card to purchase anything lower than $3. I said okay fine but “you know me as a repeat customer” and It’s not my first time buying something under 3$. After a back and forth conversation trying to understand what has changed. Alexa said i have to leave the store or else she will call the Cops on me or said “we can do this the hard way or easy way” and she brought out a taser to use on me. Meanwhile I have paid for my Welchs. I felt so threatened and mistreated all for a conversation and understanding of the situation. I was so shocked and confused as to why she needed to use a taser gun on me in the store. What a bad representation of a gas station because all the employees here have always being kind and friendly to me. I will NEVER forget this.

Bought a car wash, went to use it, and they said it was shut down for a few hours. I said I can’t come back to use it later and requested a refund and the answer was, “I didn’t shut it down but can’t give you a refund because I’m not authorized.” I asked to call the manager, and they said, “he’s out of town.” They declined to try to get ahold of him. Just turn off the ability to buy a wash at the pump (or at least the prompt!) if people can’t use it! $8 isn’t a huge deal to me, but might be to some people.

The workers here are super helpful and nice.The restroom is always clean when I come in, and the store is always in order unlike other gas stations!!

Had my credit card number stolen when I paid with a credit card there last night at the southwest most pump. The pump had an unbroken sticker saying it had been sealed in October on it. I will never pay at the pump again.

Go a half mile North to SuperAmerica instead of this BP!!!!!!Went to the gas station to buy a bunch of different stuff went up to the register gave the little girl behind the register $100 bill when she told me she couldnt take the hundred or break the hundred because it would screw up her register or her till and was told to go elsewhere!!! What kind of gas station wont take $100 bill when buying a bunch of stuff not to mention what gas station will turn you away and tell you to go somewhere else!!! Not the first time I had a bad experience at the gas station. Which really sucks because I live really close but from now on it looks like Im driving a couple miles to go to a gas station instead of a couple blocks to go to the nearest one by me. This BP is a joke if you got the time Goa half mile up the street to SuperAmerica they wont turn you down they wont turn you away and they wont tell you to go somewhere else!!!!

Hands down one of the best gas station car washes

I had the worst experience here today. My mother and I were in the store to pay for our gas. We waiting 5 minutes in line while the two workers were chatting about the Vikings game with a customer who was a friend of theirs who was buying a lottery ticket. When we approached the counter we had commented on how 6 lottery tickets could take so long, thats when we realized the worker was on her phone in front of the line of people behind us. Then as we told the worker that perhaps they should check customers out instead of text the woman started yelling at 2 customers, in front of a gas station semi full of people. How horribly unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate workers they have working for them.

The car wash stopped halfway through and clerk was unable to give me a refund, now I have to go back another day and demand a refund. huge pain the the ass.

I just went to get water because the AC in my car is busted. But I did catch a Pidgey in the parking lot.
