Veterans beware... Waited over a month for an appointment, arrived on time, and found out they were double-booked. Dr. Coverstone was dismissive, rude, unprofessional, and passed the blame off on the schedulers; even though he clearly had a record of my appointment. He did not even offer to help reschedule, just told me he couldnt keep the appointment. Complaint filed with QTC medical so hopefully they dont refer any more VA appointments here.

John is extremely knowledgeable in his trade, explaining everything in detail, in an understandable manner. Very easy to ask questions, and understand next steps. A top-notch professional.

John, the audiologist, explained everything as he went along. He stuck with me on fitting what I know to be a challenging ear size (in that the two ears are quite different.)

Dr. Coverstone was very knowledgeable, professional and caring. I received hearing aids that were the best choice for me! They are high-performing, comfortable and unnoticeable. I especially like that my cell phone now directly connects to my hearing aids via bluetooth; I can clearly hear every caller and our conversations are private. I highly recommend Audiology Ear Care!

Dr. John A. Coverstone was VERY patient with myself and my brother. He educated us in particular on hearing aids. Kay Christopherson was very pleasant to talk with upon registration. The reason for only 4 stars is that I have had challenges with getting phone calls returned and also booking both my appointment and my brothers. I had go go through the website and connect that way. Hopefully this communication issue will be resolved.
