Great team, great service. Very clean and very well maintained trucks. Store manager is always willing to go the extra mile to help. Thry have alot of equipment and great supplies at great prices at this store, I will always return to rent from this location for all my moving truck and trailer needs.

Was able to stop in without a reservation setup and rent a car dolly with no problems the guys were fast and helpful and got me on my way quickly.

They didnt have the trailer that I reserved three weeks ahead of time. Wanted me to drive and our North to Lindstrom Minnesota to get it. Not happy.

Manager tried to get into someones car to move it. Pretty sure thats illegal. He proceeded to work in the garage while we waited inside without being helped for 10 minutes. Passive aggressive much.

Very quick and efficient process was put in place to secure a truck and get the keys. Minimal contract. Everything done on a smart phone.

Reserved the incorrect trailer and had to call back to have them correct the reservation. Then I was informed the size we needed was not available for a one way and ended up not getting the size we needed. Arrived for pick up and the employee was not friendly, did not speak clearly and seemed more interested in his personal cell phone. If using uhaul, be prepared for “issues”.

Bad service. Can not trust the reservation will be ok. You have to check 2 days before having shi....

I rented from this U-haul yesterday and it was a good experience. I was not happy with the online check in process as it takes much longer than I feel a self check in should take, however when I went back inside and worked with an actual person, it went a lot faster. Eli was polite, informative, understood that we were a bit in a hurry and very helpful. The van we rented was the cleanest U-haul Ive ever seen and drove great, they are clearly well maintained. I would come here again. Thanks Eli!

This location seems to catch a lot of flak online, so I just wanted to balance it out some. Ive rented here numerous times and they always do a fine job. Ive never been redirected somewhere else to pick up equipment, which is nice (and something Ive had to do at other U-Hauls). The lot is small, but what can you do about that? I have no complaints and will continue to rent from U-Haul New Brighton.

Moving is always stressful and a large change in ones life. My husband has anxiety and was nervous to drive a u-haul truck in the first place. When dropping off the u-haul, we couldnt stop the truck at the designated spot since the location is small and there was not enough space. The employee was incredibly rude, impatient, insensitive and terrible at directing the equipment drivers. Instead of politely guiding the drivers, he screamed at people and was not clear in his directions. I drove up and informed him that he didnt need to be rude and instead of apologizing, he responded with, I wasnt talking to him. So just drive your car around. My poor husband had dealt with a terrible day of moving luck, was injured during the move and had his brother in the hospital and this employee being rude was not acceptable. I informed him that moving is already stressful and he could be just a little bit nicer. I hope he loses his job because we are affected emotionally and are never returning.

They tell you THEIR computer says your insurance company wont cover even though company said it would..To everyone! Class lawsuit material

Great service! Super helpful staff. If you go early in the morning (especially weekends), expect a line that could take 2 to 15 minutes. They are pretty busy.

Parking is limited but they said they have an agreement with McDonalds next to them soI parked there. Staff was highly irritable and even disrespectful. Seemed my presence was unwelcome, when asking about where I could park, despite not needing any other assistance (I opted to use the lockbox to get the key). The signs for customer parking arent visible when its full because the cars are blocking them :) Truck and website were great. Very user friendly.

Do not go to this location. Had them install a hitch and wiring harness. Showed up for appointment to be told that the guy doing the wiring just left and would be back sometime to do wiring. 2 1/2 hours later the job was finally done. Surprise,surprise the guy did a rush hack job. spliced into tail light wires instead of using wiring harness like i paid for. Now the turn signals dont work. tried to investigate, to discover the spliced wires (spliced to wrong wires) lots of damage to trim panel and wiring (from multiple tries to get wire connectors to work). The module was not attached and was hanging by the wires. Also he spliced the power wire into a 5 amp outlet circuit instead of going to the battery. 15 amp fuse spliced into a 5 amp circuit. Would never go back to this place. Wouldnt even buy a box form them. go elsewhere for service. do not give these crooks your business. extremely dissatisfied!

We rented a 10 truck on Sunday. And by we I mean me, I rented it online on Saturday so we could pick up on Sunday morning with an express pick up . It was confusing for me (big surprise, right?) and I called the store twice, because I had reserved like 3 trucks because I didnt know what I was doing, Derrick answered both calls, and he was SO nice! Very patient and very kind. So we picked up truck and used the express checkout early Sunday morning before they opened. That was super stressful and confusing. If you are going to use express check out, make sure you DOWNLOAD THE UHAUL APP!!! It makes it 100 times easier. While we were using the Uhaul, Derrick called my cell phone and asked if it was our Dodge pickup truck parked in his lot. I said it was, and he said good, I was just about to have it towed, but I thought it might be yours. We had parked in the wrong spot, I thanked him he said no problem! We used truck for 4 hours, then returned, and my buddy Derrick, who is a Bears fan btw, was there at the store with a big smile and a big voice. Its just so refreshing to have that kind of great customer service. Thank you Derrick. (Those damn Bears won against the Vikings too!)

Waited for about 25 minutes before we were helped. At that point, the man didnt apologize or anything and then proceeded to tell us our reservation had been moved to a new location. Not a great impression from this store. The store itself is also very small and hard to navigate because of the small footprint.

Very disappointed with surprised fees (Ethan)even though I paid in full online, such a ripoff !! Wasted almost half of my day for nothing, very unprofessional employees and need more training for these kids ! You lost customer for life .

Aggressive and unprofessional manager, Josh with no last name (he would not give one). He was irritable from the beginning and he cancelled our reservation because he didnt like the answer to a question. We then went to another, farther location that we had better service at. We will NEVER come back to this location!

Super friendly and quick service unlike some other locations in the metro. Truck was super clean and had no issues with return. Will go out of way for this option again.

Needed a last minute rental for the next day so I called the Blaine location and asked what their biggest truck available was for tomorrow. Guy said, only 10 footers, I said thank you and then called this location.I asked the same question and instead of answering me, dude asked for my email address or cell number. Then asked how many bedrooms was I needing it for, what location I was dropping off, etc...part way through I asked again, if they even have any available- as it was getting close to the end of the day and if not, I had more calls to make.He rudely told me he was getting to that, as he proceeded to ask if I needed storage space, dollies, and blankets. I was then told that I needed to give my credit card over the phone after giving it he gives me a confirmation number. I asked, So can we pick it up at 8am tomorrow? The guy annoyed, says, Someone will call you by 6pm tonight to let you know when you can pick it up tomorrow. Not thoroughly happy with the vagueness, but resigned because I was able to get a truck I hung up and waited. 6:45 I decided to call because they closed at 7pm and was told my rental was cancelled. I didnt understand and she gave me another number and I said, What do I tell them? Annoyed, she said, ask them to un-cancel your order. I asked how it got cancelled in the first place and she said she didnt know.So I called the number given and explained that I gave my credit card over the phone got a truck confirmation and wanted to know why no one called me and why my rental was cancelled. She condescendingly said, I schedule all trucks and I just called (6:38pm) the number on the account and said we didnt have any. I told her that I told the guy to call my number as I was making the reservations! I also said, I gave my cc number and was given a confirmation number and received an email to express check in. She snapped, Nothing is confirmed until I schedule it! We do not have a 26 truck available at any metro Uhauls! I asked why I couldnt have been told that when I first called like the Blaine location did- so that I had time to call other places. She ignored my question and said, I called as soon as your request popped up on my screen- I called at 5:40 60 minutes later Uhaul- just to find out that you dont have any available.All other rental places are closed, and I am without a truck tomorrow. Good grief.

I should have read the reviews before coming to this place, all the terrible things people have experienced here before are true. And unfortunately I had to go thru it myself at my own wedding day. Manager is unprofessional and rude, sold us a incorrect rental with the wrong return address and tons of “add on’s” we didn’t ask for. When called out on it he refuse to give me his last name and told me I was the one wrong. I had a receipt and a contract he didn’t even bother to look at, simply ignored me and told me he wasn’t going to do anything. In the end even charged me extra for a lot of things he shouldn’t. I did contact my lawyer about it.

Picked up a trailer last second. Prices are going to be standardized among all sites, so that is not assessed here. 2 gentlemen working the front counter. One seemed friendly enough, but the other seemed quite disinterested and would not make eye contact (which is a little off-putting as a consumer). They hooked up the trailer securely and checked tail lights for functionality. Parking lot is cramped.

Was sent here due to the trailer I reserved not being at original location. Arrived 845 Am, still waiting for everything to process. Clerk is un attentive and apparently sick of his job. (maybe he doesnt want it anymore?) customers behind me are also complaining about their wait.

I recently learned that a queen-sized bed doesnt fit in a mini-van. With less than an hour until closing time, I called this U-Haul and was able to reserve a cargo van. They had it all ready for me when I arrived; Bryn was very helpful in getting the paperwork done quickly and explaining everything. It was a fairly new van and very clean. Id rent from them again.

I had them install a trailer hitch. Although I had an appointment, that time meant nothing. They had my car for 6 hours. Driving out i heard some rattling. Frustrated with the whole thing, I took it to a repair shop. Turns out they damaged the muffler brackets and had to get them repaired. Would not recommend Them for trailer hitch.

Average service level. Ive rented trailers and trucks from them a few times, and the service is relatively average — nothing too special worth writing home about. More often than not, the service leans a little on the slow side, so plan on adding more time than you think it will take to get your rental taken care of.

Rented a 14 truck. Was supposed to be rented from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. We didnt finish our move and get the truck returned until the next morning and they didnt charge us for the second day. Really cool of them!Clean trucks and knowledgeable, nice guys working at this location.

They do not honor online or other uhaul store made reservations. They do not keep track of appointments on the uhaul scheduling application used across all stores and online. They just cancel. Do not trust any reservations made for this location. Informed corporate, they dont care. Be warned.

Trucks are in good condition although some of them are very old, they should give you the newest truck available, when I picked mine up it didnt even have electronic windows, and there were several newer one of the same size sitting there not being used.

They have three different size trucks that you can get for $19.99 plus millage, but it only ever seems like there is one person working. Skip the line and reserve a truck online with their online pick up. Then all you have to do is grab a key.

Great service, got me in and out quickly which is always the worst part when you just want to get your project done. Really appreciated the staff. Hard to get in and park your car here but thats just the nature of the lot.

Got charged for an extra day.I have rented trailers numerous times from this facility and others. I typically rent the trailer at the end of the night on Friday or Saturday and return it after hours on Sunday. The trailers were always checked in Monday morning by the staff and I would pay for my one or two day rental.Bryn Grafnitz, however is apparently a money-grubbing and charged me an extra day for my trailer returned Sunday after hours. This is not fair as I paid for an entire extra day during which they have the trailer and could rent it to others.I called customer service, they said that I would be called by the management (Bryn), but I never was called.I called again and they said that management (Bryn) had left a voicemail message, but he certainly had not. I was waiting for this call. He also had uploaded video footage of my return after hours to justify his greed.I am currently waiting for another call...Other facilities/companies do not take anti-customer approach.Do not use this facility.

Good operation. I had a trailer hitch installed several years ago, and have used them for rentals. Professional. Lots of items for sale to help with the move such as boxes, and trailer equipment.

Had a hitch put on my truck, never was the electrical done right, no driving lights since day 1, tech. said my truck wiring was bad... took to the dealer & whats wrong was the wiring harness that was put on my truck... have a report from the dealer stating its u-haul wiring... talking about professionalism & customer service sukz.. u complain about the work & they done & look at u like ur stealing from them or asking for a favor...

We used this U-haul business for a recent move. They ended up taking a part from our trailer hitch that we owned when they disconnected the trailer. We called and didnt get a response for two days. After several more attempts at contact we had to go to the location and confronted them about the missing piece. They refused to return it and would not even replace it. Throughout the whole ordeal the employees we were in contact with were both rude and condescending. We will not be going back to this location for any future moves. I would advise anyone who does decide to use this location to watch their equipment very closely.

Really fast service and pick up. They really need more parking spots in their own parking lot though, having to park your vehicle at the McDonalds at night isnt very safe

Imagine this: You call Uhaul and speak with a representative, schedule an appointment, and give them your credit card info to hold the appointment. Then out of the blue I receive a text that says my appointment has been moved to 8am on July 4th! Four days after the originally scheduled appointment!I also received a voicemail from the installer saying he was too booked to install the hitch on the original date so he rescheduled it...what then is the purpose of speaking to a rep and scheduling an appointment if they dont know the installers schedule?!!! Absolutely ridiculous this day in age.I did not get my hitch installed here.

Rented a trailer without issues. Sales staff was not very friendly and was not helpful in answering questions. Lot is very small and could be tricky to navigate.

Large selection of uhauls at good prices, the store sells lots of packing supplies, and the service was good.
