The staff have zero knowledge of their products they could barely recognize what type of phone I had when they work at a cell phone store. Then tried to sell me products that didn’t fit my phone. Go to another store trust me.
The manager Norman and his team delivers a great experience every time. I met the manager at another T-Mobile and followed him here because of how great the experience was. I suggest everyone to come to this Store. A+
Employee lack of knowledge, they don’t Acknowledge customer when they get inside the store. To getto but I don’t mind, they are friendly at least. The store has many Spanish-speaking customers but does not have Spanish-speaking staff, and the customer is left despondent and misinformed.
After calling and confirming multiple available Z folds for purchase I drove 40 minutes to arrive at the store and be told they are completely out of stock. Absolutely ridiculous and garbage customer service.

I was initially irritated to arrive to see the store closed, but the cute guy from yesterday told me they were waiting on a locksmith to get in he recognized me from yesterday and was reassuring that I should hang tight and he would take car of me.
I was referred to this store by another location since they had the product I was looking for. Daequon (I hope I’m not misspelling it, if I am I apologize in advance) was super helpful and held down the product for me until I got there. The transaction went smoothly and I was not disappointed. Keep up the great work!!
If I could do 0 stars I would have 😔Most unhelpful staff ever...shouldnt try to pretend you have technical knowledge you dont have...and information provided was inaccurate - both technical and sales.They said iPad gen 8 is on backorder until ATLEAST the first week on Dec. I came home and ordered it directly from Sprint...Ill have it in the mail today.
Called the store and they told me they close at 5.30. Whereas at the store they fail to admit that one of the representatives is giving mis-leading information over the phone. Then comes the customer-service;Impressive. The Sales Rep was playing a game on his phone the whole time he was attending us. Definitely need to start giving respect & importance to your customers.

This tmobile has the absolute slowest service! I went there to simply pay a bill and ended up staying there for over 20 minutes. Then waited an additional 15 minutes while they tried to figure out how to print out a receipt! There definitely needs to be additional training for the staff members there. Do yourself a favor and find another tmobile to go to.
This location is TERRIBLE. 3 of the 4 employees that spoke to me (at the same time) need a customer service improvement class. I didn’t even get the name of a skinny girl w/ glasses working on 6/21 around 5pm. She had the WORST eye-rolling attitude while tending to my issue. I purposefully called T-Mobile prior to driving all the way to this location to MAKE SURE I was able to get a phone swap on a new phone I bought 4 hours earlier, due to it being defective. Her lack of professionalism cost me valuable time & money. Although she said I would need to drive back to a farther location, I was able to go to the Newington location & resolve this issue easily. Emy was a great help, need more representatives like her!!!!
