Ive been going to seven eleven for fifty years and the men behind the counter are rude and do not smile sometimes i feel they dont like there jobs. Or people. I dont have any problems with the female worker i dont understand how the men have help but the female never does there is more than working behind the counter you have to have fresh coffee and cleaning and cooking she always smiles and has generosity with customers maybe you need to hire more females. And sometimes when i go there has been different prices rung up depending on who working cause sometimes i noticed they dont always use the scanner i ask for my receipt all the time. I also dont have any problems with the owner ive been hearing alot of customers complaining about the men staff its not good for your business thank you for listening

Every thing is very expensive

This store has a very busy, chaotic parking lot. I went there in the evening and witnessed an elderly person trying to buy lottery tickets. It was not a good scene. Profane rap lyrics were blaring inside behind the counter, making communication difficult, while the subject matter was clearly making her uncomfortable.Meanwhile, Mister Slick behind the counter wasnt very friendly to her either. There are other convenience stores in the area that are safer and friendlier.

No stars, I mean What Kind of 7-11 does not have EBT anymore for almost a year now... I go there and they say oh 2 months in 2 months and now they say i dont know i dont know...... They used to have EBT i wonder if they have done something illegal as everyone elses EBT is back up! Horrible service there btw. i was forced to leave a star just to leave this comment how crooked..

I only gave a one-star because I had to to comment. This store is outrageously crooked. The man that works third shift absolutely does not know how to work. The first time I accidentally spilled juice and he told me I had to pick it up. He brought me a mop bucket and said here pick it up. The next time I came in I went to return the thing I just bought 10 minutes from them cuz it didnt work. He says Ill give you $3 for it the item was 399. He said 7-Eleven does not do returns. I said I just want the same thing thats it he said we dont do that here at 7-Eleven I dont understand when 7-Eleven became this terrible. The customer service of this man is going to run this store into the drain what store does it have a policy of return if broken with the receipt and then to give you money that was less than the product?? Im completely appalled.

Just was in the store at 513am had a lottery ticket and the machine wouldnt read it so i asked the rud guy that works there to chack it and he said its not his job he gets madd when he has to get up from sitting down i wouldnt go there on the 3rd shif very poor customer service i wouldnt even give it a star

It is always clean and organized

Clean and well organized store. But very ghetto third shift. High or drunk?!?! Yelling and rapping. Very displeasing.
