Since Art Material Services (AMS) doesnt have a functioning e-commerce site, I placed an order for supplies by email. A week goes by.... no response. I call. Yes, we do have your order, but we have been VERY busy! It should be shipping out tomorrow. Me: Ok, dont you want my payment info? AMS: Oh, yeah (I provide CC number). Another week goes by..... nothing. I call again. Your supplies are on a ship! Me: A ship??! AMS: Yes, theyre being imported from Europe. They should be unloading in the USA next week and then mailed to you. Two more weeks go by....nothing. I call for the third time. AMS: We cant seem to find a folder with your order info. Im looking around, but I dont know where your folder is. Me: A FOLDER? Just check your database! AMS: Oh, we dont do that. We write everything down - at that point I can only laugh. Is this company for real??? What a joke. Well, I will be getting my supplies instead from someone who operates in the 21st century.

Employed there for 4 days as a clerical P/T. The place is hoarded with paper all over the place plus a walker, crock pot etc. Absolutely despicable and disgusting. They do not practice social distancing with that mess. The owner has severe hearing issues, and doesnt know how to communicate. This is a family business with 4 sisters working there. Three remote, one in the office. Due to the fact there is CLUTTER, the owners brain appears to be likewise. I dont recommend to be a healthy work place. Constant Administrative turnover in this most despicable place
