Gilbert & Manny provided excellent service & customer service skills. Gilbert the owner, was the only glass repair company that answered the phone on Sunday. He booked my appointment for the following Monday, came promptly, and fixed my window. His price was substantially cheaper than a big name companies price, of which they never answered my phone call. I highly recommend this company to everyone. They are professional & they are gentlemen. Thank you guys!

Started off very professional, gentleman showed up and replaced my windshield, unfortunately theres some leakage on the drivers side and when driving over 40mph, lots of wind comes in. I called two Mondays ago and was told to call back on Friday to schedule the repair. An additional week has gone by and these guys just stop responding to my text messages and phone calls, at times goes straight to vm. This is not proper business practice to take peoples hard earned money and not follow up on the alleged warranty on the quality of work.

I got my rear windshield replaced from gilbert who did it great job and quickly and great price! I recommend him for sure!

I was driving through Basking Ridge and a deer jumped out and landed right on my windshield and shattered the whole thing. I searched for the closest auto glass place and it was Extreme. I called and the rest is history. The whole process took about an hour and 15 minutes and the price was very reasonable. The guys at Extreme auto glass are timely, respectful and they get the job done. If I ever need auto glass work done again I know where I’m doing.

My windshield needed to be replaced before I went home for the summer. After calling around to a few places near campus these guys came through with a good price and fast service They came to my house so I didnt have to spend time waiting around and I could get other stuff done. My window shield was damaged. I called and spoke with Gilbert. He is very professional and meeting him in person confirmed this. He assessed the window shield and suggested replacing it. The very next day Friday, the window was put in and its like nothing ever happened. Sometimes being a woman and going to these places gentlemen try to get over on us. Gilbert is the complete opposite. He explains things to you. He has the cutest dogs and he let me pet them. Go here people you wont regret it!

My front windshield got a crack in it on Rt 1 and I never got it looked at. When I cleaned the snow off my car off on Sunday, I saw that the crack had spread a little and as I was driving it spread even more. After making a few calls I decided to go with these guys based on their price. I sent a picture and got a estimate. They came to my house and at first I was a little skeptical because the guy showed up in a plain white van. He called when he was outside and went right to work, completely professional and friendly. The window was done in no time and he took time out to tell me how to properly warm up my car next time. My only suggestion is to get some signage for your truck, ladies like me get paranoid. Horrible work, they botched my install and it is leaking at the top and when I called about their so called lifetime warranty they flaked on 4 appointments to fix it and have been dodging me since.Do not give me them your business, they do not warranty their work and are not trustworthy.

These guys came through in a pinch when other companies were trying to charge an arm and a leg. The shop location is in what looks like a small community of auto repair businesses, which could come in handy if you need other stuff done. Friendly staff, the wait wasnt long and I was able to get back before my lunch break was over.

The only plus of getting your windshield replaced by this company is that they are inexpensive. Unfortunately they are also very sketchy. They did not provide me with a receipt even after I insisted multiple times - so if something happens I cant hold them to their warranty?

My back window shattered into a million pieces and these guys were able to come and replace it while I was at work. They gave me a good price compared to other repair places in the area and I didnt have to go out of my way to get it fixed. Thank you guys! If youre ever near the store, stop in for a coffee on me.

Unsafe (didnt reconnect my wipers, didnt reinstall my rain senor correctly and had a piece of trim fly off while driving!) and never calls you back to fix any of it!. DO NOT USE!Update: I finally the opportunity to disassemble the rain sensor and found that there was NO GEL PACK reinstalled. Because they never call you back, I purchased the gel pack myself and installed. Now my rain sensors work again! Hooray for me - but sucks to Extreme for NO customer service!

This guy installed a front windshield on my car and next day water came into the car, molding flew off while driving the car and when i looked carefully, there was a crack on the corner of the windshield. He promised to show up to look at it but never showed up and then he blocked my phone number. I called from another phone number and again the same thing. I ended up going to Safelite and replaced it. After looking at it they told me, not only he installed the cracked windshield but didnt attach electrical for heated glass and didnt attach windshield fluid system.Low life guys like this give small business a bad name. I didnt want to write my review but after thinking over it I realized that people should know about scammers like this one and avoid it...... I hate to write bad reviews about small businesses but its a life threatening issue.....

Wonderful customer service!

I had a small crack in my windshield, so i called to get an estimate on a repair. When i did the guy on the phone told me they dont do repairs and then proceded tell me that because it was a crack and not a chip, my whole windwhield needed replacing. I even sent him a pictute. What i didnt tell him is that im a glassblower, and so i know that as long as the crack isnt through all 3 layers of the windshield and is under 3 inches, its almost gaurenteed to be repairable. At least i now know not to trust them before i could give them any business.

I had them replace my front windshield and didn’t Seal It proper Wind and twater coming through my vehicle very poor job don’t know what was he thinking I guess he was too cheap on the glue I tried calling him back he said call back normal business hours I have to calling from a different number just to answer he wouldn’t answer on my phone that I originally called him out his schedule online it says 24 hours when I called him he said call during normal business hours tomorrow Very mean and un trustworthy of a company I believe that they are flyby nights I am very unsatisfied this is a horrible thing to do to someone especially after giving you their business and giving you money only thing I asked was to give me a sealed and installed when she’ll guess he can do a proper I do not recommend them to anyone do not use them
