Put them on the last resort load list. Appt was for 11:30. Paperwork from Owens Corning said STRICT APPT time. Got here at 10:45. Guy told to park next to the gate and to wait on a guy on an orange forklift and to make sure to not give him a reason to miss me. About 11:55 the orange guy comes and takes my Paperwork and says he doesnt think my appointment is until tomorrow. I say NO its for today at 11:30 and that the guy I checked in with supposedly verified that. He said well I have the schedule Ill check. I guess he went on lunch cause its now going on noon and he hasnt came back. Smh. Looks like the earlier reviews were correct. I usually dont give folks low stars. But companies with strict appointment times that turn around and burn up your clock with long check ins and waiting on a dock....they deserve it.

My appointment was at 7:30AM.Theyre taking loads in order of importance for some reason.Since mine is not next, I have to wait some more the forklift guy said.They even took in 4 trucks before the truck thats before me. Hes been here since 07:00. Now is 5PM and just got a door. Make your conclusion.

One of the worse place to come . My appointment was at 9am I been here since 8.30am still no dock and its 1.14PM.... never coming to this place ever again and will let other know not to come here ... stupid people in....

As far as the customer service in the office its prompt and courteous as far as the outside service they tend to take a little longer there is no rush to up customers out but then again I work for a building supply company as well and we would never let a customer wait that long
