This store is the BEST! The T-Mobile stores in North Brunswick & East Brunswick were extremely rude & most unhelpful, but this store was the complete opposite. I found out that the extremely rude & unhelpful stores were corporate owned while this New Brunswick store was franchise owned. What a difference! The people in the store were VERY HELPFUL, VERY FRIENDLY, very knowledgeable & hence, created a most pleasant experience for me helping to redeem the totally opposite experience from the other stores. They demonstrated how customer service should be. I highly recommend this store!!

I went to this store to get my girlfriend a new phone and to add her to my plan. Was told I could upgrade to a 12 pro and get $600 back for a trade in if my old phone. They said to contact them in a week or two when the phones came in. I waited and heard nothing. When I called back was told they had no record of my upgrade and I needed to call customer service. Now customer service tells me the 600 deal is not available and all I can get is 120 back. Horrible store. They don’t know what there doing if they can’t handle an upgrade. I’ve reported them to the bbb. The store manager sold me a bill of goods and then did not come thru. All they cared about was me adding a line. Will be going with another company since this one dose not care about making things right
I went here to upgrade my device to a IPhone XR. They asked if I wanted to buy a case and protection screen, I promptly said no. They responded that they would give it to me anyway. Implying that the service was complimentary and I didnt even swipe my card for a merchandise purchase. I swiped my card once for activation fees. Now I look on my credit card and there are two charges, one I did not permit. Dont go here, they are swindlers and scammers. I will not be going to the stores any longer and will just buy online. MOHAMMED AND DANIELLA were the people who were there. DONT GO HERE.
Absolutely had an amazing experience with joey. He gave us estimates in great details and he genuinely bonded with us. Really hard to find customer service like that .

DONT DO BUSINESS HERE! (NO TRAIGA SU NEGOCIO AQUÍ!)GO TO EAST NEW BRUNSWICKS SPRINT STORE -- IF YOU CAN.THIS IS WHY: Today (09/24/2018) @ 11:30am I received absolutely terrible customer service in assisting me to activate my unlocked iPhone XS. To add insult to injury I was questioned by management on how I obtained the phone, which he then proceeded to insinuate I obtained the device illegally. Then, I was told by management SPRINT did not equip any local store with SIM cards for the phone, and there was nothing they could do for me... I walked out without guidance, which prompted me to contact my second local SPRINT Center in East New Brunswick, and not only was their customer service superb they provided me with the SIM card 4 in 1 kit that is available at any SPRINT center. From my experience it was clear that the moral and professionalism of the store was below average, and their lack thereof assistance was atrociously appalling.
Since I cant put no stars I put one. This place is horrible please save your time of going here. The district manager called Henry there does not know what he is doing. I switched from Verizon to sprint there and he did things terribly wrong and now he doesnt do anything to fix the problem. Now I owe Verizon and he does not try to do anything to fix this problem. Save your trouble and go to another sprint.

Horrible service. They will push you to purchase their most expensive plan and not offer any alternatives unless you bring it up yourself. Also, extremely rude responses when I questioned whether they had alternate plans available (which they did)
HORRIBLE experience. I went in today to purchase an iPhone7, however, they were being extremely rude and taking over an hour to complete a simple transaction. Being extremely frustrated, I was about to take my business elsewhere, but then they offered me half off for the iPhone7 to coerce me to complete the purchase. I agreed, the transaction was completed, and I proceeded to go home. The next day however, they called my fiance (I was busy) saying they would charge me the rest of the 50% for the iPhone7. Obviously, he became very frustrated and told them they had no right to charge me the other 50%, since the transaction was already completed and the half-off deal was what actually persuaded me to complete the purchase. The rude employee argued with him, only repeating that they would charge my card no matter what, and hung up the phone on my fiance when he asked the employee to read and explain to him what company policies could possibly allow them to engage in such corrupt business practices. We eventually had to spend over an hour trying to contact corporate to clear this issue (corporate understood our grievance, and said they would not allow the store to charge the extra 50%). DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE... there are plenty of other Sprint stores that will treat their customers fairly, this is NOT one of them.

ALL employees are on their mobile and have no customer experience.Left the store and went to anther one and took my 2 lines ..I hope manager or owner of the store check their camera on those employees all they do sit and play games and be on social media and dont pay attention to the customers.I ask for one employee name she refuse to give me her name at one point but then told me her name was Tiffany . I really dont know how she got a job at customer service
