Cant speak about quality and cant really say people can reliably expect same thing I had, but place said it closed at 12, I went 11:30 for a friend, tried to say they were closed but showed pity on me and sold me what I needed after a bit of insisting.I appreciate that and thought Id leave a good review.

I walked in the front door to the smell of a foul stench, and the dude behind the counters attitude reeked even worse. Immediately off the bat he was defensive over his prices, his product quality, and stock. I refuse to return to this business, the owners do not know not to run a customer service business, let alone a smoke shop.The pods I purchased were long expired, and he refused to take them back!! He refused to give me a refund and or exchange, claiming the “OIL DOESNT GO BAD, ITS NOT FOOD IT DOESNT EXPIRE”Clearly he has No Clue what he is selling, which is reckless and dangerous to his customers!! Recommend this business be terminated.

Called just now to ask if they had a coil for my vape. The guy told me to bring my piece and immediately hung up on me.Edit: In response to this garbage stores reply, I told you the model of the vape over the phone. You either have it or you dont. Im not driving 15 minutes out to you if you cant take 1 minute of your time to check your stock. Also, I got hung up on immediately. You suck.

Called this place 2 times and both times was hung up on. Guy says he does not answer questions on the phone very rudely then hangs up. The second time I called he says he remembered me calling and when I asked him if he had a certain product in stock he hung up again. Very unprofessional, any other place around this area is most definitely better!

I really enjoy going to this place they have reasonable prices & plenty of different supplies they also have a large variety of hookahs! The people who work there are very nice and go beyond expectations to help you.

I came in here hoping to purchase some vape juice (salt). I read the reviews and was excited to come into this shop, hoping for great prices so that I didnt have to keep purchasing from the internet.I walked in and the store itself is beautiful. The design of the store is great with items in perfect view. However, a woman and the clerk behind the counter were clearly arguing about defective merchandise. I cant judge the place because I walked in for the tail end of the argument, but from what I saw the defective merchandise was unable to be returned. I understand that with these types of products, but that should have been Warning #1.The clerk greeted me and I can only guess, but it quickly seemed as if this man was making up higher prices. I asked for some NicSalt and there was a small selection. I asked for prices and the clerk replied with Ummmmmm these are ummmm $25. Now, I know some places have higher prices than others and I dont have enough buying experience to make a fair judgment, so I instead inquired about the NJoy Ace Pods. These I have plenty of experience purchasing. In stores like Quick Check and even online, they are around $9.99. The clerk replied Those...those are...uhhh...$20! Yes, $20.CLEARLY this dude had no clue what the prices were PLUS charging DOUBLE the cost of the pods. I guess he thought he could get over on me, but I said Thank You and walked out.I went to the 7-Eleven across the street and the cashier said that everyone says they are way overpriced in regards to this shop. It really sucks, since I was willing to become a weekly customer. Oh well.

Went to Express smoke and vape today (7/8/19) for some phix pods. When i got there the sales person told me they have them in stock and processed to pull out an old dusty looking package. I was hesitant to buy it for $10 over market price but the guy assured me they were good. Once i opened the box the pod in the package were DARK brown and were clearly old! Against my better judgement I used it and it tasted so foul i felt the need to go back and try to get my money back because they were clearly expired. He argued with me saying they were perfectly fine and it was oil not food and pods do not have a expiration date. After 10 mins of back and forth he argeed to exchange the pods for a new pack that were equally if not more brown than the previous package. Its very clear to me that this shop knowingly sells old pods! I will never give them business ever again! If i could give them negative stars I would!

Just called today 6/30/18 at 10:43 PM.I asked if they had suorin air pods. here is how the conversation went..Me: Hello, do you guys have suorin air pods?Vape lady: Yea we have the suorin air machine.Me: ok.. do you have the pods?Vape lady: it does not need pods.Me: ...it does.. to refill the juice.Vape lady: okay you want the suorin air we have it.Me: oh okay, so you have the pods, yes?Vape Lady: ...Let me ask my boss.Me: .....😒Vape lady: oh yes we have the pods!Me: oh okay are you sure? There are two different kinds, the suorin air and the drop.Vape lady: Hey ( I think she said Ian ) do we have the air and drop pods!?Vape guy in backround: No we sold out!Vape girl: it seems weve sold out of the pods.Me: .....ok thanks for the ( vape girl hangs up in the middle of me talking ) 😤In conclusion, there customer service is seriously lacking. They have no knowledge about their inventory or vapes in general. Honestly, I never write bad reviews, but hands down this place earned it.

Do yourself a favor and go to a diff place. They sell very poor quality items for expensive pricing. We paid almost $50 for a “quartz” banger and unexpectedly the piece came off as we were using it :( it also included a mickey mouse quartz cap, which also broke off .very disappointed.
