Response to being locked out of my car was dealt very quickly and professionally. Worth every penny and will surely use them again for a maintenance job too. I would highly recommend them.

I salute the experts from Dollar Brunswick - Locksmith Service for the outstanding work for my home’s door lock. The technician was super cool and kind and even apologized for being a little. Within 3 minutes to 5 minutes, they fixed the door lock.

Worst place you can go, a woman quoted me at 150, then the fay they were suppose to come, they took forever to arrive, never called me. after the third time calling, they told me i cancelled because the price was too high which the price now was 250 dollars. i firstly never cancelled my appointment, they also lied and said i did, they also insulted me assuming i couldn’t afford it, and lastly a slap in my face to canceling my appointment for me, lying, and being really sketchy. they’re not a legit business, search elsewhere!!

I called about a small safe that I needed to be rekey. They said they can’t rekey small safes. I asked the dispatcher how much everything would cost he said $30.. so the locksmith comes out and says it’s going to cost $150. I told him the dispatcher told me less and I could not afford so much. Can you believe this man laughed in my face! How rude! I told him he is very lucky I am nice and would pay him for coming out but being blatantly rude to your customers... terrible. I would not recommend this company at all.. terrible communication and very rude staff.

Absolutely TERRIBLE and SKETCHY. I called because i got locked out of my car, the first thing they do is ask for my credit card info. the guy told me 30mins. 4hrs later i’m being redirected to different phone numbers and none pf them answer me. DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE

Best locksmiths in New Jersey!I called these people to install security locks in my uncle’s home and I am totally in awe with their services. The technicians are so polite and knowledgeable, they explained to us how each lock works for home security and why some locks are more vulnerable than the others.

Horrible. Called them to get a locksmith to come and open my door for me in an emergency, turns out my land lady is around the corner and will open the door for me. Call them asap to relay the info and save them time, they tell me they’re charging my card $50 anyway. I tell them no service has been performed. The employee responds, “okay, we’re going to charge your card anyway.” And hangs up. With such disdain in his voice. I had to call another locksmith up and ask if that is typical for companies to do; he replied absolutely not. I will be refuting the charge. But please learn from my lesson and stay far away. Not an ethical business at all.

Recently I lost my car key in a parking lot at night. Although I had a spare one, it was at home, and I was alone. So I called these guys to rescue me from this dire situation. Their locksmith arrived in a few minutes and fixed a new key for me. Amazing Service!
