Love the plantation shutters Gabe installed on my slider. He arrived on time, was very neat, professional and so very pleasant. Helped clean up around the frame to remove old hardware from previous window treatment. The finished doorway looks amazing.

I just had plantation shutters installed on two sets of sliding glass doors. These totally change the look of the rooms, it is amazing. The whole experience working with the team from Sunburst was great, from the initial call talking to Kristin, to getting the estimate from Mike...and finally the installation by Gabe. All three took the time to answer my endless questions and were super knowledgeable on the products. The installation went smoothly, everything was installed on time and all dirt and debris was cleaned up. If you are going to install new blinds this is the company to do it.

Less then 1 star would be fitting. Waited 3 weeks for an appointment, which should have been my first clue. I told the girl making the appointment I needed to block my own calendar to accommodate the appointment, and she let me know an hour would be sufficient. It was only yesterday when they confirmed that I learned the arrival would be a 1/2 hour window between 12 - 12:30pm - no one mentioned that previously, I was confirmed for 12pm. However, I thought I may still be able to make it work according to the time I blocked, until their self proclaimed “salesman”, sat outside my house on another call while I continued to wait! My husband took time from work as did I, apparently scheduling means nothing to this company. According to him, he had between 12 - 1pm to arrive and it was only 12:30pm, the fact that he’d been sitting outside my house already completely escaped him because he’s a “salesman, that’s what he does”. My husband heard him calling the office and letting them know he was late, however, they offered nothing when I called them directly other then “this is how we have always done things”. If you value your time and prefer a company that does as well, suggest you look elsewhere.

Beautiful and Practical !!!Quality is amazing, costumer service is wonderful. I love how they look, easy to clean, great for if you want to darken a room, and easy to open to let the sun shine in ...I love them and plan on doing my whole house .Have them on my sky lights in my bedroom .. keeps my room from getting too hot in the summer .

Wow my new shutters have transformed my room giving it a finish metropolitan look that will stand the test of time and easily added $30,000 of value to home, they are that transforming. Now measured or install wrong all that would not be so. The measurement process was fantastic and quick they measure all my windows at my request even though I was only buying two this time, Gave meQuotes for all. Made my first contact with Vanessa, and she easily set up an appointment to get the measurements and estimate. I felt confident from the start. Anthony showed up and was a great salesman from the greeting on. He had all the info needed and extra patience in helping make a correct decision on install/ type of shutters. Etc. He also installed the shutters. Took his time, made things correct. And even got another sale before the caulk dried in the process. Smooth project from start to finish! Contacted Sunburst via Home Depot. Sunburst called me while I was still driving home from the store, we had a date to measure, got the quote and install date quickly, and each step was done on time and professionally. Price was fair for this area. I could have spent 20% less by hanging curtains, shears, valances, and blinds but the pain and effort would definitely not have been worth it. The shutters look gorgeous all by themselves! I will work with Sunburst again.

Carmine the installer was great! It took him no time at all to install 2 sets of side by side shutters. He took the time to caulk all around the gaps where the shutter frames met my own window casings so no light came through. Perfect!

From ordering to install I was pleased with the whole process. Very professional company run like a well oiled machine. I had my quote before the estimator left. Installers were able to come early, very neat and clean. I paid exactly for what was quoted. I wish more companies were as easy to work with. In total I had 13 windows with plantation shutters installed on my second floor. They completed the install in just about 1 and half hours. Its rare to give 5 stars to any company but in my opinion they are worth it.

We were at a home show in Voorhees a few months ago and saw Sunburst Shutters and Windows table with the Sunburst shutter on display for that one window that you have no idea how to cover. Vanessa was very helpful in explaining what they do and our options. We wound up setting an appointment and they came out. It was the best money spent! The sunburst shutter has created a while new look to our staircase. Rob our installer came out and was friendly and knowledgable.
