This car dealership is absolutely terrible. If I could rate them 0 stars I would. They had a white Hyundai Accent for sale that my sister was interested in. ALL of the tires were in horrible condition when she test drove it and we asked if they could be replaced. They agreed to the replacement and said to come back later that day to pick up the car. She was so excited to purchase her first car just to find out that they sold the car to someone else that day. How UNPROFESSIONAL and INHUMANE is that?! To tell a teenager that the car is hers and then give it to someone else?! I do NOT recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to have a smooth and professional experience when buying a car. They should be ashamed of what they did.

Please get your vehicle checked out before purchasing it!! The woman behind a desk is not for the customers best interest! She is all about the money and I’m 100% sure she does not know anything about cars. The second day after purchasing a vehicle I told her that there was issues with the car she called up one of her friends (who was not a trained mechanic) and he checked out my car we drove it around the block and he told me the car was perfectly fine. I then went to a certified mechanic to find out there were about 7 active issues with the vehicle. Now I have to pay $1000 because the warrantee that she guarantees does not cover everything and I honestly just regret purchasing a vehicle from this location and I hope you guys are much smarter than I was.

Very terrible service! They sold me a car two hours later the check engine light came on. When I came back at first they didn’t want to give me my whole refund and the employees began arguing with each other because I found out about the problem. Horrible customer service and very unprofessional staff, I would never recommend this place.

We visited on 7/3/17. We looked at a few autos and decided on one particular auto. At that point, we inquired as to being able to have the car checked out by an independent mechanic. It was okay with Brilliant Auto so my daughter-in-law drove the auto to a local mechanic. Once at the mechanics garage, my daughter-in-law received a call from Brilliant Auto to see if we had arrived. I dont know where they thought we were going, and its obvious that we would not have gotten very far. The mechanic proceeded to check out the auto and seven unsafe items registered on his machine. The auto was driven back to Brilliant Auto and they were informed about the problems with the auto. They put their machine on the auto and no problems registered..?I have given one star because minus one is not available on the score card.

I bought an 09 jeep patriot from here. The whole experience has been terrible. Immediately we faced complications, finally once the vehicle was financed she had me come back multiple times because she didnt get all the proper paperwork and signatures. We provided her with the things she asked, she was unwilling to listen when I explained that not only was the wheel hub (a very common problem) in need of repair but the calipers were seizing (also another common problem) I asked her to fix them before we purchased the vehicle, she didnt. I than had to replace said wheel hub as well as the joints, and will be replacing the calipers. Nadia and the staff here arent knowledgeable about vehicles, manufacturers, and barely know what they had on the lot. To top it all off they sent me the title instead of the bank. So I will need to contact the bank and send them that, which is why you pay the doc fee of 500 dollars. TLDR shes a scammy car dealer, I would NEVER reccomend you purchase from here and Id reccomend you steer very clear of them.

I got my first car in US, Toyota Camry from here. The dealer was really helpful with all the paper works and I believe it was a good deal to get. Really genuine people who are selecting only good cars for sale.
