I cant wait to go back there. Everything was really good. The food, drinks, staff and the atmosphere.

INC is a hip gathering spot for fine whiskey and some of the most creative cocktails in town.Take a trip back to Prohibition and the roaring 1920s with their photos and decor, especially in their Library Lounge area that seats small groups of 6-8 and just provides a different atmosphere for birthday parties and small private gatherings. Their outdoor dining is available year- round with heated awnings overhanging each table, perfect for those days in Jersey where the weather changes quickly.Food specials change out often but you can follow them on socials to keep up with their every changing & always delicious menu options. Their signature American fare menu has some amazing dishes like the Truffle Fries and for the vegetarians, their Nashville Hot Cauliflower iced pickle bites are delicious. Also their southern style ribs and pulled pork options provide that southern dining experience to New Brunswick that pairs well with their whiskey & bourbon selections.Cannot recommend INC enough and love meeting clients and friends alike for their happy hour and beer selections!

Exceptional Burger. I like a good restaurant burger and I’ve got lots of places to go locally that deliver a “Good” burger. But, the “Inc” burger sits atop my Burger Throne now. A “must try” if you like burgers.Great food, drinks, service, atmosphere across the board. Looking forward to our next visit.

Best restaurant in NJ. Awesome staff and great food. But of course the best part is the drinks. Creative new drinks each week always keep us coming back for more!

Decent food selection, although the menu is kind of odd. Bar short on certain alcohol options. Service was good. Nice atmosphere.

Didnt quite live up to my expectations. Inventive enough plates, but mediocre in flavor and delivery. The cauliflower was alright, the shrimp side atop cornbread was burnt on the bottom and dry. The salmon dumplings were what we looked forward to the most, but it tasted fishy and a bit old. Other than that it had good ambience, quick service, and friendly staff, but I likely wouldnt go back based on the food alone.

Love it!!!! 2nd time here! The burger is the best burger I ever had!!!!! Has bacon but no fat all meat bacon! Super clean. Friendly service. Both casual n dressy.

Dined here a few months ago. The restaurant was great and safe with all of their COVID policies. Cocktails were amazing and had a very extensive whiskey menu. Food was exquisite as well. Definitely a new favorite in New Brunswick.

Was here for a wedding. The food was amazing during cocktail hour and during the buffet meal. I went back 3 times to fill my plate! The staff was also extremely courteous, attentive and overall very nice. I would definitely come back here for dinner sometime.

This is a lively restaurant with a full bar which offers a nicely varied menu. Reservations are a must on weekends and can be done online. Staff is friendly and service is quick. The food is good but missed a little for us. The guacamole was bland, but the flat bread was excellent. The entrees were artfully presented but the chicken was overcooked while the pork dish was perfect. Definitely worth a visit in general.

The menu is somewhat limited, but everything we had was excellent. I had the tuna special and it came out perfectly seared (rare) and my wife had the shrimp and broccoli and loved it. The bourbon selection was excellent, and even the desserts were great! Will definitely go here again.

This place is really nice. Managers check on you every now and then to make sure youre satisfied and feeling comfortable. Employees are really good as well.

Great, creative cocktails. Chef Ryan & his team always come up with the best food. Every detail of every entree is well thought out and incredible. Never had a bad meal! Staff is super friendly. Overall, one of my favorite places to frequent!

The whiskey/whisky selection is very good, with plenty of Bourbon, Rye, Scotch, Irish, and Japanese options to keep you satisfied. The burger has always been good as well. Cocktails are great and creative. I like the reading nook if youre just going for drinks.

INC is one of the best quality restaurants in the area. The food is thoughtfully prepared and they have dishes that you wouldn’t find at just any restaurant. I’ve not had anything to eat at INC that I didn’t like! Drinks are extra special, and are crafted with complex flavor profiles, and designed to up the ante when it comes to experiencing a quality cocktail. If you love whiskey, this is a must-visit place as well. Staff will help you decipher the menu and make a selection that matches your taste perfectly. I highly recommend INC!

Drinks were phenomenal, pricing not so much.I personally enjoyed only the salmon, wings, and the drink I had. They have good food but not to my liking!NY prices in New Brunswick.

Good bar with solid upscale food good for dinner or just catching up with friends. The prices are reasonable for the setting. There are 2 TVs if you want to watch sports but its not the type of place where they have the sound on

Great place to eat, food was delicious! Had an early seating at 6pm, plenty of room, by 7pm or so, packed, so get a reservation. Highly recommended. Well be back for sure.

Fantastic service in a great place for Scotch, with a nice lineup of cocktails and imported beer, and very tasty and interesting food items...we all wished we could have stayed longer, but we had to get to a show. We will definitely be back.

Innovative deconstructed menu, great whisky selection and milk and cookies is seriously the best dessert Ive had in 3 years.

INC is a stylish place on George Street in downtown New Brunswick. The parking is challenging and the environs can get a bit dicey but if that doesnt faze you, you will be glad you went to INC. We sat at the bar and had appetizers (including very good buffalo style cauliflower) with drinks.

Excellent and tasty food, I liked the mood the place has, and the employees were welcoming. I will definitely visit here next time.
