Seneca and Anna are awesome. Their customer service is superb. My experience with them has been nothing short of amazing. I recommend their facility to anyone looking for storage.

Very nice customer service; very clean, new facility.4 out of 5 for 2 reasons:- they force you to buy a lock that most likely nobody uses anymore. Not a big amount, it is just a forced fee.- second door to the loading dock broken for more than 1 month, creating sometimes issues with truck/card having to wait to pull in.

They went above and beyond to accommodate my specific needs that I needed for storage with no issues at all amazing staff and representatives 👌🏽

The facility’s doors were broken from the time I 1st moved in and well into three months later (when I moved out). They are immensely overpriced (especially when compared to their competitors), the bathrooms weren’t working and had been locked to customer access for quite some time, the staff (minus one person) weren’t all the helpful, and the police were there A LOT. That last part game me much reason for concern and when asked about the police presence, I was met with silence and NO reassuring information.Do Not Waste Your Time Nor Money; simply find somewhere else to store your items.*Edit: Since making this post, I was contacted by management and they inquired about and listened to my issues. The meeting ended with management vowing to work to rectify my concerns and offering me compensation through the form of a refund on some expenses paid to facility.I am satisfied with what was offered to compensate and rectify this situation.

Anna and Kimora were extremely helpful and sweet! They provided stellar customer service. The facility is new, safe and clean. We searched everywhere to find a place to park our huge 35ft RV and was lucky to have found them. Lot is big and spacious, and can accommodate RVs of all sizes. Thank you Anna again for all your help!

This not my first time renting a unit from cube smart because of their excellent customer service and clean environment. today I met Anna at the Jersey Ave new Brunswick location and once again I was highly impress with Annas professionalism and great customer service. I would definitely recommend this location for renting a unit for storage.

We needed a storage unit and were in luck when this facility opened up a month or two ago right around the corner from our current home. Its our first time looking into storage units so we were a little nervous about the process. We first made the reservation online and got a call right away from a very nice manager to confirm the time and day to come in and set everything up. When we arrived we were greeting by two of the nicest individuals you can meet! Kimora and Anna were extremely kind and helpful and made the process go so smooth! If I could write a review for them I would gladly do so! I definitely recommend this location to anyone who is seeking a storage unit!

This storage unit is very convenient for Rutgers University. All staff we encountered were professional, courteous, and extremely helpful! The unit is clean with a large loading dock. Easy move from studio apartment to storage. Highly recommend!
