I needed pallets for a client in New Jersey and our business is in Alabama. So I often find myself in the unenviable position of trying (logistically) to get a company with less than stellar customer service to meet the needs of my clients while conveying the sense of urgency and care that we exhibit at our company everyday. I had called two other companies in the area regarding my need for pallets and was basically scoffed at for just needing 4 pallets. Not worth their time is literally what one company told me.Then I called Greenway. I talked to Dave and explained what I needed. All I got from Greenway was questions. Questions about how they could serve my client and me better. How many pallets? What kind of material? Did I want to save money with budget pallets or did I need a nicer pallet? Did I need a large or small pallet? Was the cargo for the pallet heavy? Valuable? Did I need delivery? In what time frame did I need them?They helped me with my selection, I had delivery lined up and they made sure that the proper pallets were provided to my driver. My driver commented how well he was treated and my customer is pleased with the product. 1000% success! When we need pallets and shipping Greenway is the only way!Dave and Greenway ensured that MY business reaped the rewards of their hard work as they represented my company and me in this situation. All of this effort for 4 wooden pallets worth less than $100. Imagine what they will do for YOUR business?

The customer service here is exceptional! I needed pallets to use for a wedding, and several staff members took the time to show me several options of what I can bring home. I’m very particular and usually feel bad when I bother workers with my questions but everyone was super patient and helpful. I had a crate I needed picked up because I had no idea that the regular trash/recycle wouldnt take the crate. I made a few calls and got a few quotes and then talked to Dave! Super friendly and easy to do business with. They dont have a minimum for pallet pick-ups which is great for smaller companies (most pallet recycling places have a minimum of 100 pallets before theyll pick up). Thanks for the great service !

The company I work for had our big annual conference in downtown New York, head of Marketing, CEO, you name it, everyone was there. Well for some reason the truck driver that delivered all of our tradeshow equipment took the pallets with them when they weren’t supposed to. Ack! Now I need to get some pallets over to downtown New York at 7 P.M.. A logistical nightmare.That’s when I called Greenway Products & Services. We had a side yard with 75 pallets. Dave did a great job removing them all same day very quickly.
