So fast, didn’t have to do anything else. I was returning an Amazon package, the gentleman there just took it, scanned my Amazon QR code and I was out in 10 sec.

Please use non plastic packaging. Package arrived ok.

I went to this ups store to have a public notary to help complete the I9 form for employment. And the process needs to be done remotely due to covid-19. After trying several ups stores and chase banks, this is the only one said they provided the service and they could try to do it remotely. It is not common to complete I-9form remotely. The employees were very friendly, helpful and responsible, especially Parth. He even called me to confirmed that he had received the link from the company and finished his part. Great service!

Cant imagin why theres so many negative reviews. The staffs here are pretty nice and helped me shipped two packages during the covid19 pandemic. They even saved me for the packaging fee as they know I was sending masks to where they were needed. I am forever grateful.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! The owner overcharged me for copies and then proceeded to try to argue with me when I told him that he was wrong. Each time that I came in the prices were different. He is very rude and I definitely won’t be coming back here ever again.

The indian guy who took care of me was so unprofessional trying to help me ship and to take a passport picture but the passport picture was taken so unprofessionally bad place to do your passport pictures and he wanted to charge me extra when i tried to ship something via USPS because i didnt choose UPS options DO NOT RECOMMEND*
