The food quality, nice employees, cleanliness of the store, and large selection of items is what brings me here!Ms. Katrina who I believe works in Customer Service is very nice and patient. As long as I am in the Greenbelt/Lanham area, I will continue to come to this Shoppers!

As a former employer, still got the colossal baked goods there, and way better to shop here and not at giant. Glad there some Shoppers stores still around. The one in Fredericksburg and Landover is gone.

Another store thats paying more attention to stocking than employees.A worker walked past me as I was walking to the front. Come to find out shes the only one ringing up. I was told she was putting the steaks back. The store was empty, I thought they were closed because one door was locked. Mind you I have to go to the bathroom. Another worker says you can self checkout. Not sure if thats their way of forcing us to work for free but Im not for it.She was nice & did thank me for my patience hence the 3 stars.

In order to provide the best customer service you should at least have one cashier available and not force everyone to go through self checkout. What should have been a a speedy checkout I spent at least 8 to 10 minutes to checkout 7 items. I couldnt get the eggs to scan while at least 3 employees nearby. When I did raise my hand for assistance a young lady said to me abruptly I corrected it. My question is didnt you see me trying to scan them!! I certainly hope this isnt an indication of the service youre going to provide continuously.

My favorite store I have stopped there for 35 plus years and then yall want to go and close some of the best location to do not understand why you turn them into International grocery stores with extremely high prices looks rude way to treat your customers who has been loyal to you

There isnt a lot of variety on the salad bar. There wasnt a variety of nuts, olives, raisens, & cranberries. The food on the hot bar is not appeasing. Some mornings, hot breakfast is provided and it is good. Aside from the food, there is always a bad smell in the store. It causes me to leave, therefore limiting my time in the store.

The customer service is good but their produce and fruit is hit or miss so not the best. Also you have to check the expiration dates on things you buy because they sell a lot of items either expired or about to expire soon.

Its a good store with good variety. Doesnt have everything you may want buuut it does have all the basics you may need.

Produce is good. But there isn’t much variety or specialty items. However they do sell semolina flour.

A perfect place for grocery shopping. It is open 24 hours 7 days a week

One stop shop for all your grocery needs. I’m need to the area and I’m glad I found the shoppers because it has everything I need. And I did the shoppers card online and within a few days the card was in my mailbox.

Stood in express line 15 items or less for 20 min so a customer with 100 items could hold everyone up. poor management and dirty store compared to shoppers in bowie. Carts thrown everywhere in parking lot.Why doesnt this store have the smaller carts like the other shoppers. Why is the parking lot so dirty. Why are they the only ones that only have one door to use.

Neat clean and great service

I placed an order with the bakery for my sons bday cake for May 2. The girl who took the order was rude she wasn’t listening and clearly didn’t pay attention at all. She was so uninterested doing her job she put the pickup for the cake for May 9. Rodney just called me today from the bakery department with an attitude about why I haven’t picked my cake up yet. Well Rodney from shoppers my cake was supposed to be ready MAY 2ND. WILL NEVER USE THIS GHETTO LOCATION EVER AGAIN. Good thing I have intuition and had a backup plan.

Shoppers is an all round shopping center. Meaning, it carries both American and international groceries goods and services supplies in the store. The customer services is in good shape . The store also enhance discount sales during holidays like other stores.

Shoppers used to be my place to go to for fresh produce. However, I have noticed recently that their produce is never fresh. You can purchase a bag of peaches and find not 1, is sweet to eat. Even their prepackaged salad bags leave quite a bit to be desired. I no longer purchase my fruits or vegetables from here.

They have a really nice variety of Caribbean foods for great prices. They also sell the local Maryland Hahns Westminster/Carroll County bacon at this location.

I just love this place Shoppers yes enjoy the employees that work there but some still need to be trained and certain area as far as the deli go most of my lunch meat I like to have cut paper thin that they will cut the First Slice the way I wanted and the den change the setting on the cutter to a thicker cut thats not the way I ask to have my meat cut once it is said it should remain them but most of them cut it they weigh I dont want their way I want my way if you can check into this I really would appreciate that I dont like to have thick cut meat I like my lunch meat to be thin and by the time I get it get home you can tell the difference between Thin and Thick please have this address properly but outside of that I like everything that Shoppers have done in the past 8 years since I have live here I am very satisfied I just want to say thank you

The store is in a good location and has a decent selection of things most people would want, including an ethnic section. The staff is helpful but usually not engaging unless asked. It gets a lower score because access is not great and check out can be frustrating.

The store is super clean. The staff are very efficient and helpful. If you need something they will literally go and get it for you. Love it!

They should close this location unless they find new employees who know basic customer service skills.

The wow place

I grocery shop here often. The store is clean not cluttered with boxes, so there is no trip hazard. Produce department is very clean no vegetables or fruits on floor, large variety of fruits and veggies. Seafood department is small but clean and good, deli department is ok (prefer Giants & Wegmans deli department). Meat department and bakery departments are good. The entire store had been much improved since it was enlarged/renovated 20+ years ago. Its always clean and Ive never detected strange odors upon entering the store. Im not a big fan of self-checkout so they could always use more help on the registers. Always plenty parking. Parking lot is well lighted at night. Happy Shoppers!

I will not be shopping at this Shoppers anymore . I was falsely accused and humiliated in front of other costumers there by a shopper crew member . She worked at a cashier. Staff are very rude and unprofessional here . Everytime I walked into this shoppers my energy level will go down. Now that just tells you something right there ! Never again .

Limited selections, rude employees, items on shelf beyond expiration dates, never more than 1 line open, nobody follows line pattern in self-service lanes, bad parking lot with panhandlers and people passing out religious stuff, your car will have all kinds of stuff under the wipers, in the window, etc. when you park for more than 5 minutes. Shady people hang out in the parking lot. I bought an iced tea, only to get to my car tip realize it had been open, someone drank some, and returned it to the cooler.

Always pleasant. Busy, but great place to shop. Great Hot Food Bar. The Spicy Fried Chicken is Excellent.

I come here all the time for specific items I cant seem to find anywhere else.

I sent a money order but she had to do it twice and after that... My transaction was for $200 but I didnt have any change to pay the fee I was sending money so she tries me to 11 and change fine I get home on about 3 bags of groceries I wanna got home I see A199 charge another 199 charge the $211 charge and another $160 for those 3 little plastic bags...😠

Not the end all grocery store, but good selection and flexible hours (COVID withstanding).

Workers could be better at service.

My go to store. I just prefer to go early in the morning they get crowded fast. And lines can be treacherous.

Certain neighborhoods get much lower standards than others. Walking to the store some days the smell of rotting food and meat hit you in the face. You can find most of your Staples there but make sure you check them thoroughly.

Never going back. Went to the deli to get my usual 2lbs of ham and nobody provided help, an employee came around to inform me that the deli closed at 8pm, looked at my watch and it was 7:49pm. Went to another employee to seek help and she got on the phone and told me to go back that someone would be there to help me, went back and stood there waiting, when I got sick of waiting I walked away and someone came out with an attitude to help. Yeah, no thanks. I will be taking my business else where. Not the first time this is happening to me at this shoppers. Service sucks. Many years giving my good earned money to this place, it’s close and convenient for me to shop here but I will no longer continue going.

Business was slow and I checked out in the self-checkout isle. The person who was in charge of this area was so nice to pack my bags and I did appreciate that very much as I was in excruciating plain. However she was not very pleasant.

Great, always have what I need

How this one is still open I dont know. I was shopping for produce and there was a cucumber that was so moldy you could have made penicillin. A few weeks ago there was a used bandaid in with the Green Peppers, and almost every time I get Bananas from there my home becomes infested with fruit flies!! And on top of all that, all of the Low Carb tortillas were so far out of date there was a smell coming from the packaging! There are a few gems in there as far as employees, but my other half and I always get looks from the clientele. The only reason I go there is because its on the way home and there are a few things there that I cant find anywhere else.

Big,fresh produce and meats and I trust this place

They had everything we needed to bake a cake. On at least six occasions people have approached me begging for spare change. these spare artists were on store property.

Great place overall with nice and helpful staff but the staff never put the shopping baskets back so nearly everyone uses carts.
