So, I called and made an appointment at safelite, and arrived on time at my appointment, but when I arrived, they told me I had to leave my car and Id get a phone call at the end of the day when my car was done.Not going to happen, my car is a Shelby, not a minivan, and Im not about to leave my Shelby there for the entire day, knowing that one, if not all of the people that work there are salivating at a chance to take my car for a joy ride.After I called safelite corporate office, they switched me back to the location, and was told the same story. Bye bye safelite, Im not going to make an appointment, and have my car sit there all day.So while in safelites parking lot, I called KMAK Auto Glass, and felt IMMEDIATELY like I was being taken seriously.Got a quote for an OEM windshield that was more than $100 cheaper than safelite, and to put the cherry on top, it was going to be done at my home, no leaving my car all day anywhere. So I scheduled for the next morning.Tech shows up, immediately gets to work.Before I knew, it was done.Seriously, how does safelite stay in business when there are awesome companies like KMAK Auto Glass out there, dedicated to TRUE customer satisfaction?KMAK Auto Glass has my business forever!

On her first day of work, my daughter backed into a truck in her companys parking lot and blew out the back window of her car. While she reported for work, I called Mike at KMAK and explained the situation. Mike was the best! He rescheduled a number of other jobs that he had scheduled that day to focus on fixing my daughters car. By the time she finished work, Mike had replaced the back window. It was as good as new. If I could give 10 stars I would!!! My car was vandalized I called the same day and was able to get my window replace the very next morning was quick and easy and they came to me the price was amazing!!! Any chance I highly recommended

I 1000% would recommend. I called Kmak at around 930ish am. It’s now noon the same day and he has came and left. It’s done! He came within a couple hours, i was charged over $200 less than safelite (who didn’t have appointments for over 2 weeks) and did a great job fixing my windshield. I just used KMAK Auto Glass for the my first time. I needed a same day, back window replaced for my Explorer replaced and Mike(owner) went above and beyond.
