They had the creole butter we needed for upcoming Thanksgiving Family dinner and thats exactly what we needed. I also needed some dessert take out containers! Perfect. I would highly recommend this store.

What a sham of a company. Ordered a set of 6 black iron and leather chairs for our dining room. Two of them came damaged with rips in the leather from poor packaging. Contacted them immediately about returning the damaged items for replacement, even offered to drive it to a local store so they could see the damage, instead I was told I would have to buy new ones on my own dime if I wanted chairs that were not damaged. Dont expect any customer service from this company.

The price increase on gallon size tea bags was ridiculous. Almost a $4 increase and since Im not a member, I also paid a fee. Not good.

I stumbled on this FABULOUS store by accident. I was on my way to the covid-19 testing site. When I walked inside I immediately met one of their associates. Mr Carlos. He was so professional and helpful. I wind up getting a membership even though it was not required to purchase items. However you do receive membership prices. It was truly worth it. I will most definitely be back. When you go ask for Carlos. He truly takes pride in his job...

Normally I love this place. Employees are helpful and everything I was looking for was in stock today, prices are reasonable. However, Im not thrilled about customer or employee mask compliance. Too many people taking masks off in store or wearing over mouth, but not nose which entirely defeats the purpose. Were all in this together, I wear my mask to help protect you, please be considerate and do the same so I can be safe too.

I had such a great experience at the Restaurant Store. I have been trying to find a place for a long time because The company I have been shopping at for my commercial supplies has had a rapid decline in customer service. I found my new place! We were greeted when we walked into the door. We must have been asked 4 times by different employees if we needed help with anything. $50 to be a member annually is extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this place! The cashier over charged me accidentally and the store gave me credit immediately! You will NEVER go to another place again! Austin and Josh were so great! Thank you! You have a customer for life!

Just to let you know I came to the restaurant store or order online that my friend ordered end it wasn’t ready because you have to wait four hours at least for them to get your order together then you send the person to go get it LOL. Clerks are extremely helpful and polite, finding needed items & carrying heavy items to our car. They sell large quantities of supplies & equipment for kitchens, restaurants, etc. & will also sell to individual consumers.

This place is great. They have everything and the prices are fantastic. The only thing better than the selection is the STAFF. Sam was helpful and went out of his way to help me find the products I needed and get them shipped to store in time for a baby shower. But not only that, they’re truly kind and compassionate. Sam found out that I just had chemo and asked if the cancer was gone and how I was doing. His parents should be very proud. Also, my niece was with me and it’s her shower we’re planning so he congratulated her on her pregnancy and me on my remission multiple times. At checkout, Monica was very helpful and friendly as well. Every staff member we passed while shopping greeting us and asked if we needed help. The staff really went above and beyond to make this a fabulous experience for us. Looking forward to going back.

We bought all of our equipment and furniture for our new restaurant at the Wilmington Restaurant Supply Store. A few things did get wrong when we picked up our big order, but it was corrected quick and painless by the store management. If you own a restaurant, catering service, concession stand, convenience store this is the place to find supplies. An incredible selection hard to beat. Prices are very competitive. Thankfully for my own good, I didnt empty my wallet here, because the temptation was there. A little bit of everything thing here for everyone. Worth the trip.

At first glance it seems like a warehouse store. Then you get talk with the guys and you tealize they know their producys well. I go back to get items I can no longer get from Kitcen an Co and to get bulk items at huge savings.

This store is the best. Their prices are very low, quality of all their merchandise is great, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Even when the store is busy, there is never a long line. The staff will open another register so you can check out quicker.What I like best next to the low prices is you dont need to pay for a membership to shop here!!! They make everybody feel like a valued customer.
