If driving a semi and delivering they have 4 dock doors they use. Most I ever show up is 30 min early to play it safe. Usually get told to back right in wich is great, about 1hr unload time for full trailer. Recieving department is always good with checking you in. Bathroom on site just have to ask.

I’ve worked for this company for a year, as soon as they don’t need you anymore they let you go. And instead bring in temps who don’t know what they are doing, which is why ppl don’t get there orders completely right. The manager joe w is nasty and very very rude. I don’t suggest anyone to deal with this company.

EDIT: The never fixed any of the previous problems, and in the last few months, its gotten SO much worse. I know its not because theyre busy, because bars arent ordering nearly as much and brewers arent distributing nearly as much. It has been 3 months since we received an order, despite them saying the product is in stock. They constantly miss delivery dates, or bring partial orders but take the check for the full amount and then claim we dont have a credit. Insanely disorganized, unreliable and impossible to deal with company. If they were our distributor, wed have fired them ages ago. Absolutely pathetic.Previous 5 star review: I manage a brewery that uses Breakthru for wines & spirits, and I will say I’ve had some issues with them. Orders have been late, items forgotten, and even delivered to the wrong place. However, every time I’ve called to complain, customer service has been excellent and the issue has always been resolved- usually in the same day.Yesterday, on Christmas Eve, the Division Manager himself delivered the missing items of my order and stuck around at the bar, ensuring me that these issues would be resolved going forward. I also got a call from the Director of Ops apologizing. Having dealt with numerous other companies who lack any form of customer service, I can say that Breakthru Beverage has gone above & beyond to ensure issues are resolved and their customers are taken care of. I also chatted with an employee who seemed happy with his job, so I imagine they treat employees well. He talked about several perks. I feel confident that the issues I’ve dealt with are temporary, as I heard much talk about upcoming changes.

Got here for an 1130 delivery appt at 1018. Still not unloaded yet as of 1539. Slow! Pack a lunch, its gonna be a while.

Terrible management, Forces workers to stay even after a 12+ hour shift. Bad work environment.
