We called last minute to have them look at a valve issue on a tire that another place couldn’t fix. It was shortly before closing and they saw us right away and fixed the issue with complete kindness and professionalism! A wonderful experience!

Drove in at the end of the day for a quick oil change, the guys got me taken care of and out in no time, even offered to check and top off air and fluids anytime.

They did an awesome job, was very respectful and with my coupon I got threw their website saved me money. I also brought my own oil and filter. They vacuum out the vehicle and cleaned my windows. The only thing they didnt do was wash the dirty thing lol

Fastest oil change in western PA. A bit on the expensive side but if you are looking for quick service this is the place to go. Have used other Jiffy Lubes in Pittsburgh and Cranberry Township but New Castle is by far ALWAYS the quickest.

Normally I go to another oil change place but I needed an oil change immediately, so I went here. When I asked the price for what I normally get, synthetic, it was $25 more than what I typically pay, so I said whatever and get it. Then upon checkout, its another $20 then what he quoted me. So I paid almost $100 for an oil change?!? Ridiculous and Ill never go back.

It’s expensive, but quick. I wish they would be a little more up front about the total cost of work. I ended up paying $100 when I was thinking it would be more like $60

Jiffy Lube is a nation chain specializing in the peripheral items on your vehicle, including the standard lube, oil & filter and various other preventative maintenance.The people were super nice. I need a quick replacement of wiper blades and they had it done in 5 minutes. The service was excellent, the people friendly, and they had what I needed. I call that a win all the way around.

It was very expensive, but I really liked the service and customer service. They gave me a personal 1-on-1 explanation of my vehicle and the condition it was in. Then they gave me information and options on the services they recommended. I was impressed with the speed of service and the overall customer service approach. Again, the price tag was hefty but well worth it. I would go back.

Went for state inspection without an appointment. They got me in quick, did the inspection, and got me on my way as soon as they could.

Was there over an hour. The employees were all very nice and helpful but when I pulled up they took my car into the bay within 2 minutes. Then it took forever. For an oil change?

Quick and courtesy, price was a bit on the high side.

Terrible customer service. I drove in to get an oil change. I was greeted with an irritated stare by one employee. Before I could even get out of my vehicle, he began to try and get me to leave.... he said “it’s going to be an hour” I said “dang, that’s ok” to which he replied “AND for a Volkswagen it’s going to be $120” I said “wow that’s a little steep but alright, I’m going to go in and talk to someone” he knew nobody else was there to help me. I walked inside and stood there for 10minutes & nobody helped me. I ended up leaving. I was a paying customer, willing to wait and they weren’t interested in my business. I will NOT be going back. On a positive note, I did speak to a gentleman over the phone yesterday who was very helpful and nice.

These people either didnt put the right oil in for my BMW or they didnt change it all. They broke off my old oil filter leaving particles that didnt allow the new filter to seal properly. Because of their screw ups, they blew out my engine. And trying to get anyone to repair their mistake is a joke. Ryan, the customer service rep for the franchise, doesnt answer calls or emails. Left to resort to getting an attorney and still not being able to drive my vehicle.

Pretty sure they wrecked my engine.I took it for an oil change over a week ago and the car had run fine prior to getting an oil change. A week later and the oil light is back on and within an hour of driving, it breaks down on the side of the road. I barely was able to limp it to a mechanic and they are telling me its been seriously damaged and might need to be replaced.My car is a Toyota and its almost unheard of for them to break down.Come to think of it. They didnt give me the usual receipt for an oil change either! Very suspicious.

Took my car in for an oil change and was greeted by a tech almost immediately. They were very friendly and professional. The oil change was prompt, as it should be.It is expensive, but you are paying for convenience and speed.

Over $60 is getting pricey, but $90 for oil change is a rip! Before you share about speedy quality service, staff there took enough of our time to let us wait around for them to take off 3 other parts and filters (and then to put back on). Regardless, based on price id give a zero, but ill leave it at 2 because i cant knock a place that must have demand? My guess, they are looking to take advantage of the mechanically unaware or inclined.
