Bought rain guards from GMC. This dealership installed them. My Terrain was garage parked for 3 days after, no use of windows. First time I drove it, the rear driver side guard blew off. A week later, the drivers side came off. Dealership reinstalled them. As soon as I lowered the back window, it was hitting the guard and going back down, eventually breaking it. One picture shows how they installed one end on the inside and one on the OUTSIDE. Waste of money and time. My hubby ordered new ones and will be installed by a dealership that knows what theyre doing.

It was the best truck buying experience Ive had in a long time. Bryan is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to sales and actually knowing what he sells. He explained every option the truck had. Very friendly and patient. I felt no pressure to buy. Everyone at the dealership was helpful. It was definitely worth the hour and a half drive! Will be back in the future!
It would have been nice if they could have given us a ride somewhere to have gotten something to eat. We were there for nearly two hours for an oil change and I dont care for snacks from a machine. A courtesy vehicle or ride can be a nice addition for customer appreciation.

My appointment was for 7:30. I was on time. My Suburban sat in the waiting area for at least 20 minutes. I make an early appointment so that I will be first and get my work done first. I WAS THE ONLY PERSON GETTING SERVICE If you cant do the work then let me know and I will cancel. I tried to be a nice guy and give the dealership work. I can get my oil changed 5 minutes from my house. It is a 40 minute drive to the dealer. I wont make that mistake again. You have lost a customer.
The service i received was top notch, i made my appointment and they got me in the next day. They keep me informed of the progress and delivered what they told me on the time line of my van being in for service. The members of your service dept are very professional and personable

Justin in sales and Steve the Sales Manager worked with us on trading in our vehicle and purchasing a new GMC Arcadia Denali. I have to say it was one of the smoothest car buying experience we ever had. Though we were a little apart on trade value, they worked quickly to a deal that was satisfying to all. Justin Mciltrot was amazing to deal with, he knew my new truck inside and out, knew what every button did, how every thing functioned, etc, thats not easy on a Denali, he made it a very pleasurable experience. This is my 14th GM vehicle, from 9 different dealerships, I must say that this was the most professional, organized, attentive group Ive ever dealt with. I gave them a payment I needed and they bent over backwards to get me there. When you visit, ask for Justin, hes taken the time to learn these vehicles and all the things theyre capable of and truly takes the time to walk you through them. I had to use the Service Department and the staff was very nice and helpful. The shuttle service is great because I work and it’s a challenge to get a ride to/from my work to the dealership. The process of scheduling an appointment is very efficient and texting or phoning when service is complete. I appreciated that they had my van washed without even asking to have it washed.

My service experience has been great both times. My first experience was an emergency situation and they made a spot for my truck and resolved an on-going issue that another dealer could not even diagnose. The second experience was standard maintenance, oil change and lube. Great as well. As long as the customer service continues as it is they have a repeat customer for sure.

Very disappointed in this dealership. They were able to get me in right away however they refused to believe we had a warranty on the vehicle no matter how many times we told them we did in fact have a GM warranty that was extended due to numerous issues we had with the vehicle when we bought it. The driver called off for the day when I first went to the dealership so they told me I would have to sit there and wait. Minutes later they told me all the issues the car had but said they wouldn’t fix it and I had to take it to the dealer I bought it from. I insisted that we had a warranty and Paul refused to believe it or even check into it. He also made me pay a diagnostic fee which ended up being credited back to us after we involved corporate. After getting corporate Cadillac involved I had to bring the car back to Preston to get all of the issues they found wrong with it days before fixed because guess what they were finally able to acknowledge we did in fact have a warranty that covered everything with no out of pocket costs. Disappointing service at this dealership.
I had a great experience here. I worked with Justin. I had a trade, and was still in and out with my new truck within an hour and a half. Really appreciated how quick and easy to deal with them it was. Will remember them in the future.

I was low on money and needed to get across country to a new job. I needed an alignment done to correct out of camber which was causing premature wearing of the front tires. No body in town could do it. They were either out or retired. I had some apprehension taking my older GMC to a dealer but surprisingly Preston changed my preconceived notion about dealerships. They fixed the alignment and went the extra mile corrected a recall on my 20 year old truck. No Charge! To top it off they returned my truck washed and ready to go. I believe the good service ( which is hard to come by these days) should be publicly acknowledged. I recommend Preston GMC super store service center, they treated me right.

Charged me 127 dollars and only ran a check engine code test that I could of had done for free at autozone-also never fixed the problem when I took it for service several times while it was under warranty- waited until the warranty expired to try to charge me 700 for 96 dollar part -I bought two brand new cars with preston --never again and I will tell everyone to stay away --I also will never buy a GM -- they were part of the problem with not a mandatory fix -- I spent 47000 and this is what they do

Worst service department. They aligned my car with a bad ball joint, put over 20° of negative toe in the front end. After I discovered and fixed the bad ball joint. I brought the car back and they charged me $120 to put my alignment back where it was. They refused to give me a before and after alignment print out.A women in front of me spent almost 4 hours there for a oil change and cabin filter. She told me she had an appointment and they charged her triple what she paid at another shop.
This has been our second car purchase from Bryan and Preston in New Castle. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Bryan is a straight shooter and worked to help me find a vehicle that would fit my wants, needs, and budget. I won’t purchase a vehicle from anywhere else. Highly recommend!
One of the worst service experiences I have had. Brought my car in for an inspection. Was asked to bring it in a day early so if something needed fixed it could be done during the Saturday appointment. No problem. I bring it in. It needed a new front axel which they knew by Friday morning. Was not told they would not be fixing it during the Saturday appointment. Called Saturday to know when to pick up my car and was given the run around and eventually told it wouldn’t be done until Monday. Had to call Monday multiple times to see when it was going to be done and kept getting getting told later and later times. Finally after calling three times and getting set to voicemail each time I got through and was told they would call me back in 5 minutes while he ran and got the bill. Half an hour later I called again and got put on hold and eventually hung up on. Called back 10 minutes after that and finally got through to pay and have my car ready to pick up. Got it home and realized the back passenger tail light was never fixed but my car was passed for the inspection. Called them the next day ticked off and they said they would get it in the next day. Made another trip to drop the car off (we live half an hour away and went there because our truck is a Chevy and thought it would be easier to take it to a Chevy dealer). Called the next day saying it won’t be ready until the day after that because it’s a wiring issue. Had to ask for a loaner instead of them offering their “complementary” loaner car and somehow. They managed to lose my husbands and my phone numbers after being given them multiple times. We bought a brand new Chevy equinox from them and when we bring it in for service we are communicated with well and treated like royalty. We did not buy the truck from them and when we brought it in we are treated like red headed step children. I will not be buying another car from them and only will be taking my equinox in for service because I have to to keep my warranty valid. Once we are done with the equinox I will not be going back to them for anything again.
We had an amazing experience with Brandon Baltes!! I found a truck I was interested in and before we drove the 2hrs 45mins to the dealership he answered all my questions vis text quickly, and sent me pictures of details I wanted to see up close. We made the drive and he treated us with dignity and respect, and was knowledgeable and when he didnt know something he found the answer for us. We had been at another dealership prior to coming to this one (felt pressured there, and like we were just a number).Our experience with Brandon was so much better. We would not hesitate to return for another vehicle even it meant driving 2 1/2 hrs.Brandon worked tirelessly with us until we made a decision and we never once felt pressured or pushed to make a decision. 1. Preston GM Superstore made promises to us and didn’t keep them. 2. After driving our new vehicle a month, they contacted us regarding their mistake with recording the correct vin number on our paperwork. 3. They lied to us several times regarding trading that vehicle in. 4. They continue to send sensitive & personal mail to my home with information regarding vehicle that I have not had for some time. I have contacted them over 3 times about it, wanting all of the mailings to stop; several a week every week really adds up. Preston GM Superstore continues to tell me they removed me. However, I keep receiving every week. 5. PrestonGMSuperstore deletes posts that they do not like, instead of properly taking care of the customer!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THIS PLACE... Went to purchase a 2021 trailboss with 6.2 litre motor. Jacob (the salesman) did his job. He was polite informative. Any questions I had he could answer. The problem is they tried to steal my trade for way below kbb price. Have a 2019 trailboss with the 5.3 which I love so much I wanted to upgrade to the bigger motor. My truck is clean, low miles, very good to excellent condition. You think a reputable business would at least be in the ballpark on trade value. NOT THIS DEALERSHIP...

After been negotiating a deal for few days just when I was ready to book the flight everything went sideways, I specifically request about a very specific truck, I asked several times about no just to the sales person but to a finance manager that call me about bringing my own finance and every single time they say yes is ok. Yesterday I was getting ready to flight there in Friday and the general manager says it was a last minute decision from the owner the won’t take my outside finance, check the website and there is no disclosure saying “finance must be obtained through the store or nothing similar” I inquire about the disclosure and the general manager says is a case by case situation, I will make sure everybody knows what kind of process they have over there and how the can change everything in a minute without even making an announcement, customers stay away from this store.
Service guy was great. Not so great with the guy that changed my oil. Left oil on door on door handle steering wheel and inside door panel. on a car i hardly ever take out. Was very disappointed.

Scheduled an appointment with them to run a diagnosis on my car. Arrived 1 hour early for my appointment and sat in waiting room the rest of the day only to be told they couldnt get to it today. I left it overnight and did not hear from them all the next day, not even a response to my message with the service tech. Went back up at almost 4 pm and the car was still sitting in same spot. When i inquired inside, the service manager went in the back to check then came back out with my keys and told me they did not want to work on it and he did not know why! Not only did they waste my time but i feel as though i was discriminated against. Never had such a rude and ignorant business encounter and if it wasnt for the shuttle service provided the day before this place would not even get 1 single star!

When I made the appointment I specifically asked if this oil change is free and Brandy told me it would be. I also asked about tire rotation and she said she would check. She came back on and said sometimes it is included with the oil change and sometimes it is not but this one would be included so I made an appointment. When the car was done they told my husband the charge was 72 dollars. Had I bern told from the beginning it was not free I would have not made the appointment because my husband can do it. The guy that talked to my husband in the service department definitely had an attitude towards my husband. We have had the car there 3 times and because of the service we received we will not be bringing the car back only for the yearly inspection and hopefully those will be free.

I found the truck I was looking for online and I drove from Erie down to New Castle. I wasnt sure what to expect. I met Nick the salesman and he did an awesome job. He was knowledgeable about the products and did his best to make me feel as comfortable about buying a vehicle from Preston. The process was very smooth and from the time I got there to the time I left, with a nice test drive, lasted about 3 and a half hours. Overall very pleased and make sure to ask for Nick if you head down to New Castle
Service was ok. i brought vehicle in at 8:45 and was told it would be done at 11. received call telling me i could pick it up at 1. even though i was told the price for the work at the time i made the appointment, it is still unacceptable. 700-800$ for a brake fluid change and 4 new brake pads is excessive.

I give 5 stars because i went there to get an oil change and tire rotation....after they did all that, the man,,,Paul Spargo told me my car was due for inspection and would i like to have it done now.. i said yes.... it passed inspection but they couldnt put the sticker on it because my insurance card AND my owners card were expired,,, i was upset but Paul told me he would help me get my owners card through the internet. and he did! He also called my insurance company and got a new card.... he DIDNT have to do that! he could have sent me away and told me to come back with the new cards,,,,,he was very helpful, and i am thankful for his kindness...again his name is Paul Spargo,,, and i thank him for all his help.. great job Paul!

Preston has many places. My experience was at Preston Mazda who sold me a Nissan Versa with three older tires that did not pass inspection and one new tire. They would not replace the bad tires or compensate me in any way. Recently a good friend of my wife purchased a new Malibu at their so called Super Store and was T boned by one of their own employees and so far they have not done anything to make good on this situation. No one apologized and the manager did not even come out to see what happened. Here is a place that should be protested against. I would like to know how many others have been wronged by the Preston company.

You know I have dealt with car dealerships in my pass. And the majority of them rush you in and Rush you out the door and leave you feeling as though youre going to end up getting screwed. But for the first time in my life I actually genuinely enjoyed the experience. Thanks too the effort of one man. And the staff. His name is Grant at this dealership. Fantastic salesman no push attitude, uplifting man, and all around good guy. Love to call this guy friend. Wish I could sit down and have a burger And a dog with this guy someday! And I mean it! One start is too generous for this review. In December 2019, my family and I visited the Preston GM Superstore to view a vehicle that I spotted online. The dealership was courteous, accommodated my family and provided us with a test drive. After the test drive, we decided to see what type of deal we could get by trading in out existing vehicle. There was a little back and forth on the Yukon lease price and we came close to a final number but the dealer wanted to check with another individual who wasnt available and I wanted to get my family home so we left. While driving 25 minutes home, the dealer called and said they agreed and we set a deal. We then made photo copies of insurance cards, licenses and owners card while driving home. The plan was to go home, drop off the family, clean out the car, then head back to the dealership. After rushing around getting the kids set, and driving back to get the new car, I get a call from the dealership. They claimed a mistake had been made on their part and as a result my monthly payment would now be roughly $100 more per month! Needless to say I was less than pleased. Preston prides itself on its slogan, You Come First. In the business Im in, in we make a mistake, that is on us, we dont push it to the consumer. Apparently at Preston, you pay for their mistakes. I would not have gone through all the hassle of getting the family home, cleaning out the car, not to mention the emotional roller coaster of buying a call, if wed of known the price was $100 more per month. I declined the offer. The dealer tried to call several times after this event. When I approached them, the were willing to give me $500 more for our trade, but the mistake they made would result in me paying thousands more for the vehicle. I know mistakes can be made, but you dont agree to a deal, then get cold feet and back out. Seems more like the old bait and switch. Preston was very interested in me giving them a positive review prior to this debacle, well here is the review and unfortunately its not positive.
Well I was talking truck to sweeny in ohio but after 4 time trying to get it fixed with no luck took it to Prestons and you service department was excellent in fixing the truck .I will be back in the future because of the experience in excellent service.
