This place has a huge selection. Ive searched high and low for the backsplash tile that I selected. The price was so much better than the one online retailer that I found and the order time was amazing. I expected 5 weeks and I received my tile in less than 2 weeks. I cant wait for the install. James was our sales associate. He is great! My sister goes to him for all of her flooring and tile needs. Ive already referred them to other friends.

Tile work in a new home can be stressful. After all its pretty much permanent. It seemed it took me forever to pick out what I thought would work best for the kitchen back splash and mudroom. The time finally arrived for installation and I couldnt be happier. In the 3 day process, installer Tom Madnet was on time, courteous, and was good to communicate every step of each day in advance so I would know what to expect. We havent even installed it yet. Just the service and the way everyone went out of there way to get a little extra flooring added on, and let us pick up at warehouse last min. I would of give 5 stars except one lady behind desk kinda had a problem with us added extra almost like it put her off. But the gentleman helping immediately took the focus off her by taking the attention of her. The account was under Eddie mason.

We will never use Airbase Carpet again! We wasted 13 hours of our holiday weekend waiting around for these bozos. They have zero respect for their customers’ time. This was the worst installation process we have ever experienced and we have done a lot of projects in our home, including flooring. The windows we were given for both measuring and installation were ridiculous. We were told they would be here between 11-3 for both. So for measuring we had to wait around our house all day only for the guy to show up at 2:30 to measure. For installation we waited around all day again and when 3 rolled around and still no installers, my husband called. He was basically called a liar when he told the manager Angie that we were given a window of 11-3. She told him “no one here would have told you that”. Well someone did and it was their salesman, so rather then apologizing and admitting their error, they called us liars. They said they have no control over their subcontractors schedule. Well they pay their subcontractors so they must have SOME level of control over them! Their excuse was that the installers ran late on the job before us and were on their way. It would have been nice to know this before 3pm, when we were left wondering if they had forgotten us. The installers didn’t arrive until 4:30pm and were at our house installing the new carpet until 8pm!! After they left we still had to reassemble our bedroom. Again, zero respect for their customers’ time by sending installers to our house that late in the day! They don’t manufacture the carpets, so carpet companies really only offer three things: customer service, price, and scheduling/coordination. Airbase carpet failed at all three. What a nightmare.

We previously bought carpet from Airbase Carpet Mart 20 years ago - or more! That was such an excellent experience it was time for an upgrade. We went to the New Castle store, and were helped with carpet, pad, measurements, everything in under an hour. The crew installed the carpet in one room - and we loved it (and Airbase!) so much we wanted to carpet the rest of the house.We worked with Sean at the New Castle store - he was able to get the exact same carpet, and we had another great crew of installers.We are now looking at tile and other flooring options, because the carpet part went so well. If you want excellent selection, GREAT customer service and the BEST installers in the Delaware Valley, take a look at Airbase. We are happy returning customers!

Our vinyl flooring salesperson Susan was great. Very knowledgeable.The carpet salesperson was very helpful. He went the extra mile.The communication between the sales team, the office and the installers needs work.The vinyl flooring looks awesome as does the area rug. The tile work in front of the fireplace hearth looks good.The communication to the installers was incomplete.They werent told about the tile work to be done so they had to come back a second time with their tile tools. That cost me an extra $175. They also werent told about the special order 1/4 round molding or it wasnt given to them.

Installed porch carpet and seamed incorrectly causing ripples. Was told they would come fix it, but would always tell me they would call back with appointment time but never did after repeated attempts. Also said i just needed to buy more expensive carpet next time. So I suppose they sell inferior quality carpet on top of lousy installation service. I dont recommend.Update - Store managers concern was overwhelming when seeing this review and reached out asking what they could do. Unfortunately I had to replace the carpet from another supplier prior to this review, but with the managers efforts to resolve and genuine interest in what happened, Id give the store another chance with a next carpet purchase.

CG was my sales rep at Airbase Carpet Mart in New Castle, Delaware. I was looking for an area rug for my hardwood floors. She was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Her patience and guidance were appreciated. My questions and concerns were answered in a timely manner. She genuinely cares about her clients and is a hard worker. I knew I was in good hands. She made buying a rug less stressful. CG, kept in touch by text and phone calls. She even came to my home to check the measurements for the rug. Her perspective on how to place the rug was on point. She also helped my sister even though she was not her sales representative. My sister and I werent happy with our original sale reps. In fact, I walked out without buying a rug. Thank goodness CG was working when I returned the next day. Airbase Carpet is very lucky to have her as an employee. So, make sure you ask for CG to help you with all your flooring needs.

She got me exactly what I wanted for a great price. Mr. Ed did a perfect job measuring and even drew a map to scale. Finally, Henri Lopez did a beautiful job on installing the carpeting in my 3 bedrooms and hallway. I am recommending Airbase to anyone who needs carpeting.

I bought a new construction home December of 2019. Airbase Carpet Mart installed my flooring. Prior to moving in I pointed out to the warranty company that my kitchen floor that is covered under a 1 year warranty was damaged prior to me moving in.The warranty company put in a request to repair my floor from Airbase carpet mart. It is now June of 2021 and my floor still havent been fixed. Ive called multiple times and spoke with both Kevin and Mike which are both in charge of Handlers clients. Each time I called I kept getting the run around from both managers. They lie every time about not having my contact information and that I did not spoke with them. Which everytime I called the company I provided them with my information. The warranty company also faxed them my home address, lot number, phone number and email address yet they claimed that they dont have any of my contact information. This is not a honest company and I will be reporting them to the warranty company as well.

Do not use this company. I paid them to lay new carpeting in my house that is getting ready to sold. Carpet mart had sent 3 sub contractors come out at 730am to start the job. I couldnt communicate with any of them because none of them could speak English. By 1100 am 2 of the installers left in their van and didnt return for hours. The installers left my house sometime that day without finishing the job. My house has a lock box on it and the installers called an unknown person who had no authority to enter my home and gave him the lock n ox code. This person was in my house for hours unsupervised. The next morning I found out the installers left razors blades allover the new carpet and driveway, they left trash all over the house they also did t installed the transition strips nor did they vacuum the carpet. We also found out that several items were stolen out of my home. The police were called and a report was made. I called carpet mart and spoke to tje store manager who told me they hired the the sub contractors but have no control over what they do or how they leave someone home. They wod compensate me for the cleanup. I got therun around by bei.g to they would Calle back but they never did. This is the absolute worse experience I have ever had with a company. Take your business somewhere else

If youre considering tiles, I suggest, do a little bit of research. Youre going to end up over paying on this place. They sold me this tile as Greek tile, to find out that is from China. Which I couldve gotten cheaper online & delivered to the project location. After you realize what theyre doing they just stamp your receipt as Final Sale? If you read this and considering this place, take your time and do a bit research, youll find whatever you are looking for cheaper elsewhere and probably online.

Sherece Porter made our carpet shopping experience at Airbase Carpet Mart today a breeze. After pointing out all of the wonderful carpet possibilities, she left us alone to spend plenty of time going through all of them to select the perfect carpeting for our kitchen area rugs. Then, she magically appeared as we made our final selection and assisted us in carving out a runner, a large area rug and two floor mats from the carpet we desired. She was extremely quick (and right) in completing the complicated design math.

Unresponsive sales person, Tyler L. Never returned my phone calls. The worker (Al?) in Bay 4 where we picked up our carpet lied to us about carpet pad being cut to the size of the rugs. It was not cut, we received a 12’ x 7’ 10” pad. We special ordered two area carpets on May 14th. Explaining that we would pick them up in about one month. One carpet was to be cut and bound in an 8 ft. Round. The other was 4x6’. After going home and remeasuring our space we decided to have the round cut into an octogon, and the rectangle reduced to 66in x 38 in. I called twice to make sure they had changed the cutting measurements. Tyler said he noted the changes, but upon closer inspection of my pick up receipt, he only changed the octagon. So I should have caught the mistake on the smaller carpet when I received the receipt, but when we picked up the carpet on June 9, it was rolled and wrapped in plastic. The padding was not with the carpet and they had to go get it. I asked the man if it was cut to size and he assured me it was. The rugs are beautiful, but the rectangular rug was still 4x 6, and we had to spend two hours cutting the pads to size. Usually this would be no problem but we have moved to SC and could not easily bring it back to be correctly cut and bound. We finally decided to just cut the rug ourselves and try to get it rebound. I have called 3-4 times to find a solution hoping to be able to take it to the Charlestown store Tyler mentioned when we originally purchased. Tyler still has not returned our calls. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one it that the carpet is beautiful and Sandy who works in the office was very nice. Be sure to check your receipt if you have a special order and have them unroll and measure before you leave the pick up warehouse space!I would like to Thank the store Manager, Michael Guyer for stepping in and calling us to correct the mistakes made by the sales person. Mr. Guyer ordered us the correct size of carpeting and had it bound and shipped to us in South Carolina. Thanks again to Mr Guyer! Our rug fits perfectly! Due to your great service I am changing my rating to 5 Stars instead of the original 3 stars!

I went to airbase a month ago and picked out new flooring. The salesman was very nice. He wrote up my order and said I would be contacted in 2-3 days so someone could come out to measure my rooms. A week later a very nice man came and measured my floors. He said I would be contacted in a day or two with a quote. After 4 days, I called the store. They found my paperwork and said I would be contacted in a day or two. It has been a month and I still havent heard from them. I paid $35 to get my floors measured and it was suppose to go towards my flooring if I decided to purchase with them. I havent been given the chance to purchase with them. I feel cheated out of my money. Very bad business practice. Extremely disappointed.Update:the salesman( not a manager) did finally reach out to me. I did not go with this company. I had my floor installed by another company for $1300 cheaper.

This is an awesome place to find high quality flooring. They have carpet, vinyl, hardwood and laminate flooring. They have a great sales staff who will help you find the perfect flooring to complete any project.

My family and I was in to price tile for an upcoming in home project today 2/21/2021 and experienced the worse hospitaly. We was in the actual store for over 25 minutes and not one associate acknowledged us or even said hello or welcome. But the staff would just look at us as we walked around and they did not say one thing. We watch three separate families walk in and get greeted immediately. Need I say more of the obvious? We will not recommend to anyone nor come back.

I sent a message to the manager asking for a donation to my classroom because we were in need of a carpet. The manager was so quick to get back to me saying he was willing to help and loved give back to the community! When I arrived, I was kindly greeted and helped immediately with excellent customer service! The show room was clean and so many great options for flooring. I cant thank Michael enough for his donation to my classroom! They have a lifelong customer! :)

I had to wait for almost a month to receive my order. The hardwood looked good on a sample in the the store, but when I opened the first box the pieces were in very different colors. Mr. Parker asked me to send him an email with the pictures but didn’t even reply back. And since it was a special order, it says on the receipt no returns. Just don’t waist your time and money!

The installers left the house an absolute mess. I spent hours picking up tiny pieces of carpet. There is a lot of carpet bits in the vents. I found several staples on the ground.... hopefully I got them all as I have two kids and a dog. Several scuff marks/dents on the wall . Ohh and the response by Airbase has been less than sufficient. TERRIBLE

If a carpet store could rescue a damsel in distress, well then – AIRBASE Carpet & Tile Mart, on Rt 13 in New Castle DE, came to this Damsels rescue. My husband and I are trying to get our home on the market. Doing a remodel that Ill never live in is tense. You’re having to sort through a lifetime of possessions, always walking amid construction, and continually overspending.Renovations are not cheap, and we thought we would save money by purchasing higher-priced items at a big box store. Although we had hassles in the beginning, when it was time to buy flooring, the experience became horrendous. I made my choices, ordered, and they came to measure. We spent hours dealing with salespeople, third-party vendors, store managers, and the guys who measure--who came three times. The vendor lost our order every time we spoke to someone, the cost kept rising, and the entire story goes downhill from here. Time was running out. The house had to get on the market.My husband felt it was time to cut our losses and recommended contacting Airbase. Even though he thought the flooring might be more expensive, we were desperate. Not only did I make my measurement appointment online that same night, I wrote an email sharing my situation. The very next morning, just after the store opened at 9 am, I had an email from an Associate asking how she could help. Soon after that, an email from the Assistant Manager, Stuart, asking how he could help. Right after Stuart sent his email – he got me on the phone! Its been just over three weeks since that first contact – all the flooring is installed and looks remarkable. Furthermore, Stuart worked to keep me in the budget.Everybody that works at Airbase is incredible. Imagine that – got excellent service, higher quality products, stayed in budget, and was rescued! All in a days work for Airbase.

We recently purchased carpet and padding from Airbase and unfortunatlely when we brought the carpet home it was the wrong carpet. We went back to the store and informed our sales rep. who was apologetic and arranged for the carpet to be picked up and the one we ordered delivered. The gentleman Curt Coil who delivered the new carpet was absolutely awesome. He was polite, courteous, and so very careful with the furniture he had to remove and then put back after the carpet was installed. Airbase is very fortunate to have a very respectful employee

Good selection of carpet. Helpful salesman but their ad for free installation and removal is totally deceptive. Fine print says there is minimum square footage for the promotion but does not specify what that is, so I suppose I should not have been surprised when, of course, my order doesn’t qualify for either. Will be shopping for carpet elsewhere next time

I had new flooring done in my Bathrooms about two months ago and Airbase did a fantastic job. i was so happy with the look and the service / costing ect..... that i decided to have my downstairs living room kitchen and Den done . The floors were installed yesterday by Javier and Neil and they did a GREAT job i couldnt be any happier they were professional and did a great job. i also want to commend my salesperson Patrick Lowry who discussed all the different types of flooring an helped me choose the correct one for my home and it looks wonderful . Susan in customer service followed through and answered all my questions and set me up for the install in my home and was just very helpful. i went to a lot of places before doing this job and Airbase had the BEST pricing around .i feel like i have a new home now and thats a great feeling .

My husband and i were looking to upgrade the carpet in our house so we paid a visit to Airbase carpet mart. We were both very nervous, had no clue what we were looking for and had a million questions.As soon as we entered the building one on the consultants, Joseph walked up to us. With a big smile he greeted us and asked how he could be of service. His smile alone made me feel very calm and welcomed. He took his time and answered all of our questions and gave us a good education on carpets. As a doctor, i am used to asking a whole lot of questions. some relevant, others not so much. At no point during this encounter did he seem irritated or bothered. We did not feel rushed atall and left very satisfied with our purchase. If you are anything like me and great customer service, quality products, mean the world to you, go to Airbase carpets!

We got our floor done back in May. I went and picked out the vinyl flooring for the kitchen. In that department Joe was a great salesman and that was a good experience, they had exactly what I wanted. It looked very nice after they laid it down, but we had issues around the step with the molding (trim). I called them and they came out and fixed it. It looks really great, but I have issues now with (looks) like nails popping up around the steps. I’m going to stay in years I’m gonna have problems with it popping through. Its where we really don’t step, so I’m not really concerned about it now but I think in a few years, it will become a problem. It’s been so long that I don’t know if they will do anything about it. So my rating is a three because I’m not very happy with my whole experience with airbase.

We have used Airbase Carpet Mart a few times in different homes weve owned...that was years ago. So now in 2020 we thought lets go back to them. For a few reasons, this particular two-man installation crew had some issues installing our carpet in the garage we were converting to a family room. We were not satisfied with their work.I called Airbase and their Installation Manager Sean sent their top installer Mr Ortiz out to look at the work. He noticed the problem with the seam and said hed be back to repair it. He not only came back, but he brought new carpeting from the same stock and installed a perfect, invisible seam replacement. We couldnt be happier.We werent sure how all of this was going to turn out, but I must say Airbase provided what I can only say is outstanding customer service! Would I use them again...absolutely yes!

Airbase is a great store with fantastic customer service! We have purchased carpet in the past and now all of the tile products to remodel our bathroom! Consumer Beware! My husband and I went to this outlet and was greeted by a tall blonde woman. She insulted my husband about his mask. We asked for a certain width of carpet. She could not add 2 and 2 together. The owners are crazy to think that she should be waiting on customers.

Loader will make you load your on floor and tile...And will take for ever to bring it to the loading zone and stand by you so you dont take and extra box and wont help you load..

My wife went in over a month ago picked out flooring. They sent someone out to measure and charged is $35.00. She called 4 days later and requested the qoute and was told someone will call us shortly. After 2 weeks and still no response we went with a local company and received a qoute and a install date within 24 hours. If I could give them zero stars I would. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else!!!

I recently bought tile for my kitchen floor and was happy with the sales staff at airbase as they walked me through the various options, helped me obtain samples to take with me so I could see how they appeared in home lighting and were responsive to my many questions. The outstanding part of this experience was the installation process. Carlos and his team were polite, knowledgeable, and quickly had the floor installed. There was a problem with the appearance of some of the tiles and Carlos himself came to inspect it on a Saturday and replaced the tiles that day even though they had no responsibility for the problem. He was so nice and sincere and concerned that I was happy with the final product and went out of his way to make sure everything was resolved that day.

My floor looks great, my issue is the sales person told me a couple things that turned out to be totally different when the installers came. First thing, they told me the person that came to do the estimate was going to be the installer. Instead they sent 2 guys that speak little to no English. Secondly, they told me it would be installed with plywood and screws and they did it with sheet rock and nails. And lastly, the installers have a scam to get you for an extra $50 for each appliance they have to move back and forth during the job(so $100 extra for 2 kitchen appliances) that nobody ever mentioned or added into the estimate! In the end the floor turned out beautiful but I will not be calling them to do the floors for the rest of my house because of all the lies and scams they performed.

I just left the New Castle location for the last time. I have had Airbase do large house jobs for me in the past. Today I stopped by to get about 48 linear feet of tack strip. When the salesman found out that was all I wanted he was done with me. He said that all he had was a couple bundles of strips for concrete unless I wanted to buy a box of 400 linear feet. He suggested that I go to Home Depot or Lowes and walked away. When I was in business, some of my smaller jobs became customers for life. After this experience, any flooring work that I need will go to anyone but Airbase.

We moved into a condo and chose a very poor carpet company to put in new carpet in our condo.When it came time to replace, we went Airbase Carpet and we are so glad we did!When we called about replacing our old carpet we talked to Joe R. My experience at Airbase Carpet has always been a good one. However, the sales representative I just recently conducted business with was phenomenal. CG is her name and she was absolutely a pleasure to work with. One of the rugs that we thought I could order was actually discontinued. So she met me the next day from my original purchase date on her day off and sold me another rug. Without trying to upsale me on another carpet just assisted me on tying to get something comparable to my original choice of carpet. The level of customer service and professionalism was without a doubt something that we lack today in many industries. CJ is definitely an asset to Airbase Carpets team. We picked out a floor and was told that I would receive a call within 72 hours to arrange for a measurement. 72 hours came and gone so by the 4th day we started calling the store and still no calls. It wasnt until we asked for the manager that the people called to measure. We should have just cancelled then because if youre not responsible enough to call with in the 72 hours stated we would probably get the run arounds with the whole job. long story short they over measured by 100 square feet (part of which they charge 10% waste on flooring and labor when other floor companies only charge 5% on flooring). When I told management all the mistakes the measures made beside the overages they still wouldnt refund the 35.00 measurement fee, stating the men who measured need to be paid. So basically Im supposed to pay for bad work. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company as no one should ever accept bad work.

My experience with having my plank flooring put down in my small bathroom was disappointing as far as the install. The sales team there are great and very helpful. However, I believe the person that comes to your house from the Airbase Carpet to get the measurements/quote should pay more attention to detail. (1) I was not told I needed extensions for my sink and toilet, causing me to run to home depot 2X that day. (2) When the job was done, the installer could not put my BR door back on because the threshold strip that was ordered was too thick. So therefore, I do not have a Door up and was basically told by installer that he needs to be shaved down. Had to call the installer back out two days later because the toilet was leaking. I could go on about other things, but wont. Overall was a very frustrated day.

Another associate walked past us into an office. As we looked at the area rugs, which we found on our own, not a single person in the place approached us. We decided to leave.As we were leaving a man came in, and the associate that was in the office came out, and asked if she could help. Never going in there again.

I am so thank for the free carpet I received today. Initially only first 50 teachers were to receive free carpets however, airbase was kind enough to extend the offer to an additional 20 teachers. I was #55. My carpet is soft and beautiful. The staff was very friendly. Thank you Airbase!

Free teacher rug event ran very smoothly, but I think I know why the rugs are free... My rug has an 8 inch fray in a corner where the binding has been pulled away. Luckily I am able to hide it, but it would be nice to see the rugs before taking them. Its free, so I guess thats how it goes. Recommend this event, but go early to get a better selection! Like several hours early!

Great experience at AirBase Carpet and Tile Mart!!!! Working with James Bowers was amazing! He is soooo thorough and made sure the flooring that he had to order for us was correct. As the manager, Stuart, said he is always that conscientious. When I went to the warehouse to pick up the material (which was my choice to go to the warehouse) Steve met me/delayed his lunch break/ reassured me that he had check all 14 boxes to be the right flooring. Then Mark loaded the boxes for me and he couldnt have been more helpful. I even got offered a donut!

Walked in and got great help right away. Within only a couple of minutes and I short convo we were looking at options in the price/style we wanted. In and out in an hour and install scheduled for next week. Was a pleasure so far. Hope install goes as smooth.UPDATE: Install was today. Installer Henry showed up at the agreed time and was very friendly/profesional. Room looks great and I couldnt be happier. My father has been using these Airbase Carpet for years (I remember going as a kid) and they will be at the top of my list for my next carpet install.

Excellent service and assistance with making my selection. Sherece listened to what I was looking for in kitchen flooring and products I was considering and directed me to multiple options. She assisted me in selecting 6 samples to preview in my kitchen. Im very pleased with the final choice.

Hello wanted to take the time to provide some feedback. My husband and I just purchased a new home and last on our list was carpeting. I first went to lang and had a terrible experience. I was telling my brother in law and he referred me to Air Base to a young man of the name Tyler whom he has bought from a few times. I was very reluctant at first but when i came in i was greeted and said I was looking for Tyler. He was very educated and professional. I told him i needed to pick everything out and my husband would be back later in the week to complete the order. I believe he went above and beyond to help me and explain everything thoroughly. I had a terrific experience and shared it with my family and friends . I hope he will be recognized for exceptional customer service!! After this project we will definitely return for more flooring and hope to have the pleasure of working with Tyler again. Thank you so much Air Base!

Our salesman, Glen, explained the details of tile grades for our bathroom remodel, then he let us shop without trying to get in our way.We also bought a bound carpet for our living room last year and are very happy with it.They have lots of styles and price ranges. They also had a great system with numbered tickets, individual people walk you to the carpet, help you pick a carpet out. Excellent service!!! ThAnks again for helping us teachers out!!!

Good up front service, terrible after the sale. Tile arrived 1.5 months late, mixed with different products. I have been told next week for 6 weeks.

Excellent service from start to finish! Our salesman, Colin provided excellent service and was very patient and helpful throughout our more than 2 hour selection process. Edwin who did our measurements in our home was on time, courteous and very thorough. Rob and his 2 man team showed up early to install and came prepared for the job. They all worked well together ripping up our old carpet, installing new padding and carpet and hauling away the old. The ladies in the office were very helpful and courteous, as well and answered all our questions and concerns when contacting the store for info. We were able to complete the whole transaction of selection, measurement and installation on our own schedule and within a 2 week period. This was not expected, but greatly appreciated. We will definitely be doing more business with Airbase Carpet Mart and have already referred others to this location.

We had a very good experience with Airbase Carpet & Tile Mart due to our salesperson, Ashley. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions. She explained everything in detail from when the contractor would come out to give an estimate and also the installation. We didn’t have any issues and the carpet looks great. We came in today with conflicting ideas on flooring and Sean was soo incredibly helpful in explaining to us what we needed. We thought we had our flooring picked out but when he put the tiles on the floor we actually ended up with different choices! We really made him work today! But he was patient, explained everything so that even I could understand and really went out of his way to ensure we would be happy with our choices. We ended up finding flooring for our entire house! Carpet and laminate! I hope the installation is just as seamless! Thank you Sean for your patience and amazing customer service you extended to us.

My appointment was scheduled between 9 am and 11 am. The installers showed up at 9:30 am and even called beforehand to let me know they were on the way. They were done with the removal of my old carpet and installation of my new carpet in 2 hours. My new carpet looks amazing and I couldn’t be more happy with my experience. I will definitely be returning to Airbase in the future.

We always get our flooring at airbase. Very helpful and friendly sales. They have the biggest and best selection of flooring.

Airbase is the worse...they used to be reasonably/comparatively priced back in the days when they sold other things including Wallpaper. But, for the past several years whenever l go in to browse; l only stay a few minutes and leave. The Sales Reps are always ready to pounce the moment you come through the doors but then when you start to ask questions they seem uninterested, snippy and snarky (WALTER). The prices are outrageous, l saw several pieces of the exact same decorative Tiles in Lowes and Home Depot, obviously priced for much more; even their sale prices didnt beat Lowes and HD. In one instance, Lowes Penny Tile was 5.99 per sheet and Airbase price was 17.98.Really, Airbase...that much of a markup!Oh, and by the way 5.99 was the regular price. Bottom line, MORE selection, means you PAY MORE.

Great service, selection and installation

Staff at store were friendly and knowledgeable. They addressed my concerns and matched the carpet to the existing flooring perfectly. The men that came to do the installation were quick, clean & professional. I have bought flooring, wall to wall carpeting and a runner from them. They have been wonderful to work with every time.

Installation of vinyl plank flooring (the day before my scheduled move in) was very unprofessional. Opened bag of concrete left spilled on my deck (and it rained that night), they asked me to move the appliances back into place myself (i said NO), the floors were covered in dust and, because the gap was too big to put quarter round, they left me with no molding at all and nails sticking out all over the place. After complaining, they send a man named David to put in new molding and clean up the mess.He was the only professional in this whole costly experience. I had to move in the next morning to the mess they left. Four unopened boxes went back and after many calls, Kevins story changed every time. The least time he said he never saw the returned boxes. I did not want to leave a bad review, but I gave Kevin so many chances to do the right thing. I would definitely NOT recommend this company.

I like Airbase and have shopped there in the past but lately they do not have enough staff on the weekends for their business needs. We waited a half hour then went somewhere else.
