All the associates in the Vision area were great. The doctor was very good explaining the state of my vision .

Just usual Walmart. Always one really nice worker and one that sucks. What can I say?

The people here are not friendly. There were only 2 checkouts with actual people. The self service checkouts were not taking cash, only cards and half of them were down. The lines are completely uncalled for. I definitely would not recommend.

Always have problems here. No matter what it is about. This place sucks! I will travel further to Cranberry!

The people at customer service need.to be.trained better when it comes.to cashing 2 party personal.checks. i had to track down a store manager and even.then they had to.call someone.to.find out what.to do..even thou.right on there.screen it has.the fees for 2 party personal checks. Something that should have taken 15min ( not including the wait in.the line of.45 mim) took over an hour plus having to wait in line twice for a total of 1 hour.30 min in lime plus an hour.trying to.figure out if.they could cash it for a total.time of.2 hours and 30 min

I liked the store itself but the prices are going through the roof. Why are simple things becoming hard to get??

The upgraded store looks very nice and it was easy to find pretty much everything on my list. I just wish they did a better job of restocking the shelves more quickly and, of course, they can always use more checkouts to be opened. The wait to checkout is such a deterrent to shop there.

Shelves are empty,no stock on anythjng,self check rounding nearest $ or only accepting cc or debit card ridiculous !

This is a very fine WalMart! I was quite impressed with the self checkout in particular. Quite updated and all working. The supply they had was well stocked on my visit and I was able to complete my purchase without issue. I however, wasnt very thrilled when I parked on the far side and they had that side all locked up and the employees just looked at me and didnt inform me to walk around. I understand, it was my error, but I would say employee interaction could be improved.

Its nice. I do wish the bathrooms were cleaner but the store its self is over all clean. The 3 starts is bc a lot of the produce you can tell was frozen prior. But thats a lot of places

Just stopped in for a couple of items but they were out of two of them. They were deli items and it was late in the evening so I understand. I shop at Walmart in Texas where I live all the time so I am a Walmart fan for sure. They always have great prices and normally have everything I go in for.

Good have lots of options and good about staying stocked up for most parts.

They could use an upgrade the floors in this walmart were terrible all cracked and looked like they needed a good scrub down as well as freezers are old but i didnt go there for the floors & freezers i went there becuz you CANT find anything in the local walmarts ANYMORE like Butler, New Castle, Hermitage, Cranberry exc..... NOTHING the shelves are almost always empty no matter what time of the day you go so we decided to go to 1 ive never been to & BAM i got EVERYTHING ive been wanting & then some Thank you Chippewa Walmart🙂

This store has missed my 4-5pm curbside pickup window completely. An email was sent at 4pm saying it was delayed. Curbside will not answer the phone at all after repeated attempts. I called the main store number and someone went to check. On hold for 20 minutes now. This particular Walmart has always had worse service curbside than Hermitage.Two hours late on the order, and I get here and they are not even busy or backed up. Yeah I have to quit this store AGAIN.Also when someone did finally answer the phone they said they just got there. When I asked why the phone was not being answered, I was told there was something wrong with the phone all day. In all this, not one person apologized and the late pickup messed up my supper.

Out of the four Walmarts that we have visited around the area the past 15 years this has to be with the one with the best employees. Respectful and helpfulCan you usually find everything you need with a quick trip

Convenience in a nut shell. While understandable, still not the biggest fan of Covid hours. I miss being able to buy some chicken at 2 a.m

I love the fact I can do curbs side service, or do a delivery order of bigger non food items because new castle still doesnt delivery groceries is my soul complaint, and I can still come in to do my shopping. I still think walmart has the best all over prices and convenience of one store, The remodeling of the store is great but getting to checkout and I mean a human is redicoulus its like a maze.....my only true hateful complaint

I was impressed an associate ask if he could help me find something I was not impressed with the wait at the checkout I dont use self checkout I dont get a discount for checking myself out I feel like Im helping to eliminate someones job

The store was out of alot of things. The drink aisles were practically bare. They were also out of alot of snacks.

It has to be the junkiest/messiest Walmart I have ever been in. Looks like none one tidies up after themselves.Lunch meat section was empty as were quite few other products.I must say that the majority of employees were friendly. There were some doing stocking that wouldnt move for customers. I find this at a lot of food stores nowIt is the closest Super Walmart to us. So yes I will return .

Prices posted for in-store products did not match those on their own website and they were unwilling to match the price of their own website to sell me products that I would have otherwise bought online and picked up in store.

Tuesdays after supper are a good time to shop. Fewer customers, no clogged shopping aisles, no waiting for check-out lanes.

Couldnt deliver my order so they canceled it so I could reorder. They didnt take the hold off my bank account so I cant reorder. Dont worry it will free your money in 24 to 48 hours. Soooooooo Ill feed my family in 24 to 48 hours..... they didnt even offer me a discount or anything to try and rectify this. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS.... ZERO!!!!! 😡

Not exactly my favorite place to be, but everything you would need can be found here. Its the perfect one stop shop. Groceries, clothes, electronics, furniture, etc

Just your average, run-of-the-mill Walmart. Nothing really stands out, good or bad. If youve ever been to any Walmart, and everyone has, you know exactly what to expect.

Your shelves are bare! Then a few stocked items, are in wrong locations. The most bizarre thing, an elderly women yelling about a coin exchange?!! Wanting our coins. She had a baby doll in a stroller??? When my husband questioned her, she ran off yelling. What is going on!!

Only one waitess .when we got our food half of us got theirs and by the time the others got theirs the first half was done eating. Are sausage was burnt. Not a good experience probably wont go back.

They only have one cashier and they Are not sticking the shelfs like they used to go to dollar General or dollar tree you have more of a variety then you got at wall mart ant more

Its all about low pricesYou check your self out and then they complain that you missed an item.They need to train us better if we are going to be cashier

Wouldnt be bad except the whole self check out thing. If you dont want to hire cashiers the least you could do is cut us some slack on the prices.

Typical Walmart.Shoppers and employees all had frowny faces, no one smiled. Like something out of invasion of the body snatchers.

I feel like this Walmart has a lot to offer but the long lines and not friendly staff makes it even worse coming here I try to stay away from this Walmart.

Wal Marts are not all the same. The New Castle PA location even had ginger candy and fish stock! Clean and neat when we went, even with the tide of customers who had a tendency to put stuff back on shelves randomly. Staff doing best to keep up

Not too bad of a Walmart. The location of some items is rather weird and unique to this Walmart. Best self checkout set up of any other local Walmart. Other than that, staff seems good and the store is kept in Good order. Nothing too put of ordinary for Walmarts.

I dont know why I love Walmart so much, I just do. The employees are usually helpful, and the selection is usually pretty vast. Most of the time I chose the self checkout since there is typically no line.

Its Walmart. Nuff, said....Cheap prices, no inventory and you check yourself out.

Walked in to the woman cursing out the world, yelling and throwing tantrum threating staff and customers causing huge disruption while no staff tries to even get her out the store, had absolutely almost no TVs in stock, social distancing not being practiced at all. Most staff is unhelpful if youre able to find them, get one to acknowledge and assist you, and those who do are no more helpful than you mindlessly wandering on your own to find things. This is usually the good store but no better than Belmont.

The assistant floor manager, was not business like at all. Dressed more like the lot attendant and very crude to a lady customer.

It was clean. They met you at the door with a clean buggy. And gave good directions where to go in the store. Enjoyed my time there and was glad to see everyone with a mask on.

Walmart has many of the things we need at decent prices. Quality varies wildly so do your research before you buy.

If you would like half your order to go missing and be left on hold for almost 2 hours and still cant get a response, this is the perfect store for you.

I found it to be very clean and well well-stocked and well organized. The self-serve checkout areas were carefully wiped down after each person paid for their items. The great majority of people in the store had a mask on. I would return there again

I am disabled and I have a recent hip replacement. So I have had to use the ride on carts. Im thankful that they are available. I always ask if there is a charged up one. Why do I get stuck in the back of the store with a dead battery?

Easy access from road. Good variety of items we needed. Were in a car but RV access not great.

The bathrooms are touch and go and 1 pop cooler had mold but the rest of the store is very clean its a Walmart not much else to say not the smallest one Ive ever seen but not the biggest one either

The man in auto center was aggressive & very rude. They put the wrong oil in my car and refused to correct it on a previous visit on October 31, 2020. Today, I went in to give them a second chance. After the way I was belittled and spoken to so agressively, I will NEVER use Walmart Auto again! I will also only shop at Walmart if absolutely necessary. Ive multiple issues Ive had at this store, from the above mentioned incidents to purchasing gift cards they never activated to buying meat that ended up smelling rotten/sour. This store really needs to get it together.

Theyre always out of stock for most of the store. Poor attitudes and no desire to help costumers. Workers are both very ignorant and obtuse. For someone relocating from another stae i wouldn3 recommen3 this place to anyone but the yokels as they call themselves

Reasonable prices but I hate having to use self service registers or stand for hours in line for a live cashier. I hate seeing people out of work due to machines but then having people standing guard at the doors.

A y one need a brand new computer I got a brand new Dell inspiration with the 22-inch brand new screen it was like seven hundred plus the screen is 140 screen and actual have a printer to with it if youre interested I do the computer screen and printer all inbox for like five hundred bucks or if you dont want the printer 400

Used self checkout manager stold behind us and kept track of all the products we scand till we were finished.

Store is always packed with employees stocking. Prices are going up and the bathrooms smell like hell and are always dirty or the toilets dont flush right.

Its a good place to shop! My mom loves to go their for her crafting supplies while I get drswing supplies. And the quality of the product is usually REALLY good! 10/10 would recommend 👌

An item I purchased did not ring up at the price the walmart.com site showed for the store. Debbie refused to give the item to me at the advertised price. Was rude and very condescending. She agreed that the price showed on the site as I stated but she felt it was a glitch and would not honor it. Even though the price was the same at several local walmarts.

I like going shopping here but I can find food cheaper at Giant Eagle on sale

Shop there often. Workers seem to be pushed hard. Blonde female manger speaks harshly to the employees embarrassing them in front of everyone. This manger needs to be reprimanded for the abusive tone she uses to workers. I have seen her more then once in action. Im sure that is against walmarts core values. If I see it again Im going to call the corporate office about her. These workers need better treatment by management especially dealing with public during a pandemic.

90 percent of the time I go, they have the items I need or want in stock.
