I have been very pleased with all of my calls to Nellcom. I am in no way a techie, but they never treated me like I should have known the answer in advance. All the techs have helped me tremendously.

I was very pleased with the service I received at Nellcom. They were very good at handling my problem and even helped me when I returned home with a few outstanding issues. I had exceptional service from the time I walked in the door until the last conversation via phone. They are very knowledgeable and I would refer them to anyone. I will use them in the future should I need computer repairs.

Ive been using Nellcom for my business IT work for over a decade. They usually have a tech on site within 24 hours. The techs are very experienced and always come up with a solution.

They Charged me $400 and they said computer is fixed. but i got the same problem next day, i visited there again and they denied to fix it.They wanted me to pay $200 more for some software.i visited to a local technician he costs me $20 and fixed my computer.Very Unprofessional People Especially the technician who pretended to work on my computer his name was AndrewBe Aware of these Scammers!I want everyone to take legal action against them.

I’ve had 3 most excellent repairs done at Nellcom Technologies in 2020. First off I have 2- 11 year old MacBook Pro’s. If you live in New Castle, PA and own a MacBook you know the closest MacBook repair is in Ross TWP, (Im just not driving that far and wait around for hours). You just cant find anyone to talk about one let alone fix it. Imagine my surprise when I found Nellcom on line and they are in my town, and their website said they could work on Macs as well!Both my Mac’s are upgraded as far as they can go with High Sierra being the last upgrade. But I still get security updates, this is what messed up one Mac twice, 7 months apart. I contacted Nellcom via email about the problem and they said they would look at it. They have a small minimum fee to look at your laptop which is to be expected. They did a great job both times. The service technician even called me the first time and stayed on the phone with me for 1/2 hour and answered questions I had as well as explained what was happening. They also email you step by step as to where they are in the progress of your repair. IMHO, this is very professional and considerate. They copy your hard drive just in case, they run programs and clean up stuff. Its all written down on the invoice they give you. All I know is my Mac is running much smoother and faster, almost like the first day I got it 11 years ago. Its a dinosaur but Im not giving it up and certainly can’t afford a new one.The 2nd Mac had some wonky issues like just shutting down for no reason on its own. It turned out it only needed the battery replaced. Got off easy there. Again they sent emails telling me of their progress with the repair.Bottom Line: Great communications! They email you results of their assessment on the computer problem, the cost, and ask if you want to go ahead with the repair or not. Got my Mac’s back to me in the time they said and I thought their prices were reasonable. Being a MacBook owner Im very glad to have Nellcom in my neighborhood.

They uninstalled all of my Softwares even my important once as well.they even dont know how to use the computer, They charged me more than $500 for nothing.I suggest everyone not to visit there, Coz they can only mess-up with your computer.One More thing, I asked for my money back and they started yelling at me.

The Nellcom team quickly and efficiently fixed my devices every time Ive gone to them. The customer service is on point. Very reliable company who looks out for their customers. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

This place is a scam, these guys told me that i had a bunch of problems with my laptop and had to pay for the securities, but i went to other technicians and told me that i had no such problems.

So far sti waiting on a call back for our laptop

This is the second time I have taken my computer to Nellcom for unrated reasons. The first time one of my external HDs wasnt being recognized by Windows. They fixed it and I had it back in two days and their price was very reasonable.This time it was more serious of a problem. My computer was acting up so I tried to boot it in safe mode. But for some reason it hung up during the boot cycle and wouldnt finish booting. After calling Nellcom to see if it was safe to shut it down I took it in. After unsuccessful attempts to do a restore (I had the same problem prior) they ended up doing a digital image of the hard drive, reformating the C drive, doing a new install of Windows 10 and restoring the files that I asked them to. It has been working fine since I got it back. If you are having issues with your pc give Nellcom a try.
