I was totally out of propane this morning I called 21st Century at 8 o’clock to let them know and they were here in one hour and 15 minutes to fill my tank greatly appreciate it highly recommend 21st Century energy group

Joke of a company.I was completely out of fuel in both of my 275 gallon tanks, I called and asked them to fill up both tanks. The driver only fills approximately 160 gallons. Takes them 7 business days to get heating oil out to your location, when the business is less than 20 minutes from your house. All other companies will have it to your house next day or 48 hours.Will be looking at switching to a competitor.

Ordered 250 gallons 10 days ago with the delivery date being within 3 days. Still waiting. Call numerous times and got the run around. Still no fuel. I cannot believe they do business this way. I cancelled and went thru another company. They will be here today! I would never reccomend this company.Update: I did speak to the company and they apologized and offer me a nice discount.

Never had any problems with their oil. Friendly people. Always delivered soon after I called. The flex payment plan seems to work well for me.

We have been waiting for 12 days for fuel delivery and was promised by corporate of delivery today. This company has a lot to desire with their customer service. Having been a customer service engineer for 35 years, I would have been fired for a delay of 5 hours. This is totally unacceptable service. Specially at a time of critical need.

Customer service is a joke. Credit line needed to buy propane? What a joke
