Window became frosted,I was responsible for ordering new window from MFG. When window arrived 4 months later,CVS installed and cracked the glass. CVS now tell me I have to reorder new sash from MFG. If MFG will send anothe rlooks like another 4 months. CVS should be responsible. This company DID NOT stand behind the LIFETIME warranty,it is customer responsibility to secure new window from MFG and CVS only does the install. What a joke.

Our house looks amazing!!! CVS was very professional, prompt and friendly! They did an excellent job on siding our farmhouse...and I am not the easiest to please lol! The crew cleaned up everything clear down to the tiniest of nails! We were surprised to see the owner come out several times to make sure everything was going accordingly! Couldnt ask for a better company or crew! Highly recommended! Thank you to everyone at CVS!

Great customer service

Good product, frustrating customer service experience. Can’t express enough my frustration of how my situation was handled. I scheduled a window walk through more than a month ago. My appointment was rescheduled twice. So I waited patiently a few weeks more. On the date of the final appointment nobody showed up and nobody had called to explain the situation. Worse experience ever. I waited for this company 4-5 weeks to simply do a walk through based on their google reviews. Waist of time. They are not organized and dont have enough labor on their team. Landlords and company owners, please do not waist your time with this company as I have had. Avoid bad experience.

We needed soffit, facia & gutter work as well as replacement of a couple large garden windows. It took a week for John to come out and give us an estimate, which was no big deal. That was a Thursday. He said he would have an estimate to us by Monday. Two weeks later I call to ask if they are going to send an estimate. The next day I get an email from Josh (no last name and not sure who he was) who said the owner, again not named, would get back to us. A couple days later I get another email from Josh who says the owner has opted not to bid on the gutter job. It took them almost a month to decide they didnt want the job. I asked what about the windows, and Josh says he didnt know they were bidding on windows, he would get back to me. I havent heard anything. Meanwhile I called another company who came out immediately, gave us a bid on the spot and is starting the work within 2 weeks. CVS, really unprofessional and seems really unreliable. We wont call them again for anything.

You can not reach these people at all most times by phone. Thet continue to let it ring, ive waited twice for a little over 30 mins each tine until i hung up cause no one would answer. Great way to run a business huh?

I am delighted to say that my experience with CVS Windows was amazing! I replaced all the windows in my home that was built in 1954. The savings I have seen in my energy bills is really HUGE! The Windows are not only beautiful but easy for a short little lady to clean! I am a fussy cleaner and also vertically challenged. They are easy to open, tilt and not too heavy to clean. The guys that installed them were very pleasant. They installed very fast and cleaned up nicely after they were finished. I loved them so much I baked them an apple pie! I tried to feed them lunch but they had packed their own. I tell all my friends about my Windows! The only regret is that I didnt do it sooner!

We were very satisfied with the sales and customer service with this company. They were respectful of our house and our schedule when installing the windows. They did a fantastic job of cleaning up after themselves when the job was finished. We would recommend CVS for your window replacement.

Replaced a whole house with new windows and a year later a sliding glass door . 100% satisfied! The gas bill was a huge savings compared to before. Would recommend to anyone looking to replace old windows.

We just had cvs install 7 regular windows and 1 bow! the installers were very good, and had all the work done in 5 hrs. They were very nice and cleaned up very well! The windows look great! the only complaint is they dont do doors! Great job If you need windows this is the company!

Dont fall for the biggest and been around the longest sales pitch. They have been deceiving and dishonest. Started around thanksgiving, did three sides half way up and left before Christmas. Havent been back since and its February 15th. I went with them because I expected an experienced crew of 10 men to come and do it right. They sent two young boys who worked half days or took off to go hunting. Didnt replace rotted wood as they said they would. Check out the complaints registered with the Better Business Bureau.

The workers are very friendly! I highly recommend this place if youre looking for good Greek food!
