I asked the clerk if one of the carts was a reproduction. He said “I don’t know” so I asked to see it. It’s 100% a reproduction. If you’re running a game exchange and can’t tell that you’ve got a fake (that bad) in your hands you’ve got some pretty bad issues going on. Charging legit eBay prices for reproductions, you should be ashamed.

I have been shopping at this location for years and have NEVER had any negative experiences. Prices are adjusted accordingly based on rarity and the games are in very good condition. I have found some cool gems here which keeps me coming back for the luck of the find. Staff members have always been friendly and happy to help. As a video game collector, what I like most about this store is the retro inventory.

Bought a PS4 controller for 60 and it was a fake controller that kept drifting never coming back

Nice place but short handed at busy times. Expect to wait if crowded. After we bought 2 games she told us they were buy 2 get 1 but wouldn’t let us do the deal because the sale was over. Asked if I could return them and rebuy then to take advantage of the deal. She said. “It doesn’t work that way.” 😒 but it’s a nice shop just don’t expect much help.

Do not purchase any items from this store. Go to a reputable video game/DVD retailer instead. The return policy is deceiving. All signs posted in the store state that exchanges are accepted for in-store credit for 14 days after purchase. Return restrictions are not listed anywhere in-store or on the receipt, and the cashier does not tell you the restrictions when purchasing an item. Exchanges are only accepted for defective items, which would be fine if this information was made clear at or before the time of purchase. Take your business to a more honest and deserving establishment.

They sell counterfeit cartridges, along with videogames with reprinted boxart (xbox,ps2,gamecube) and third party boxes (found a few of your games in 2nd and charles) at whatever ebay prices. Charging ridiculous prices for consoles with third party controllers and accessories. You can find a better deals outside (If those consoles work).Just get what you need from ebay, and make sure to check prices before buying anything.

Best place to buy new and old games and even classic games only open Friday,Saturday,Sunday well worth the trip if you wamt a great deal

Tried to sell them games they offered me .50 cents a piece. Ive seen the games that I brought in on there selves for 20$ a piece. So they offered me .50 so they could make 19.50$ more no thank you. So be careful when you trade games in to them cause they are a bunch of people who wanna rip you off then make way more money than they should.

Bought a copy of Crazy Taxi that did not work when I brought it home. Couldnt exchange it as the clerk did not give me a receipt.
